The time has come, it is your chance to do your part for our Clan ToR :

Well in the light of some of the directions that we have discussed from our last Clan Discussions meeting. I think the time has come to really take our Clan to another level even still. So I am going to put it out there the roles that I feel would really benefit our little community by having members within the Clan dedicating some time each week to fulfil their roles.

So the application process goes as follows. Those members of the Clan who wish to to put their names forward to take on these responsibilities PM me in the following format.

Position that you are applying for: ToR Clan Leader
Why do you think that you are the person for this position?: Give a lot of detail here guys I will be going through these applications thoroughly.

Positions Avaliable:

Official ToR Casters:
I know that both Breadfan and Venom I have approached both of you guys, just thought it would be good to see what you both have to offer the Clan guys . What the position entails is maintaining the Clan Youtube Channel (Yes ToR is on youtube and very underused :P) and streaming some of our live events. Prretty self explanatory it is in the title itself guys.

ToR Events Manager:
Now this is a position that I feel is quite close to heart. The role entails actively promoting good in clan communication by the means of creating in clan Tournaments and events that will really inspire good community spirit and really get every member of involved and really just to have some fun . I know that Dj is probably mad at me by now for all the in house tournaments I havent had the time to finalise

ToR Tier 4: Team Leader
Since Pookie has done such an amazing job and working hard in achieving his goal to get promoted to in the last couple of weeks (Repromoted ^^) he has done an exceptional job of making the most of the Tier 4 team from last Seasons SEACL and towards the next Season of this amazing tournament and during the time leading up to the event we need some one to step up to commit themselves to the management of this amazing team . The job will involve dealing with recruitment for the , and players of this team and also organising team practice and submitting line ups and really building and strengthening this team.

ToR Tier 5: Team Leader
Now this position, I still have to talk about the very baller "JoFritzMD" about because when I initially offered him this position it was temporary, but he has formed a team that has shaken the Tier 5 league and really caused some upsets in this tournament. So if he wants to continue with this position its definately yours bro. But otherwise its still a similar position as the other team leader position where it involves good organisational skills, time management and excellent communication skills.

ToR Social Media Manager:
Well I figured probably would be nice to actually get some people to keep the ToR Facebook and maybe a Clan twitter updated and really make a good job of things in that respect. Because its kinda become a bit run down these last few months. So it will be really cool if we can keep them loooking sharp and good guys .

These are just a few of the positions at the moment I really would like to get under way guys there will be many more positions coming up in the next few months as we are currently working on something to be unvealed in the next 3-4 weeks ish. So stay tuned guys

I would say that properly organising a team as well as being there on the night and for training sessions to make sure everything goes to plan is far more important than playing any actual games.

First off guys I have been considering these positions long before the applications so it gives me great pleasure to finally announce who I think is best to contribute to the community in the following positions.

I would also like to thank you all guys for those who put their names forward to support our little community at ToR you guys!

Alright lets start with a couple of the positions.

Tier 5: Team Leader - Sharn "JoFritzMD" Kemp

I knew that this position was meant for you bro, you have had some incredible success with you and the boys in our Tier 5 team mate and I am very happy to appoint you to lead this amazing team and further represent our Clan man. I can't think of anyone else who deserves this position more bro, I look forward to seeing where you take your guys mate ^^

Tier 4: Team Leader - Mitchell "ToRGunz "Perry"

Now this was a decision that had some huge influence from Pookie, I came to him and ask him how he felt that Gunz would fare in terms of taking over Tier 4. And I was quite impressed by his level of dedication to the team and I know that he is driven and motivated to achieving great things with the rebuild of this team and has some clear ambitions both in his play and where he wants to be taking the Team. So good luck to you Mitch ^^.

ToR Official Casters - Nic "Breadfan" Dixon and Hayden "Venom" Mula

I know I asked you guys a while back during our Clan discussions guys so I know you guys have really dedication and are more then capable of doing an amazing job. I know with each time you guys cast a event, whether it be BSG or GPD or SEACL I see both of you guys improve with each time as casters and I am more then happy of appointing you guys.

AAAAAND...... I want to appoint ToRDeathsFang as a caster as well, he did show me the othernight during the time he stepped in for the New Zealand Cup hes a a diamond in the rough :3 Young Georgie xD

ToR Events Team: Zac "FutureBoy" Langridge, Owen "ThePandarine" Sa and Liam "ToRozliam" Burns

Now this is a position I know from personal experience 2 or more brains are greater then one :P when will you learn Spartaz (Probably never but I just go with it really ) So I decided it would be good for those who put their names forward to work together and really get some awesome and amazing events going on. So I definately am happy to have an Events Team with ToR guys

ALSOOOOO:

ToR Official Writers: Owen "ThePandarine" Sa and Ng "Theend" Andy

Both of these guys have applied for the position and I thought that it would be quite cool to have a couple of writers for ToR events and the news and exciting things that are behind the scenes So i thought Panda could go for the BSG side of things and Theend could deal with the whole PDM/Gm side of the Clan. Really looking forward to seeing all of your guys work

Not secondary more along the lines of solo caster mate, I have seen Nic and Hayden to very well in their BSG casts as well as the other opportunities these guys have been getting
