Looking for friends to play with? Go to channel SC2SEA on battle.net!
New to the forum? Make your first post here!!
I'll start.
My name is Thomas and im an Admin for sc2sea.com. I love playing Starcraft 2 as Thomas.722 online the SEA server in my free time and ive enjoyed playing all blizzard games so far! I can't wait for Diablo3 to come out! Outside of gaming i also like rock climbing and basketball.
My dream is to one day go to Argentina. Don't ask why, that was purely random!!!
My name is cowy, and i also used the name aLt)miLk in my warcraft days. Im currently testing the guest message prompt "Our records indicate that you have never posted to our site before! Why not make your first post today by saying hello to our community in our Introductions forum here!" and it seems to be working great haha!!
Looks like the message will disappear as intended after making your first post. Awesome!
My name is Legacy i was born in Tahiti but i'm currently studying in New Zealand at the University of Otago BaCom, i play a lot maybe too much but i don't care because i like it. I am a pure Otaku according to my Gf ...
This site looks interesting, I speak French Spanish and English.
Hey everyone! My name is José Daniel Pérez Saldívar and my alias will be seen either as Shinta or YuutoShina (if Shinta is already taken). I'm a Mexican who lives in the United States and is very interested in Asia and Asian Starcraft 2 (SEA, Taiwan, Korean servers included). I actually hardly ever play sc2 (because my personal computer is beyond terrible and could never hope to run sc2). I've only played on 4 occasions and I've only played ranked ladder games so my record is not good at all haha. You can look up my noob account on the North American server as Shinta.799.
You'll be seeing me around the SEA.sc2 community helping out and providing feedback so don't be a stranger!

I'm Mezza. My Bnet ID is Mezza.445 on the SEA servers and I play primarily for 1v1s and play for multis, because can get more icons, lol!
I play Protoss because I used to cannon up and carrier rush people to death on BGH. I also used to double protoss dualgate newer players to death in 2v2s with my classmates many many years ago. I chose to play protoss again in SC2 because I realised I still can dualgate players in 2v2, but the carrier rush thing ain't working out too well.
However, thanks to WhiteRa and Day9, I now have more ways to win as protoss in 1v1 other than carrier rush! In tribute, I will change my name to MezRa9 when I turn pro, which is my aim. I also started shoutcasting because I got bored one afternoon and someone told me to try it out. So I did. I have a livestream channel @ www.ustream.tv/channel/mezzastarcraft
I'm a Chinese, not Jamaican, by descent, from Aiur previously but now emigrated to Singapore cos easy to get citizenship. Someone on my livestream once told me I sounded Jamaican, like wtf? I can speak Singlish, English, Hokkien and Chinese in that order of proficiency. I also understand Teochew, Cantonese, Hainanese and Hakka, so generally other Singaporeans can't curse at me without me knowing (and retaliating).
I like DTs, music, meepok, 9-ball, Scarlett Johansson, photography, RX-7s, BMW Z4s and knives. Knives are good, because they don't make any noise.
Oh yar, looking for diamond all races practice partners to mess around with! I'm usually online 10PM+ weeknights and more varied on weekends, so PM me if you wanna feel my 50apm Protoss fists of fury, I kid. But not about the practice partners thing, that one for real.
Tthe long intro post was a product of me being bored at work, so I saw fit to regale you guys with useless facts and pointless tales. Hope to see you guys online or on my livestream!

Hi all, I'm Mr_Zain aka Zain on the Sc2 SEA server. I was casting the psistorm round 2 qualifiers with unstable yesterday if any of you were tuned into that. I'm a big fan of all the developing strategies with starcraft II and hope to get better as a player myself.
Nirvana you sexy beast, awesome site! I hope to talk to you all in the future!
Hey all. I'm new to online gaming, but have played Blizzard RTS's since the original Warcraft (do we really need to select more than 4 units at a time?) I've done my 1v1 placement matches, but am yet to build the courage to start league games properly.
Looking forward to seeing where the SEA community can go, very happy we're not just 'part of the US' anymore!
Started playing Starcraft 2 couple of days after release, loved the original SC and couldnt wait for number 2, when im not playing SC2 im working, building warhammer models or looking after my Daughter. Add me in game Xypha 820
Hi everyone. I plays by the name of ArticFire. Feel free to add me, character code 865 Do let me know if you add me, cos there's always random people saying Hi and I don't know how they found me :P
Played Protoss back in SC1, playing Protoss now in SC2, but recently been playing a lot of Zerg
If ever need someone to play or practice, can look for me, though I'm not sure if I'm able to commit every night to gaming (real life scenarios)
Hey guys, I'm Nick, I'm a 17 year old student from Australia and I'm a 1200 Terran Diamond player slowly on the way up! I have a limited BW background, however I take my SC2 seriously and as a career I'm looking to expand pro gaming and esports in Australia and SEA.
Hi all~, Im eraft, Semi Casual Player for SC2, used to played SC1, then Diablo, Followed by WOW. Pretty much a Blizzard FanBOY :Q. Anyway please to see you all
David here
23yrs old
From Brunei
Experience in SC1: Not much
Experience in SC2: Started playing halfway through the 1st stage of beta, really enjoyed the graphics. What really gets me in to the game is after watching through some competitive plays of the game. I love the gameplay and have been hooked since then.
Not much of a Blizzard fan though as this is the only game I owned.
Started off in platinum after placements and now in to the diamonds but I'm still way far from playing at a competitive level.
Do add me up if you want some games FaNaTic #283 - Protoss
18 y.o. student from Australia. Got into SC2 about a month ago and I'm currently a Protoss silver league player. Hoping to find some motivation here to get into Diamond!
Hi guys My Bnet id is Pornlord char code 428 and I am a temasek poly student from Singapore. My main race is Terran. Anyone who wants to play team games or 1 v 1 can add me on bnet. I am from bronze league currently a rank 8 in my division.
hi everyone my name is seagal, i play zerg. starcraft is my favourite game of all time. I was placed into bronze 1v1 and after 150 ish games got promoted into silver, the 30 games later into gold. I hope to one day be ranked as a high diamond player and enjoy watching gomtv as well as husky, psy and hd. I also enjoy reading forums on team liquid.net and the Blizzard site.
I can't tell you how glad I am to have finally found a real SC2 community in SEA; I really can't get enough Starcraft at the moment, and it's great to finally have a community to communicate and play with.
As for me, I'm an Australian Games Writer (Journalist/Critic -- take your pick). I've been writing reviews, articles, interviews and opinion pieces for games (alongside Uni, which I've just finished --) over the last 5 years. I'm currently writing with HYPER Magazine and Pixel Hunt E-Zine, and I'm working full-time as a Content Manager with MMOGames.com.
I'm hoping to bring some of these skills to the Starcraft community in the future, so if any of you are in need of a writer/editor for whatever reason, PM and we'll work something out. Looking forward to meeting you all in the Sc2SEA B.Net Chat Channel -- and feel free to hit me up for a game (NerA.846 -- Rank 5 Gold) anytime!

Reason: Adding my Rank and League
Wassup~~~ Just realized I have yet to post in this introduction thread yet... Emm... Must as well, right?
Er... I am not that new to this site, but I am extremely not active here since I joined... Perhaps that's why my reply post have got no respond at all huh? HaHa~~~
Anyhow, I mostly play as Terran, nick is LaoRen (as you can see) and my character code is 451... I am a lowly bronze... Yeah... Hack it... Wanna have a game, just add me up yeah?
Cheers and out~~~

hi im Hayden from Australia
i got SC2 2 weeks ago enjoying the game playing as Terran none the less whilst learning builds confusing but getting along slowly, in time wanting to enter the BSG Tournaments and see how i go =)

i'm li aka neo from hk but i live in chicago, us.
i was on the na server only but my friend from hk quit and gave me a south-east asia account and now i play zerg on sea
Hi! i go by resin (resin.964 NA) and welcome all! i was a casual BW player but sc2 stole my heart. after seeing MKP get beat out by MVP in a GSL finals i was hooked. my life has now been absorbed by the life consuming force of sc2. LOL.
My name is Jamie I'm from Hobart, Australia. I work as a game developer fulltime and play SC in my free time. Currently I'm stuck in bronze and I want to skill up and meet new people
Hi everyone my name is Thomas and I am from Brisbane. I play on the SEA server as Hyperion but play on the NA server as Muser (which is what i want to change my id to when blizzard finally get around to introducing the name changes).
I currently play Protoss and currently ranked around mid silver on SEA and mid gold on the NA but im slowly getting better and better as time progresses. I do occasionally stream every now and again and listen to the viewers feedback in order to improve upon my game.
Look forward to meeting you all and playing as well.
as the name suggests I'm Orion, an ID i chose because i was listening to Metallica's Orion when i created my battle net account. At the moment I'm busy watching GSL but I joined so I could find a clan to find some consistent practice partners cos i think ladder is just too random to find exactly what i should try and improve on. I can't spam the clan leaders with PM's yet so i guess i have to spend my first week finding out about all the clans first
Hopefully i'll be in some tournaments that the guys here are organizing at some point, I think it's fantastic that you've got a system (with the SEAL) where everyone from scrubs right up to GM's can compete. Congratulations all around are well deserved ^_^
Hi guys!
My name is Victor. I'm a gold league zerg from Sweden by the nick eclpsN, 19 years old. My newyears resolutíon was to play more sc2 so that I'd get into diamond, so I decided to find a nice community and maybe find som people to prac with. I'm also streaming my ladder games.
Send me a PM on the forums if you wanna play some games, will also play on the korean server

