I just purchased and read through the guide. All content seems to be from early WOL save a updated section on the new units (general overview).

Have I missed something here? I bought it to see updated hots strats not 7 gate all-ins that have been on liquipedia since 2011 .

Really thinking about getting this, at the start of the year i made it my goal to reach diamond by my birthday, after reaching top 8 in the world in gold league i hit a massive wall and couldnt progress, i was number 1 on both SEA and NA servers by a clear 250-350 points and no promo. It's now only 62 days till my birthday. Will this guide get me over that bump in my play?

Most definitely It gets people all the way into GM but ultimately you have to spent time practicing what is taught too.

well since returning to sc2 im just setting small milestones been away from play for about 5 weeks since my last 2-3 game spurt. first day after having the manual and focusing mainly on the right mindset stuff going decent in ladder. na server current 38-10

Unfortunately this hasn't been updated in a while. A lot of the old coaches have retired, only PiG and Revz are really active. Of the new generation of players, some do coaching, but not through the GMM, so if you're interested best to enquire via PM or their twitter.
Or if it's builds and replays you're after, ask in chat, i'm sure people will point you in the right direction.
