Because we have a bye this week, I've decided that we will have an in-clan T5 tournament. Chadmann and Maynarde are going to be having a "best of the best" T5 tournament at the end of this season where each team elects their best player to have at it against all the other teams best. This tournament will be our way of finding out who our best player is.

I'm going to be starting this on monday night at 8pm AEDT and trying to get as many rounds done each night as we can up until thursday where we will finish it up. I will be flexible with the time as long as you give me notice.

So if you're interested in joining please reply. Also tell me if you have any trouble with monday/tuesday nights and I'll see if I can sort something out for you.

So because of the number of participants i've decided to do a group stage format. So over the next 3 days you guys will need to have a bo1 vs everyone else in your group. Then on thursday we're going to have the finals between the top 4 from the groups to decide the winner!

The semi finals will be the winner of group A vs the second place of groub B and vice versa in a bo3.

The groups are as follows:

Group A:
Deathsfng
ToREcho[5]
ToRMaverick
Uglymutt
ThePandarine
Bugalugs McScruffin (assuming he reinstalls

Suipr
Breadfan
Ozliam

Map is GSL Daybreak as I figure no one can complain about that

The groups were figured out by a combination of league and points earned during the season (

breadfan for figuring them out for me).

Please PM/skype results to me and I'll try and update this post with some sort of table.

The format will depend on how much of us sign up. If we get to 10 I'll do a bo1 group stage. If not It'll probably just be a single elimination bracket.

We've got a T5 training session on wednesday night. However we might be able to figure out a time for your games to be played (if you have sc2 installed

Because of the fact that this is also to see who we nominate as our best player for the T5 MVP tournament that Maynarde/Chadmann are running I'll only be accepting people from the T5 roster. So sorry Spook/dj/omallie(unless your forum name is different to what was on the ToR T5 list).

I think it's better this way purely for the notice factor, too (to get the whole clan involved, this isn't enough notice. It works because we are in direct communication with each other). So I think the clan tournament should definitely happen soon (once T5 wraps up?) and this serves as a bit of a test

I want to give a shoutout to ozliam and Panda

The game vs ozliam was really really tough, and I think that the only reason I took that out is because I had so many workers to save my ass after all the failed engagements. Nice work, you're definitely a strong silver player

Also Panda, taking it to the gold players - nice job. I know Mav especially is pretty close to plat so be proud of those wins.

But yeah ozliam, as a silver, the odds are stacked against you guys, so don't stress about not making it through, and just enjoy the games with the rest of us. As for Panda

, I guess it depends how Deaths manages to fit games in, but he might well be through in a huge upset

Because you are on 3 wins. So from the 4 games he has to play (excluding Bugs who hasn't been seen), if he doesn't make it to 3 wins then you already go through in second (of course, Echo5 is currently on 4 wins too, and fairly sure of going through).

If Deaths can't get his other games in and win at least 2, then even if he beats you it won't matter.

In saying that, we may see a tiebreaker situation. What happens then Sharn? IMO, decide by the result when the 2 players met, and in case that turns out to be a draw or not played, have them re-play.

If there is a tiebreaker situation, whoever won the match between the two should go through imo (so what you said).