I play a lot of SCII on the NA server as well as SEA just for the different peak times and noticeable different standards. Joined up here to hopefully become a part of a cool community

Hello, my name is Scott. Im a huge fan of starcraft 2! watch as many casts/live streams as i can, specially at work on my iphone. my name on NA servers is TeneXe, feel free to drop me a message for practice games or what have you. reiher here from msia. plays on SEA server for ladder and NA sometimes cause they got better custom games. currently platinum league since the start of season 1 but hoping to move into diamond in season 6. love playing zerg and hate terrans even worse are cheezy terrans
I am a bronze player from Rockhampton Queensland and definitely the most cannon rushed out of any of my friends who play SC2. I'm pretty casual with the game but would definitely like to improve my mid/late game skills to move up the ladder as I lose alot of my games around then.
Glad to meet you!
Andrew
Hi everyone!
I'm a Diamond protoss from Sydney. I've been playing sc2 since release but for some reason I never registered here until the other day. I went to the cityhunter tournament the other weekend to support my brother and was struck by how awesome this community is. Didnt realise what I have been missing
Look forward to hanging with everyone on here. I have accounts on SEA, NA and KR so if anyone wants to practice feel free to hit me up
I'm 24 years old gold zerg player from Malaysia, currently residing in Japan. I play as Random in team games. Previous seasons I was a Protoss player. I'm currently working on being aggressive while macroing. Looking to make new friends and practice partners as well.
my brother was playing this game and....well......he is kinda busy so.......he pass on this game to me and i happen to like sim city..(he told me its like simcity only with attack button).....hahah......
so...i have been playing sc2 like simcity......with easy AI...but i ladder once in a while....and....lost.....but i am improving....and pissed some gamers better than meself on the way for being "noob", whatever thats suppose to mean.
my brother registered this account and.....told me today.....just today........so here is my intro about myself......but he sometimes (once in a blue moon
) when he comes back from his offshore jobs....he will use my com (he gave his com to me) and play.
anyway.....i love this website...and it has live steaming!!...nice!!!!
hope i can have fun here too
......right now....bye guys!!!......
I'm Mike in New Zealand. I'm studying a double BA in psych and anthro at Auckland uni and decided that sc2 has a lot in common with such subjects.. Lol No I just really enjoy the game and I hope to get somewhat better by joining a forum for it.
Cheers. all day
Hello everyone, my account name is NocturnaIsle on SEA. I am also known as Moutas on EU and akrhRH on NA. I've been living in Greece for around 20 years and only recently returned to my birth place (aka Australia). I'm currently doing my Masters in IT at the University of Sydney. Cyaz hf
My name is Brad (Baldie.924 on SEA). I am an Event Manager by trade having completed my bachelor degree in the field in 2011. I am from SA and currently work as the Event Manager for Adelaide Bite which is SA's representing team in the Australian Baseball League.
I only recently joined the sc2sea scene as I recently realised my long term goal of being involved in the running of esports internationally in some capacity (be that through Blizzard, MLG, GSL or various other forms) is actually possible and so this was an obvious start!
I really look forward to being a part of this community, making contacts and networking as I make my way up the career ladder.
I am an admin of SASL (South Australian Starcraft League) and we are about to start our SASL Season 3 tournament which looks like it will have ~50 players over a 7 week duration! You can catch the action at http://www.twitch.tv/sasltv. I am also in the process of working with some others to start a barcraft scene in Adelaide.
I don't have much time to play sc2 within my work and sporting commitments but when I am on don't hesitate to say hello!
Hey everyone, I am a bit late to the party but am starting to rediscover starcraft 2 again and would really like to be involved in a community as that is what's missing from battlenet 2.0!
I am generally a macro zerg player unless you do something stupid and need to die because of it!
I would like to get involved into a team train up to be gosu!
hey guys i'm a big fan of sc2 currently playing on NA server but i will soon be switching to SEA server (like in 3 or 4 days). Hope the community here is good and active. I think my account name will be IamGoDLiKe but idk cause i havent bought the SEA region yet.

My name is Havok, I'm 21 and I'm from the UK. You're probably thinking, whats a UK player doing on here? Well being from the UK I currently manage a multigaming community in Europe and in the United States, for a lot of games, mainly Starcraft 2. We are called Eternal eSports. We have just started gathering up players from AU and NZ and need a few more. I've seen a few of you asking about any decent groups out there that play SC2 in AU or NZ, well why not give us a shout? The majority of us play on the EU and US server, but we do have a few getting SEA accounts as they want to set up a base for us in AU and NZ.
This is a bit of background of myself and what my gaming career involves. Hope to meet a lot of you soon.
Hi my name is Ponchmeister, my bnet id is surgeSWAG. I play protoss because I am bad at the game and i HTs. I am 16 year old living in New York, played too many Blizzard games already and don't plan to stop yet. Played WC3, D2, WoW, broodwar and now sc2.
hey peeps was going on is ghost from sc2 new here if we have battled each other in multiplayer lets chat. Here to make friends and meat new people that play sc2 and other blizerd creations thanks for reading this hope we can get to become fiends
from the U.S. to.
Hey all! I'm a diamond zerg from Indonesia. I've been lurking around and I've finally decided to start posting. I also want to meet more SEA guys as TL is full of EU and NA.
AetH
This is GT4444, I currently live in Hong Kong and haven't started SC2 yet. I used to play brood wars in the NA servers (few years ago) but after moving to Hong Kong I would like to start playing SC2 in Hong Kong. Is anyone here from Hong Kong and can you tell me where I could buy a copy of SC2 in Hong Kong?
Hi Guys, I'm Bobas. My character Code is 827
I play in 1v1 in Teams
I started playing SC since BW and though I was terribad (showmethemoney+blacksheepwall+operation cwal + mass carrier) still knew what to do in a normal game
Started in SC2 as but changed to zerg just because me playing toss seemed too reactive
Currently in Aust but originally from Philz! Pinoy Rep!
Just making my first post in this forum, as requested by the Hello Dragmah section.
I am not really a huge gamer, I did play the original SC when I was growing but not as I would say properly (i didnt even use the hotkeys). Getting into SC2 very heavily, much to the wifes dismay. At the moment I spend more time watching SC2 (about 2 - 3 hours a day as i work or clean etc.) then actually playing it. Mostly enjoy team games more then straight 1v1 laddering. Getting quite good at the mechanics of the game and slowly moving towards being able to play properly.
My freinds that got me into are all quite high level players (located both in Aus and USA so unfortunately for SEA I spend most of my SC2 gaming time on the NA server to play with them.
My strengths lie in strategy, so once my mechanics have developed I look forward to playing some intense games.
Myself and a few mates have had fun casting random games that we find, which has meant I have a great understanding of the game (yet another reason why I should work on getting my mechanics up to scratch, I am sensing a theme).
Any way, I think that is more then enough for my first post. I look forward to meeting and chatting with you all.
Hey guys, another new guy here. Just saw the thread and decided to post this up here. I'm relatively new to the game but I'm already drooling over protoss. I'm still in bronze league but I'm slowly working my way to the top. I have a good grasp of a few main strategies for all races regardless of the fact that I have dedicated myself to protoss, and I have a good idea of how these builds are also countered.
Basically I started to look for people I could play this game with, because in my opinion that's what is so great about multiplayer gaming. I found this website, looks great, lots of members, and so I decided to sign up.
At the moment I live in Queensland, Australia. I'm currently finishing the last year of high school so I'm not able to throw myself into this game just yet. I do play a variety of games, LoL and SW:ToR also.
I look forward to being a part of this community, and to further my knowledge whilst enjoying every second of SC2.
PS: I don't mind being called either Zypher or TotallyImba, both names are fine.
EDIT: I did want to give shout casting a go in the future, hence the second name.
Hey Guys, I am a member of TeamLiquid coming from the same handle of PiPoGevy.
My gaming handle is now currently SlayeR.
I am of a Assyrian background so I don't want to give you guys a headache of trying to pronounce my real name :P I come from
I play and I am ranked on NA, I play and am in on SEA, I should really start improving it though :P
I don't have much experience as this is the first RTS I have actually started to play properly, I am a lover of Counter-Strike which I have been playing for a really long time.
And I also play games like DOTA/LoL/WOW from time to time, also trying heeeeps of MMO's along the years. Too many~ :P
My favorite player is none other than SlayerS_BoxeR !!!

Reason: missed some points
Names Mopster, I a brand new bronze Terran player. Looking to work my way up to hit silver / gold before the end of the year. Decided to join up and get better at SC2 after going to the WCS Sydney and staying / meeting a ton of members of Sc2Sea TOR.
I'm here to meet people, Have good matches and get better
My name's Dave (Daveyjones.830), I'm from Melbourne and i've been playing SC2 on and off for about a year now, since WCS i have been laddering pretty seriously and just earned my first promotion into league as . Been idling in the SC2SEA chan for a while and just entered my first BSG and had a blast.
My Name is Blau. I have been playing casually on and off for a year now, mostly on NA but recently have hopped over to SEA. I'm a Zerg from Perth and recently managed to scrub my way up to silver on both NA and SEA, after getting stomped at my first tourny in the first round of WCS qualifiers at RFLAN by Zealo ;_;.
I definitely watch SC2 a lot more than I play, watching the gsl every week and watching any NA tournies I am able to on the weekend.
Hopefully once I am finished with uni soon, I will have time to practice and play more and improve.
Favourite Players are MC, Sheth and idrA, and my favourite tourny to watch was probably the last homestory cup.
Anywho, hopefully will see some of you when I start laddering hard again.
I'm Travis (xTend.155) on SEA. Ph.D Student up in Darwin and enjoy track cycling, 8-ball and sc2. Played a bit of zerg earlier on but changed over to terran because I thought it was a good idea at the time. Currently in silver league working my way up slowly with the spare time I have
New to Sc2 and RTS in general, got hooked watching live streams of Sc2 over the last few months and finally decided to buy the game and have a crack at it myself a few weeks ago its a lot harder then it looks lol
Started out in Gold league and through watching streams and reading build orders and working on apm, worked my way up to Diamond. Looking for people to practice with and maybe form a 2v2 team with someone.
My name is Jake and I play under the name Rocky. I currently live in Brisbane and am studying a bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University.
I started playing Starcraft 2 not to long ago with a friend of mine that moved over from Canada he got me hooked playing 2v2 and I have progressed over into 1v1's. I really enjoy playing but in 2v2's I like to play and I am currently in however trying hard to work my way out of it to become a some what decent player.
My other gaming experience is mainly in the FPS genre I have never really gotten into anything else however SC2 is something I really do enjoy.
The reason I have joined sc2sea is because I enjoy playing games within a community, during my FPS career I have always been apart of community's such as CyberGamer, Sublime and ESL all in which I have had very influential roles in and still do. However I just want to get to know people in SC2 make new friends and be part of another amazing community.
I enjoy playing games with friends and why should SC2 be any different if you are up for a game (or want to give me some tips on my game which I am more than happy to take) feel free to add me on SC2 Rocky.(740) or throw me a PM here.
I hope to see you on the ladder and to have some good games and fun.
My name is Barry, a.k.a OSL0rd on Starcraft and SlayerL0rd outside Starcraft. A Singapore player in SC2 and i am a member of Team Oandlig Spektrum , a Singapore SC2 team and i am a Protoss player. Before I get into the team and all, shall intro more about myself. I started playing Starcraft 2 back in October and I started gaming since i was 6. Starcraft 2 intreged me highly when I was watching old streams and VoDs by HuskyStarcraft back then. This was my first strategy game and my also first game that I want to compete and perform well in while also doing well for my studies. I'm still a low level player at high gold currently but due to major exams this year, I do not have time to play and practice sufficiently. After my major exams, I will be attempting to get to Grandmasters if not masters in 2 weeks before the Grandmaster ladder is fixed and will be streaming it. I also do Youtube videos that consist of not only Starcraft 2 but a whole variety of games on the PC and the Xbox 360. I have been doing Youtube videos for about 2 years now. Generally I'm a friendly guy and like to talk to people so i hope this forum is really interactive
Team Oandlig Spektrum (Team OS) is a team formed by me to help low level players (most of my friends) to have that sense of belonging and want to do well in Starcraft 2 and hopefully compete in the international level someday. I believe that anything is achievable provided that the attitude is there and with proper coaching plus physiological aspects of the game and person considered and met with. We also aim to bring up the SEA Esports scene in not only Starcraft 2, but many other genres as well.
I hope to talk to all of you guys as much as I can and look forward to enjoying your company here ^^
NightSpear.
Have been playing casually for some time only started to play regularly in the last month.
I'm currently in and play . Send me a message would love to practice with someone.
Hi guys, xStar(#222) here. Silver league player, only hoping to get better. Decided to look for some kind of community as I felt very alone rising the ranks with no friends. Looks like a nice and quaint community here and I hope to have a nice time here. Thank you.
hello, my name is james and im joining this community and became a member in hope for improvement in-game. i live stream often and i am gold in 1s, platinum in all teams
My name is Shawn and I'm new to the SC2 scene so I'm in the bronze league. I've played competitively in other games which we're [PC] Counter Strike: Souce, [PC] Counter Strike: Global and [PS3] Call Of Duty Black Ops.
I am 14 years old but my dream is to play in IEM like MoonGlade.
My short term goal is to proceed into the Silver league. My long term goal is to play in GrandMaster.
I currently play Zerg but I'm a high bronze terran player.
I live in Tasmania, Australia
If anyone wants to 1v1 me add me HaZaRd.885 and ill give you a game when I can!
Well thanks for reading and ill see you guys around!

Reason: spelling mistake
I haven't played as much starcraft as i could. only recently installed it again. still bronze and kinda getting there but some times i need a bit of help, with tactics etc i am better at fixing computers and stuff.
Saravok in game on SEA, I live in Hobart Tasmania and am 22.
Play Starcraft a bit but am very casual, prefer 2v2 mostly but looking to do better on 1v1 ladder to help the 2v2 stuff. Currently silver 2v2 and bronze 1v1. Mainly play as Protoss.
I am usually online just after midnight as I work late shifts, looking forward to learning more about the game forever bronze yo
Hey everyone I'm obviously new, other wise I wouldn't be posting in this forum haha. I've been playing SC2 for maybe 2 months now and have been watching A LOT of Day 9's Dailies both on youtube and live. I've recently got into Silver league after playing it rather casually.
So enough about Starcraft haha. I'm a 20 year old Psych student (Start officially in late Feb) and live near Hervey Bay, Queensland. Thought I would join this because Team Liquid isn't very Aussie orientated and I am looking for practise partners, couches or just Starcraft friends because none of my friends play it
Hi everbody, even though my account was created 3 years ago I believe, I wasn't active on this site and starcraft 2 altogether. In preparation for HotS, I have decided to play the game seriously this time
A little history about me,
Highly competitive Dota player at about 2008/2009 era, won multiple LANs and even qualified for the SMM Grand National Tournament, in which my team did not play the finals because it was disbanded by then. *insert sad face here*
Shortly after, during yet another dota LAN, there was another tournament going on at the same location. It was a CoD4 tournament. I almost fell in love with how the game was played, the emotions and the gameplay. I decided to learn the game. Fast forward many many months of hardcore playing/training. I slowly became one of the top players in Malaysia *smiles* and some might say in Asia. Eventually my team got picked up by an European org as an Asia community team. Things were good until the competitive scene, slowly but surely came to a rot.
And somehow I ended up back at Starcraft II. Besides SC2, I still casually play DOTA2 and LOL DDDD
Sorry for the long post, and hello to everyone here at SC2SEA!
Hi, Ive been playing sc2 on and off since release, looking to really get back into the game with HotS and become a decent player.
Never bothered signing up to sc2sea until now cause I somehow avoided knowing about the site until fairly recently(& tbh even though I'm making an account now I'll almost certainly still be spending more time on tl[sorry!!!!])
Either way I'm aiming to be more aware of the sea scene from now on, and hopefully meet a few sc2 players that play on sea server as well.
Hey guys just looking to get more involved in the community, also looking for people to play with as I dont really know anyone that plays. My 1v1 best is gold although i havent 1v1 in a while at least year before hots came out. Am looking to get back into it but would be more motivated if i was involved in a team someway. I would say I play at plat lvl but am looking to improve.
Thx for reading n hope to see some of you out there
My name is Cameron Carson, also known as fams or famsytron. I am the Editor in Chief at Flash eSports. I used to play Warcraft 3 before playing Starcraft 2 for a while. My races were Undead and Zerg respectively.
I'm alt24 (alty on bnet), a zerg player from the team HYPE here in Brisbane. I've only been playing sc2 since a week or two before the release of hots. Some of you may know me from other communities as I've played COD competitively for the past 5 years.
I went to the sc2 comp hosted by performance gaming (mavrick) at last weeks GGF LAN. This event was a real eye opener to what the sc2sea community is like - It's much more mature and professional than anything else here in Australia. This has motivated me to come here and join the forums and perhaps take up SC2 as my main game.
You can add me at alty.517 and hopefully I'll meet some of you at the upcoming ACL Brisbane
Very similar background to alty, we met in COD4 when we both took it up competitively about 5 years ago, and have been co managing HYPE! together for the last 4 or so years.
I've had a liking to SC2 ever since its release, having played a little brood war when I was a lot younger and being able to watch my best mate (Yogie) progress up to top diamond, but never had the time to commit to it. I also went to the recent sc2 comp hosted by Performance Gaming at last weeks GGF LAN and really showed me the level of skill not only in Aus, but South East QLD too. After attending this I've also had a boost in motivation to get better and get in amongst this great community
Hey guys! My name is Wolfe I recently switched to SEA from NA where I was 1.3k point masters! I will shortly be bringing my competitive team with me. We plan to make SEA a harder server in order to try to boost its eco as well as E-Sports ! Coming with me will be a few NA low gms.

Odin TV is started, and we're looking to have a big impact in Southeast Asia!
With the rise of Twitch TV, everyone is hosting and streaming games. But that being said, the links are everywhere, and viewers have to look hard to find the various streams. As such, Odin Tv sets out to solve this problem, whereby streamers have to post their link, and we will publicise their stream on our site! As such, viewers need only log in to our site, and view all the streams from there. No more pointless searchings through forums and other google sites.
hi everyone i'm jake 'autopsipath' walters, i play sc2 (zerg) and warcraft 3 (orc) mainly, up and down between bronze and silver most of time depending on my vt winrate lol. i'm always down to practice specifics like if anyone is having trouble with some zerg cheese i'd love to give them some practice defending it as i'd probably like to practice that particular build anyway so hit me up if this sounds like you. i'm in a tasmanian clan called Devil Mode Gaming (Workin on getting ourselves to sc2sea house clan worthiness), we have varying levels of seriousness amongst our members so there is really no restrictions if you want to join us or get to know some of us to add to your sc2 homies list
thanks for your time glhf
Hi! I'm Deuce25. I'm a Malaysian student, who also plays SC2. I have an account in the SEA server as Deuce 742. I'm a mid silver player. I also have an account in the NA server as a platinum Protoss. Of course, I rarely win as I'm fairly sure my placements were a fluke.
Trying to break the habit of playing random and stick to a certain race, but it's tough as I'm fairly fickle minded. I also tend to cheese when I'm frustrated.
My hobbies inclue Starcraft, long bot games of Civ V and Japanese culture.
Any tips on ladder anxiety, strats or so on would be greatly appreciated! I hope I'd fit in into this awesome SEA sc2 community! xD
Thirteen year old Terran hailing from Perth
Glad to be here . Silver league who got into starcraft about.. a month or two ago.
I'm full of ladder anxiety and am probably the most up-to-date-with-meta silver league around, but that doesnt mean my mechanics are any good :P
My name is Simon and i am a fairly low level player loooking to improve! I live in Canberra, Australia.
Add me on friends if u wanna play some teams or even intrested in some Coaching work. I am Currently a gold player and torn between Terran or Zerg (Zerg is slightly better)
I'm Josh (girvo) from Brisbane Australia. I play SC2 allll the time (at least since I got HotS 3 weeks ago :P) -- I'm terrible, Bronze right now. But I'm getting better!
I'd love to practice with some peeps from here, if you're keen send me a message!
Hi im thejayjay. Been with SC2 since the beta. Am a second year student from the national uni of singapore, and am actually looking for opportunities to cast matches!

Hi everyone my name is AscillA and I'm a gold level zerg player from Singapore, I play on both NA and SEA server (mostly NA). After some time spent lurking I finally decided to step out and make my first post. Some of you may recognize me from twitch chats recently. I've played SC2 since 2010 but I've only gotten more serious about it in the past year or so.
I'm looking to become closer to the SEA community and also to have fun with you guys! Maybe some time in the near future I will be joining a house clan and actively participating in tournaments. My aim is to get better at this unforgiving game (hopefully diamond by this year) and any help from the community is greatly appreciated ^^.
im new to this new community,im from Malaysia when i play in SEA server i feel like im playing alone because i have no fren that play starcraft 2,im so thankful i found this site.i hope u guys can be my fren and have fun with me while playing sc2.
Just moved over to Wellington, New Zealand from California, and looking to get back into SC2. I'm currently working on a PhD, so my play time is rather limited, but I find it's much more fun with other people rather than just laddering.
I haven't played in quite a while, and keep alternating between playing Zerg and Terran, so my builds are rather non-existent. I usually just wing it :-)
Looking for a fun community and some sparring partners around my level (silver league).
Hello all,
Call me Raiders, from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I'm new here and making first post here. I played SC since decade ago mainly as Terran.
Please show me the way around here, and I look forward to joining a clan.
Wonder how my avatar looks like, is there a way to change it?
The more posts you make along the way, as you involve more in the community, you will be awarded more avatar pics and you can change it by clicking the button in the homepage chat, "Change Chatbox Avatar"

Oh and you can post here if you want to join a clan!! http://www.sc2sea.com/showthread.php?t=1897
Some active clans are AxS, mGG, IXL and a few more (Those are all the ones I can only remember XD)
So yeah, you'll probably easily find out how to get around the site

Hello guys, nice to meet you all. I'm new to SC2 and still in Bronze currently. I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia.Still learning to be a good Protoss player.
Hello, little hyper-intelligent islanders. FunkyGraham calling from the insulated mainland of the US of A. I've played SC2 for a number of months ever since getting it for Christmas last year, on a four-year-old laptop that rejects all manner of games and media as if they were contraband organs. Skype is almost definitely impossible, which may complicate things. If I could run Skype alongside anything else, or at all, I would already be in Gold or Plat by now.
I've had poor Lenny upgraded over the years, new hard drive here, doubled ram there, but I cannot swear in a court of law that he has a GPU. As such, lag is my biggest actual problem in advancing within the game, as well as my lowered confidence due to the unusual amount of toxicity I have encountered...I kid you not, one time I wished I was playing Call of Duty instead. At least those are just kids...
My irl losses are part of it as well, my life taking a downward turn, losing most everything adults value, puts me in no position to upgrade my system, so I will have to work around it in all things. This includes the aforementioned absence of Skype.
As for gameplay experience, I am considered an achievement junkie. I have almost 4000 points in my name with max levels, and have almost all of the campaign missions cleared on Brutal, even though my relevant multiplayer records are Silver and Bronze. I balked at the lack of a manual for the game, and learning it by myself was a steep curve. It took me three months to figure out that double-clicking would select all of one unit or building type, and more than that to use control groups in the most rudimentary sense. Now, I'm working on hotkeys, which will require me to choose a race. I can't decide! Which is most fun?
I love stuff from all of them, and I like being a support role in 3v3s and above. I actually got Platinum in 4v4 because I would take the brunt of the inevitable cheeses, and when the dust settled it's my three partners with deathballs in a thin ling broth against two or more failed cheesers. I'm a cheese magnet. I'm like soup. :3
I hope this isn't too long! I used to do forum stuff several years ago and I talk a whole lot today. It's compensating for the lack I get in real conversation, as I am quite autistic. I am unbelievably smart, but I never seem to be able to use this knowledge myself. It leads to people picking on me for not being able to heal myself, or blaming me for negligence or omission, so I hope this place is safe. Ugh, so much hate from this game. I almost stopped playing at all until I found you guys.

Nice to see another new guy around! Hope you feel whalecum-ed (hue ) in our community! Wish you the best of luck in starcraft2 and I agree, team games are fun. Choose protoss for ez wins Kappa
Anyway, just hang around the chat whenever you can! (But considering your location and timezone I don't think there would be much people online when you're awake lol)
Greetings from Singapore. Long time Starcraft fan who just purchased HotS about a month ago to play arcade. Gonna switch up to playing standard and/or ladder soon. Will welcome any form of advice or guidance! ^^
Would also like to know where the general SEA community plays. Almost everyone seems to be on Americas. Is that right?

Hi fellow Singaporean, most of us play on NA because SEA is a dead server. For you, you'd definitely find the ping to KR much better than NA. Do hang out at chatbox more often and eventually join a clan (I recommend mGG because their leader, Nemesis, is Singaporean too). See you around, there are many good Zergs here to give you advice whenever you need!
im fabio, moved from europe 1 yr ago, working in the beautiful aussieland, from melbourne
was kinda decent in wol (~plat), havent played for quite sometime, hope to find someone to play with
add me, lama.707 sea server.... or should I play on another server? whichhhh?
best
Hi LaMa, welcome to SC2SEA! Hope you'll frequent this site more and hang out at the chatbox!
Servers recommended would be NA and KR as long as delays aren't that high. Not many people play SEA anymore, as you can see there are less than 16 GMs there. Join up a clan if you're looking for people of your level to play with!
go to be cast some tournaments on my twitch all are welcome to come watch
Hey man!
First of all: Welcome to SC2SEA.com!
I'm sure if you hang about you'll have a blast and get to know some great people.
If you're ever looking for a group to hang about with then go ahead and add me on skype (shane_lee1097) and we can have a chat about this.
My name is Tim "DrennoC" Conner and I am a semi-pro StarCraft caster from the US (specifically Arizona at the moment). I am a freelance caster and also cast for ASL (Ascended Star League: ASL Wikipedia) which OSC just partnerd with! I cast a few other games too, but my passion and love is for the best game ever made: StarCraft! I feel called to be a kind, loving and humble person in the StarCraft community and I love the community! I am currently going to community college part time and doing programming work. I stream and cast sc2sea on my twitch channel although when I cast normally it is not on my own channel. When I stream I commentate the entire time and interact with my audience (you!!!) as much as I possibly can! If you want to know when I cast on different channels follow me on my twitter. Every follow means a lot to me!
I'm a 22 year old plat terran sc2 player from Melbourne, Australia.
Been playing sc2 since wings of liberty, and I've been playing HOTS off and on for the last year or so.
I watch GSL, SPL and Star League pretty religiously .
Hobbies are photography, music and exploring nature.
Would love to play some sc2 with some like minded people who are around my age.
Even if it's just going over replays or mucking around in 1v1, 2v2 ect.
Anyone who wants to play please add me on skype: christophergrant_
Or message me on twitter: www.twitter.com/2thesea_
The GPDL is a community hosted tournament that features players from the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond league from SEA. It is a fun tournament for the more casual players to have a chance to feel what is it like to play in a big tournament, and at the same time be pitted against players of their own skill level.
Hey guys.
Just enjoying the game right now and improving as time passes by.
Been a longtime RTS/3D fighter competitive gamer so i do enjoy playing with/against anyone who wants a good fight.
Besides that, it is nice that a forum has been set up for SEA gamers. Will happily contribute ideas/thoughts or whatever i can share.
I appreciate the initiative by the posters in sharing information. This will help strengthen the community and might i say makes the game more interesting for those who drop by. There is no scene without participation and hopefully the SEA community will stay strong for the months to come.
Greetings from singapore everybody!I'm a 20 year old currently finishing up my national service.I was introduced to this great website by my secondary friend with a SEA I'D named Xplizit. It's really awesome to see south east Asians having their own Starcraft community, kudos to our local casters such as mezza Phoenix and Kelly for broadcasting and commentating on the tournament scene.cheers to our local heroes such as nirvana and oxygen for contributing really useful articles on this website. It was such an eye opener to be able to spectate your games live. As for myself, I played BW briefly in primary sch and ever since then I've been attracted to the Terran race because of the awesome Marine and soundtrack. Currently playing Terran on SEA server. Character name is Kerrigan 869, platinum. Feel free to add me if you're looking for practice custom games
hello! seems like i havent posted but i've been reading alot of the threads here as i improve my game. I'm frozened from gameaxis forums, been a long time since i played any strat games hope that i can meet more friends and learn the mechanics of sc2.
Bronze level Terran player.. But **** it.. I enjoy watching sc2 battles (mainly due to the fact that I lose lots ;_ from Adelaide.. yeh.. Would love to get more involved in the casting scene and what not.. so hopefully hanging around here I can pick up some tips..
HDPhoenix here and I'm a shoutcaster, as well as a mid-tiered diamond Zerg. Propz to Nirvana for this awesome website and letting all of us SEA server players get to know each other.
ephemera.986 on SEA, started out as a team game player for relaxation and moved into 1v1, though I'm still learning! 1422 diamond solo right now, and a terran player! I'm keen for team or custom solos whenever if I'm on, as long as you're full of laughs!
Also, I hate Banelings with a passion.
Also, I hate High Templars with a passion.
Also, from Singapore!
If you're using both banelings and high templars, stop fooling around with infestors and end the game already.

Played bw wcg once but never got out of the grp qualifiers.
I'm a terran player.
Currently ranked 158 on top 200 lol. Need to ladder more. I have a stream as well: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/hypnoticpoo
Also hovering pretty high on the 2v2 ladder with my partner kyzersoze lol.
Hey everyone,
Fresh to the site. Was updating my details and was told to come here and introduce myself, so what the hey;
Sc2 ID is akky.139. Played Sc1 a fair bit on all servers, mainly on West and Europe though. Had Artanis and TheDon1 as good mates in RL and training partners so helped my game quite a bit. Represented SA in the National WCG Finals in Sydney in 2004. Got spanked by L!MP. Some Sc1 ID's are aus.akira, VoTFa.aKiRa, etc.
Terran User in SC2. Currently sitting 1400+ on the ladder but far from considering myself a decent player. Looking for training partners if anyone's keen.
Also great to see a site dedicated to SC2 gaming in SEA. Wanna thank all the admin who have taken time and energy to get this up and running. Mad props

I'm a fan of SC since 1998 in my teenage years. Times when the internet still isn't very huge in our country. We visit various pc shops within the region to find and challenge the area's "best starcraft player in the world" just like what the people in Dragon Ball Z does. Kids these days are spoiled with the internet thing and all this jazz!!!(J/k)
Hope to have our little SEA community grow. Cheers!
Also is that a Glade Air Freshener in the Banner!!?? ROFLOLZZZ

Reason: Noticed Glade Banner
yo everyone,
I am new to starcraft 2 ,never played starcraft before.Hopefully by joining this community i can improve my gaming skills and make more friends cheers
I am Lexo. I played WC3 as UD. Haven't played SC2 yet---I am finishing my honours year
Posted to support the SC2 SEA scene and to procrastinate from finishing my thesis!
Hey folks. Looking forward to meeting some fellow gamers, all my mates have bailed on me to go outside or something. Beating the snot out of people on the ladder is less fun if you can't brag about it to anybody.
Hey everyone, DFM here. Not really e-famous, but the among the few that know me, I'm notorious for picking new names for every game/account I create lol
Used to play a ton of games, from rts to 2d fighters to mmos. Mostly just casually though, all that has slowed down a bit and now I mostly play sc2 =]
About 2 years go I suddenly got really into wc3 (super late i know lol), cause a classmate of mine was also really into it. Played a lot of that, eventually we both spontaneously decided (during some random class no less) to do our final project on wc3 LOL So for that we did a ton of casts for wc3, and that's pretty much how I got into esports and casting.
Trying to get into casting sc2 now, but I enjoying play so much I'd rather play most of the time, although obsing pro games is quite enjoyable too. Will probably start casting more in a month or so when I have moved and get a proper set up for casting or just stream my games.
Hope I can contribute my part to helping the SEA scene, and particularly the Singaporean scene grow =]
Also I have noticed my posts tend to be twice as long as most other posts lol
Hey everyone, I'm Jerry on SEA ID 725 add me for some games. I play protoss at a average silver level so if you want to pwn a noob come find me . I live in Auckland which is pretty rare i guess so yeah add me and we can play some 1 vs 1s
I'm Aaron from Singapore, aged 22. Known as ALJ in-game though.
Anyhow, brief introduction about me.
Enjoys playing Starcraft II, learning new stuffs each day. Watching the replays before I sleep etc. (STC is my idol. Lol) Professional dealer as my occupation. I believe I've came across this site before but just registered. Karry aka Sizematters told me "You should visit sc2sea.com" :O Haha.
Anyways, I hope to have fun and keep myself up to date with SEA news.
Good luck and have fun all!
PS. If anyone wants to add, ALJ#157.
EDIT: Forgot to add - Terran player; not because I lack self respect but strongly think that Terran's playstyle suits me most and that's what important ain't it? Also played as Terran during SCBW wayyyyy back but totally sucked at it.

Hi everyone. Got directed here after seeing the tournament annoucement from SC2 in-game.
Wow...didn't even know of this place till now. Noob Lol.
Played SC-BW a couple of years back. Got SC2 the moment it came out and have managed to get friends around me to get their copies. Didn't really start to play well until i started watching Day9 dailies. Loved the #100 episode! Can't get enough of the trumpet dance!
Currently playing in bronze, looking for anyone to help with practice to get to diamond.
I'm Note from Thailand, but now currently studying in Perth, Australia.
I'm not a pro player or diamond league people but most people know me from NotyNote Starcraft 2 as I'm doing commentary video and live stream to most of the important match in Thailand, and yes I only do the commentary in Thai language .
Anyhow, I'm looking forward to knowing you guys , and hope we have a good time together on this forum.
Hello all!
i suck at this game in general. FPS is more my speed.
I am pretty BM in games if you cheese me and im trying to fix that.
hope to see u all ingame soon!
o... btw im just platinum, so diamond players are free from my BM atm.
I'm pretty new to RTS, SC2 is the first I've really put any effort into. Currently sitting around 1000 points in diamond league. If you're in platinum or diamond and wanna play some practice games or just chill, feel free to add me, my id is Cute.200. I'm particularly looking to improve my zvz or just discuss zerg play in general. I'm on almost every night.
Hi I'm shaun (ShinyDark.310) was just starting to get OK-ish at Brood War when SC2 came out. SC2 is heaps of fun but i'm still just a Bronze Noob, and not a very good one at that
Hi people, new to this place
I am a Malaysian who plays Starcraft 2 when I am free

i am Zeion from sg (love this flag ..) an engineer with SIA.. am new to sc2 (but a wc3 orc player) been playing terran since as it's the only race that someone (sizematters) actually spend a week with a total newbie and teach him how to play from scratch..

dennis.yeocx(at)gmail.com

Hi I'm Andrew aka DarthNoko #738 from the Philippines. I love Stacraft 2 but haven't really played the original Starcraft. I'm also a Star Wars nut
Add me up if you want a Zerg practice partner
I'm Jeremy, I play Protoss and my bnet ID is ztjy.526 in the NA server. I am a Malaysian but i do not play in the SEA server because I am currently studying my final year in the US. I represent Purdue University in the Collegiate Star League(CSL) so please check that out and support my team. Recently, i participated in the PUGG Starcraft 2 Tournament and won first place which was really cool.
I prefer to play longer macro games and i dislike it when opponents "cheese" me. Add me on bnet if you would like a game with me. I hope to grow the Starcraft community in SEA and grow e-sports in SEA.
Hi there! I am Canx from Singapore . Student (yes it's the holidays) so I'll be playing a lot these two months I'm super terrible so here's hoping that I can get progressively better ^^
Hey Guys, I'm SiF... Long time gamer; mid-top level diamond player; 2bh'er (2bh.org); sc2 caster (youtube.com/starcraft2bh) and SC2 friends with a few of you too...
new to the forums, and came around exploring some community action am a terran player. I played on more casual terms rather than competitive but always happy to see great matches taking place.
I'm Greg, french expat in Singapore since 2004 and soon to be a "permanent head damage" kind of doctor.
I've been gaming ever since my best friend got a NES and haven't stopped playing to this day (Uncle Fighting!!!). I've always been a casual gamer but I'm trying to change that with SC2 and get better at a game I like. I usually watch a lot of VODs (Day[9], GSL, etc), read TL (and SC2SEA now ) and, if there's any time left, actually practice. Damn, one day I'll get out of bronze league... ahem...
More importantly, I'm looking forward to taking part in this community.
Matt here, as you can probably guess by the username :P
Can't say my gaming career has been long and extensive, but I have certainly gotten into the SC2 scene. Living in Melbourne, just finished a music degree at the University of Melbourne.
Currently a Platinum league Zerg, although I haven't been laddering much as of late. matthras.568 on the SEA server.
Hi all i was from the old aus-1 server back in the day my alias was crap187.
I am looking for a someone who can play a few games daily and climb up the 2v2 ladder as much as possible into diamond etc if anyone is serious in gaming a bit and learning some 2v2 strats hit me up back here and lets see how we go online.

yo dude you sent me a pm but for some reason the site wont let me reply back, i think you need to activate it in your profile to be allowed to be sent PM's! PM me again when you've got it unlocked
Hey all,
good to see more SEA community sites popping up around the place. Krunch.103 is my SEA account if anyone is keen for some practice games against a mid diamond zerg. Im always keen for soem practice games/
Hi guys, I go by the name of Tehbing (have to check number later) on SEA server.
Recently mustered up enough bawls to actually play on ladder since getting the game on launch date because as my friend points out, I really lack "game sense" which I do agree. I get roflstomped alot playing in-house or even vs ai. But I do watch quite a number of replays regularly and try to play a few games when I have the time and am awake enough to.
Played WoW for over a year on Barthilas going by the same name before stopping to play SC2 instead. No time for more than 1 Blizzard game with me being a full-time slave in NTU ADM hurhur.
Looking forward to end of exams so I can get some solid practice on the game >_<

Hi all, I'm a 20 year old student from Ngee Ann Poly, Singapore. Mostly playing sc2 to pass time.
I play as protoss in 1v1 and random in team games. I would love to play team and practice games with other diamond players. Most of my friends went back to WoW and I'm kinda bored. Add me!
She is one of THE top players in Asia. (#1 Daimond Toss i think)
I think her gamer name is Pikachu but dont quote me on that!
I forgot her name but she's Taiwanese, and is also an actor/singer.
I will get back to you!
Hi. Annoying website message made me post here. Hopefully now it'll go away.
Oh yeah and i play zerg, i was in the top 200 a while ago but lately i haven't been playing enough to qualify as "active" (that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it).
Not to sure where to post this, but anyway here it is.
Well I'm DrunkPanda a once silver protoss player in silver in the NA region, but switched to playing zerg in SEA and have focused on that a lot. After that I got frustrated and went to terran and after a few days of hard work I I feel as if I should go back to Protoss, but when I tried to my protoss play is now terrible and no where near silver level. I want to greatly improve on my starcraft play and also find a race to settle down on. My friend derpy showed me this site so I decided I should sign up.
I hope to become better through this site and also maybe share a little of what I know
Thanks guys
Hey there, I'm Adrian, 24yrs old from Malaysia. Well I'm into SC2 like crazy addict, hahaa... at last I've reached the diamond level rank #7 in Hanson Whiskey Division 1v1(North America) with the Bnet id:- BlitzoneV.
I still haven't get my own Bnet acc but soon after Xmas, hehe cause it's very pricey over here in Malaysia (south east asia).
Well, I'm looking forward to make new friends in SC2 SEA community and hope to be in the pro league one day!
Adios, I guessed that's all I can say bout myself.
21 year old from Australia. Currently a ~1600 level diamond player. I played WC3 on USwest for many years, so the transition over to SC2 was quite a smooth one.
Joined this forum because I'd like to get to know more people within the SEA community ~
while on the aus-1 topic... was recently browsing thorough sc2ranks and i saw JugglerX. What a blast from the past!
oh yeah, i forgot to mention i'm also from aus-1.
also, i've been playing with jugglerx lately. i didn't realise he was an old-school celebrity? or am i asuming too much there (zomg nirvana recognised someone, he must be awesomely amazing)
Hey everybody!. Top 200 (atm 81) consistently. Avg APM - 60 Just how do i do it - My crazy 1base/2base timings!
Sigh. But Need help with macro and yer just checking out the SEA starcraft 2 scene.

RiceMuncher.163
I'm from SG too, unfortunately since i really wanted the SC2 collector's ed but could not find one i ended up getting the US collector's ed... so i am unable to play on the SEA server sob sob.
My ID is elysdeon.111 on the US server for anyone who wants to add me :P
Hey guys, I'm eskimofu! Started SC2 in beta having watched lots of SC1 games but never having really tried it online much. Been trying improve ever since, currently around Platinum level (although recently thrown down into Gold for trying a few too many crazy fast expands). I'm a Protoss, but I did play random for quite a while.
I'm looking for other people around Plat or low Diamond to practice with and improve.

my name is Infetrix which is latin for slayer, today i was promoted to silver 1v1 and demoted from platinum 4v4,i was also looking for a 4v4,3v3 or 2v2 team as random is frustrating.
team mates would be preferably above silver for everything Infetrix.568
My game name is my real life nickname, "Comma" but I have a few other aliases such as Malachi/ADSR. I'm currently a Terran 2250 Diamond player on SEA, 1750 on NA, working myself up when I have time. Currently though, between working at a casual job at odd hours, after finishing my University Degree in Physics, I haven't had especially much time to ladder as much as I'd like.
One of the highest win Percentages in the Top Tier Diamond of SEA and keeping it that way as I move up. I've been intending on writing analytical articles for all to share, and am really looking at either creating or picking up a time so that I can improve my game in ways rather than laddering.
I love spending some time playing casual team games, offracing as either Protoss and Zerg and just messing around with interesting builds, trying to figure out timings for all races so that I can most effectively counter them.
jesse here, been playing sc2 since the start!! was living in US but my family moved back YAY!! so i just started playing on SEA, used to be 2k diamond bon NA! Feel free to hit me up for some games. Hey Ridi im from brissy too! =)
hey guys my name is bobby macpherson and starcraft rules!!!...in the sea server i go by XxWarGodxX#197 untill i get another name change then i will use my fav alias TkMd...For the Swarm!!!
Dogsi here. Old BW player, quit for 10 years, started again when sc2 came out. American living in Jakarta. I really have no clue what I am doing most of the time but seem to get a good number of wins anyways.
Hi guys im Hai currently training hard on SC2 just started building on my clan the sTs clan my nick is sTsLoftra looking forward to meet most of your guys on SC2 anyone wants to play and train find me ill be happy to make friends =) im in bronze league btw haha
Wassup wassup everybody!
I'm YogenFruz CC650 and I LOVE starcraft!
Other than starcraft and CounterStrike, I love hitting the slopes skiing and playing the saxophone.
I was born and raised in Hong Kong and now I'm in Canada studying at the University of Toronto!
I've been in Canada for several years now, and have played StarcraftII on both the SEA servers and the NA servers, and if you ever run into me on SEA, get ready for some North American style of play!
Ciao everyone!
Yogen, OUT!
I'm an Aussie from Melbourne and am new to playing RTS games online.
I've always loved the Warcraft series (as you can tell from my name) but never got into it online so am enjoying testing myself against others online in SC2.
Like most of you's, I am addicted to SC...have loved the game since the original and BW just made some great, even better...I was incredibly hopeful of SC2 and once again Blizzard have delivered something revolutionary...
Ugghhh played so many games, watched so many replays, but I still just can't get enough....
Anyway I'm sure i'm just repeating thoughts that are already going through your head...
If you's want a game hit me up, always great to find other talented and inspired gamers
G'day everyone.
I'm an ausy living in wet North Queensland (Townsville during the semester), entering my 2nd year of a Bachelor of Engineering at JCU. Until recently I've been a primarily FPS player (Halo:CE on the PC, TF2, KF, L4D). My only prior experience with RTS were playing AoE1 during lunch in primary school (turtling like a boss!) and Dawn of War (I'm a massive Warhammer nerd ) which I was pretty bad at.
I'm working on picking up my game with SC2 however; I've moved from not knowing how to waypoint my nexus to a point where I feel I'm getting to grips with how the game plays broadly. I've still got a long way to go though so I hope I can find some great practice partners here to help me improve my game
I also joined here because I was looking for a SC2 centric community but TL seemed too big and scary for a noob like me. I'm keen to get involved with the leagues you guys are running here too.
Incidentally, SC2 is the first Blizzard game I've actually liked. Go figure.
Hey everyone,
I'm a 20 year old aussie living in Sydney and studying to be a teacher atm. I'm loving sc2 so far and will hopefully get to diamond sometime. I'm currently enjoying silver league though :P
I have many interests, so can't really list them here but if you're interested in a practise partner I'd love to play a few games. I'm also usually up for a 3v3 or 2v2. I tend to play after 10pm or sometimes during the day and am an avid follower of the pro players so anyone who wants to just chat about sc2 in general is welcome.
Pm me for a protoss practise partner, I tend to be at mid plat level play and like to experiment but I'm never above a 4gate.
I am 28 and a zerg player. I am currently silver ranked 1 here so hopefully i can improve enough to move to gold in the next few weeks. I played SC:BW briefly against my brother and dad, but really not much at all. I am interested in talking strategy etc to help improve ourselves as players, and interested in hearing peoples advice from pros etc.
Dylan here from singapore. Add me up at xcelon. 868 for some game.
Been playing for about 2 months now. Still stuck at bronze, hope to move up to gold in a month or 2.
NZ player. Haven't played for about 3 months very new to starcraft but am keen on learning. Gold on 1v1 am keen to get back into it. Don't really know what I'm doing half the time lol. Am keen to play strong players.
Hi, am Singaporean here. Probably the oldest around!
I'm 31 and play zerg. Been so since the old sc1 days.
These days I prefer to watch online gamecasts more than play since my old hands aren't as nimble as before.
regardless, if anyone wants a team game with an ally who photon cannons decently well(haha!), thats me!
I'm 15, zerg player, currently 2500 zerg diamond, currently want to try to get into the sc2 scene make a name for myself and start to join tournaments!
Salutations. I am Malachiel from Adelaide, Australia. My brother and I often play 2 v 2 but we aren't very good at it yet, hoping to make myself a more worthy adversary in the near future. Good luck and good hunting
Hi my name's renzo from the Philippines. Not much SC2 players from around here, so hopefully you can add me up Void.166 sometime and maybe we can have a 1v1 or team match together
Hi everyone! My name's Vojdan and I'm a Macedonian living in New Zealand. Love Starcraft because you don't get stupid people playing because it is too hard for them =9. I wanted to join BSG this week but I was too nervous that I would lose. I usually have practise 1s with my diamond mates but atm I'm totally out of their league... literally, I'm gold. Zerg are my race because they are so hard to play compared to the other races. :P On sc2 VOJ name and 157 code. I'm on most days and most hours.
Im Nick, 20 years old live and work in Melbourne. Enjoy playing starcraft used to play BW back in the day and am now a zerg player in SC2 used to be rank 1 gold but due to a very poor form streak at the moment have been demoted to silver. hoping to get promoted again soon. SC2 name is Ricey.957 hit me up if you want an easy win haha.
I'm a long-time fan of all 3 of Blizzard's main franchises, though I hadn't played any SC until a few weeks ago when I got a 14-day trial of SC2 with my WoW: Cataclysm retail box. I had long wanted to experience Starcraft for myself and this was the perfect opportunity. I have to admit, I jumped straight into the multiplayer and got utterly thrashed, even in the practice league, but I was hooked and today I bought myself the full version of the game.
I haven't yet decided on my race of choice, but it'll definitely be either Protoss or Terran - I just can't seem to pick up the Zerg style of play. I should really pick a race to focus on soon.
I'm looking to make a few in-game friends and practice buddies on this site. I'm more of a casual gamer than a die-hard, but I'm always looking to improve my skills. Add me in-game, I'm up for custom matches any time I'm online - just don't beat me down too hard, haha.
Hi everyone, I am so happy to have found this community in our corner of the world. ;D
I'm NO37, you can add me on SEA servers as THIRTYSEVEN.606 (slightly annoyed that I can't use numbers, but w/e)
Definitely looking to make friends and find challenging practice partners. I'm a Zerg player and will gladly help people practice/train/strat, just add me.
My name is Noob1ett, and I am the Head Admin (for sc2) associated with a new gaming league. Found this site through a friend, seemed like the best place to meet some people who may be considering in playing in tournaments we run, and such.
Hope to also get a little playtime in with some of you, for lulz if nothing else. (If I can be dragged off minecraft O.o)
I am also a horrible Diamond Zerg player, who stopped playing for a bit and now am trying to re-learn all my ways of fail O.o. should be fun
Hey guys im new to this forum. I play as character AussieEddie 799, usually as protoss. Quick question, does anyone know how to get the profile pic of marine with orcs face?? I played someone with it and found it unusual, anyhow let me know what you think...
hi all... i'm Penangites but now stayed in Shanghai... too bad China don't really open up to SC2 yet... but luckily we over here still manage to play it online... my name appear in SC2 is "Penang" hope to meet up with you guys if we ever have match together... enjoy the game "MY LIFE FOR AIUR!!"
Hey all, hope to get a a more active here. Have been lurking for a while here, SEA bnet and TL.
Have casted a few finals for delete's SEA Tournament's and Atomic Magazine's first SC2 tournament and looking to do some more.
Besides that I am building up my VODs of walkthroughs for similarly skilled (read Bronze lol) players through Silicon Sports and will be casting my woeful play as I try to get into silver on livestream. Besides this I am writing up match summaries for the GSL. Catch you online sometime.

Yay! A SCII SEA community! I've been going to TeamLiquid and reddit.com/r/starcraft for so long, but they're so US-centric and I've been looking for a good SEA community for a while.
So I'm koosy. I'm 24, and I actually love watching SCII more than playing, because I totally suck at it. My multitasking sucks, I don't know how you guys do it. I'm a casual bronze player with no hope of moving up and could use some help. I'm looking forward to getting some new tips and strategies here. I'm not even dreaming of getting to diamond, but I do hope to get better.
Hit me up at koosy.347! It'd be nice to meet some new people over here. I don't mind getting pwned at all...just not BM
Hey guys. I love Starcraft ever since I duked it out with my mates on Brood War when i was like ten. I'm not a huge fan of Wow or Diablo but I like warcraft, DOTA is the best. I'm more of a RTS person so I dig AOE and AOM and EE. Lan parties with my mates are the best. Now that the internet has become cheaper it is a lot easer for me to play. Anyway I'm rambling and I'm going to wrap up by saying that I will post here often because this is a nice forum and I will enter a lot of your tourdements if they don't run to late because I get up early which means that I don't get to play as many of my friends as I'd like becasue they are all on at like 11 at night and I'm like "How do you guys stay up that late" and they say "We don't get up at like 7 in the morning" and I'm like"...... Stuff you". I'm stuck in bronze by the way. I'm 2500 and I can't get out. Lately I've been winning like 75% of my matches and I'm still Bronze. My friend moved up at 900 and I'm so annoyed because I want to be silver and I'm good enough. I beat him about 40% of the time but I'm beating him more and more because he jumps between Zerg and Protoss and I stick to my polished tactics which I will not share because I'm in a tourdiment tonight. Sorry, Rambling. I'm trying to give it up. Anyhoo I'm gonna have fun here. (Also a gold star if you read all of this
my name's don and my girlfriend hates me playing starcraft 2, so I'm joining the sc2 sea community to spite her . but another reason is that I just want to get better at sc2 and get to know some of the people who are cheesing me...
my sc2 tag is donnytuco.292, so give me a message if you're up for a game
Hello guys my name is Aj and I am from Perth, Western Australia. I am 29yo and currently studying a BSc in Geophysics at Curtin University when I am not playing Starcraft 2 or Call of Duty BO.
I used to play Protoss in SCBW and now in SC2. I currently rank 4 in Bronze League and I am on my way up very slowly. 167 wins/186 losses. I constantly watch Teamliquid Streams (probably a bit too much) and enjoy Day9's streams also. I still have much to learn and would love to here any feedback from anybody about the many things I seem to be doing wrong. My biggest letdown in SC2 is the fact I struggle with Hotkey usage, so if you have any pointers please help.
Please add me for some games as I am extremely friendly person (although I sometimes curse at myself) as I really enjoy playing SC2 with others. I also have my own Teamspeak 3 server which I encourage everyone to join just for a chat or to play some games together.
Well I just joined the site and am typing this at 5am after several hours playing, which goes to show I'm somewhat addicted to SC2 :P
I've never been much of a PC gamer, let alone an RTS gamer (never ever played or even witnessed sc1 in action, despite my age - 23), however that all changed a few months before sc2 was released, when I was introduced to a Lord of the rings RTS, Battle for middle earth 2. When SC2 came out I just couldn't resist the chance to flaunt my recently acquired RTS epeen online, which I had grown from getting good at that game on LAN :P (well, I made two mistakes there 1. I was pretty bad at the game, and 2. I thought the skills would transfer over D: ). So after playing sc2 for a couple of weeks on trial passes, getting placed in bronze every time, i got placed in bronze again in my very own account! Yay -_- Looking back I was the most nooby of the noob. Oh how I wish I had a BW/WC3 background >.<
I'm now a mere gold pleb after about 200 matches, however I rarely ladder 1v1 anymore. Pretty much just do customs, and think (or hope....) judging by those matches, that I'm diamond level. Just cant be bothered going through the pain of getting there yet on the ladder >.<
I'm plat in 2's and 3's, always enjoy a good team match, especially when ppl are down to try goofy strats or just muck around.
Sooo anyway I'm just stoked there's an awesome SEA community like this and hopefully I'll meet some cool people here and grow as a sc2 gamer. I'm on TL often but this seems to be a better place to meet and chat with fellow SEAers.
Btw don't take the epeen thing seriously >_>
Edit: whoah ook, didnt realise that post was so long. I think two gold stars are in order if you read all of this :P

I'm Hugo and i'm from Malaysia. College student. 21 years old. I just started SC2 like 2 days ago although i've played a couple of casual BW and WC3 games with my friends. So i'm an uber noob Zerg in Bronze league trying to figure out how to micro with blings and infestors. I am VERY horrible in them, like seriously my blings go for mechs or sometimes just gets juked by marines. Which is why most of my games against terrans who go mass marines end up being losses. ): I'm currently 5 win 5 losses on 1v1 ladder.
My macro is not that good at all as i almost always end up with 1.5K minerals in late game. D: So i'm currently playing 4v4 instead of 1v1 with random race to improve my macro and also to familiarize myself with Terran and Protoss builds. I think i've improved? Since i check my score after games and my average unspent mineral has dropped down to around 450+ instead of 2k++. xD Also thought about joining the tournament today but then i would've gotten my ass whooped. xD So maybe i'll join the next one after i've trained myself. :P
If anyone wants to play a 1v1 practice match against me that would be great. Macro games preferred. =P Battle.net ID is iMega.244
syc.219 silver but used to be gold, i hope to reach the higher ranks and get better skills eventually i hope i get help and play against the masters to be 1 myself. i believe in playing against the best and losing to the best to be better, if not the best
My name is Thurein from Burma. I'm like a Grandpa in starcraft years. I'm 29 years old now. Just play cos I love starcraft and I suck at it. I came here after watching JimDiddy and KingJesse game. I hope I can still beat Bronze league guys after 2 or 3 years.
Alot is not a word, you have to write a lot as two separate words, please fix this so that other new members don't have to see the English language butchered twice to get to this forum, sincerely - The grammar Nazi
hey guys! my name is james, i'm 17, i live in australia, i have just begun sc2, i play zerg, i have played age of empires 3 for the past 3 years and i hope i'll be able to play competitively on sc2 as well
Hi All Ray Here... first time on the forums for sc2sea.
Mostly a SG team player!! Hope to know more of u all, add me to game ))
I played mad amounts of sc1 back when I was younger.. !!
My favourite allies in sc1 are ninpo, ~typer~, bb-tank, going.easy, war.vampire etc .. playing lots of BGH!!
Thought I'd mention a few of my new friends in sc2 too.. ProZerRan, nGen.Light, nGen.PAW, sGa.Sky, DSD.xiaoHao, Palaladin, Pzycho etc ..
Hihi teh message told me to post here, at first i thought it was evil but after not sleeping for 24 hours iv come to realize it wont hurt me :3 //I hope.
call me Dee, cos im not giving you my real name . im 21 & I live in WA aka West australia/wait awhile.
I'm playing random at the moment but my main race is Zerg, fav unit is the Overlord.
also I just found out zerglings do fly with there wings & it's cute when they do ...
It didn't seem right to join a tornament (BSG of course without atleast posting something and an introduction seemed as good as any.
I've been playing SC&BW since '98, but only ever with friends, never on battle.net only on LAN or even modem (gasp!). Up until the release of SC2 I had no idea how big SC/BW had become or how elite the pro-gamers were.
So, I'm enjoying playing SC2. I thought the campaign was awesome and playing on battle.net has been great and a little scary at times (see my 3v3 and 4.4 win/loss record - lol!). I'm a middle level Silver player trying to improve as time allows. Hopefully BSG tonight will be fun, even though I expect to be eliminated 1st round
I'm a 20 year old student from Brisbane, Australia studying a dual degree in Senior Education and Science majoring in Physics and minoring in Computer Science (which will become my two teaching areas).
If you just watched Day9 #259 you will know that what Day9 really loves in a person is when they are hugely interested and passionate about something. Well, there are a few things that I am really into and I would like to share them with you. Education, Physics and Starcraft 2.
I volunteer at a nearby High school where I teach English as a Second Language to senior students, basic maths to 8-10 students also in the English as a Second Language program as well as working 1-on-1 with some students to work on basic reading and writing. I also help run the Education society at my university. I have been volunteering in schools since I was in grade 10. I love talking about Education and the Education System with people which lead me to join a forum called Australian Opinion which I have been a member of for some time and now and help to run as the moderator.
As for Starcraft 2, I purchased it in December last year as a congratulatory gift for myself for getting 100% for both of my prac-reports and a 7 for the final exam in second year quantum physics, I thought I deserved a little something. This was my first RTS game (unless you count playing the original star-craft on the n64) so of course, I ended up in Bronze League. I fell in love with the game but not just playing it, learning about it. My thirst to learn more and more about the game lead me to discover Team Liquid (Of which I am also a member), Day9, State of the Game, GOMtv and so on. All of this was awesome, really awesome, I can't believe how passionate I have become about a game in such little time. I play it, I watch it, I read it, I study It, I talk about it, I listen to it... but I still felt like I was just observing the community rather than really participating, yes I post on TL but I dunno... that just wasn't enough for me, didn't quench the thirst I have to really be a part of this amazing game and the people who not only play it, but love it.
So my journey has lead me here. Hopefully participating in this community with it's forum, players and tournaments will really give me what I'm looking for, and hopefully I can give just as much back.
As for my Starcraft 2 performance: I'm currently in Gold for 1v1 but getting matched against high platinum players (and my first diamond the other day *gasp*) so I smell a promotion coming along. Platinum for everything else
Looking forward to getting to know everyone, Crankenstein.
Hi
Andrew here from sydney support sydney FC even when they don't do so well FOOTBALL FTW and starcraft obviously lol. account name is adhinchen just starting at UNSW this year.
Hey!
I'm Damo from Queensland and I am sick of floods. I also like playing 1v1's in starcraft, in Gold league right now, and I really hate it when people say "but I'm improving", because I sure hope you're improving, that's why we come to these sites yea? :] So hopefully we can get to chat and get better together!
Anyway, I'm into cycling in my other spare time, really into motor-racing, and to top it all off I'm a Christian, which doesn't help me with starcraft but it pretty cool none the less.
Hello I'm Mark, a Filipino from Singapore. I play using Makoy. I am a Terran player who was previously on Silver, but dropped down to bronze in 1v1. Though, I play better in team games 2v2 - Silver, 3v3 - Plat.
Hi I am currently 23 majoring in undergraduate electrical engineering at a local Singaporean university. I love gaming and spent most of my childhood saturday afternoons playing shareware games such as Commander Keen and Bio Menace while my peers watched useless crap like X-men and Batman.
I got my hands on Castle Wolfenstein instead of WarCraft 2 when i was 12 years old and thus played a lot more FPS games when i was younger. This made me suck at wc3 when i eventually got interested in competitive gaming, but still laddered a fair amount in wc3 (in which ducky from clan aLt proved to be a good source of inspiration). I eventually managed to play some FPS games competitively (team fortress 2 and blackshot) but didn't really get far in either in terms of competition altho i did make some money off those. I would say playing tournaments and communicating in teams of 5 is tons of fun and every bit worth it
I went into sc2 playing lots of team games with my engineering friends and not playing 1v1 much. But during one of my university term breaks when going out with friends got ******* boring, i sat down to play a few 1v1s and got addicted to those. I surprised myself by getting into diamond (was placed in bronze initially) and am now sitting with about 2800 points hoping to get into masters league soon.
I spent a lot of time watching anime when i was a conscript but am currently only following Madoka Magica. My other interests include tennis (played competitively for a while) reading books on sociology and learning japanese.
yoyo aplx here
My current SEA ID is AquaPlanet.382 and i'm an absolute starcraft lover! I'm happy to play 1v1s for practise and customs for a bit of fun too. I'm a uni student who's currently in platinum league as protoss. I'm sure I will have a lot of fun here in this community.
Hi, I'm Fors.114 on SEA. Terran 1v1 player in bronze league, not adverse to playing team. When I'm not on bnet I'm either writing for a gaming blog, volunteering at an animal shelter, working or reading a book.
Hey guys i'm Pressure (PressureTest.926) broodwar player from back in the day (mostly under InViDiouS_) looking to get involved with the SEA community finally, i've been lurking here for a while.
i'm an aussie zerg player currently getting back into sc2 after being pretty busy IRL the last few months and working my way to masters from diamond.
always looking for people to play 1v1's with/practice partners.
tFczealous here in SEA(gold), iamp in NA(bronze), wants to be a better gamer, looking forward to D3 & HOTS, ladders only when I feel confident, this site has lots of tournament and i think it is awesome..add me up when you see me in the chat channel "philippines" or you may drop by in The Filipino Channel under general discussions forum in sea.blizz
Hello younglings, i shall be known as Sea.
Im 16, gonna go towards gaming and/or programming when i art older.
Ingame im FaDeSea#262 (damn the name changes took my number down by 10)
I am currently silver, playing at a low silver level.
I will gladly accept friends who wanna train.
Hi My name is Jess, i play sc2 a lot. sadly i have a job so i think thats why im not in masters =P most nights i stream my training progress on justin.tv/thebeeduck
Hey this is Moonji.585, I'm new to the forums, currently ranked in gold 1v1s on the SEA sever. Currently switched to terran from Diamond Zerg on the NA Sever. Feel free to add me for team games or some friendly 1v1's
I also played starcraft original when I was around 8-13, quit, and returned to sc2 during beta phase 3 or 4.
Hi, my name is Ash and I'm a player from Perth. I'm Spock.606 on SEA and blashade.350 on NA. I was recently promoted to and I'm hoping to participate in all the BSG and GPD open tourneys as soon as I can fix some intermittent dropout issues with my internet.
Sup. I'm Justin. Basically live and breathe SC2 these days, even though I'm not great.
From Sydney Australia. Been playing for a few months now. First RTS I have played online. I have played a few RTSs since I was a wee lad, but i never ventured online with them.
Started out with Protoss, but found my play style suits Zerg heaps more, so I made the switch, and am improving drastically.
Entered the ASCW a few weeks ago in the bronze/silver division and managed to get to the Ro4. Wish I could enter every week, but it starts around midday on weekdays, so it's generally not possible.
I play on a laptop from my couch. I'm thinking that's 70% of why I'm so bad. If i had an actual computer and desk I reckon my skill would improve instantly.

Hello people, my in game name is Ceylon.183 and I'm from Hong Kong. This is my first time playing any RTS games and I find SC2 immensely intriguing as well as fascinating to watch.
I am a student atm slowly climbing my way up the society, and I am a great sports fanatic though not necessarily amazing at them
I play as Terran in SC 2 because they are the 'good guys' and I am currently in the bronze league since I'm a newb but hopefully as time passes I'll improve and be able to play you guys soon =) I would love to play people in my division or slightly above just to help me improve and have fun. Feel free to PM me!
Hey guys, I came across this website when I seen you have posted some of our casts "When Cheese Fails 101". Had to come on here and say thank you. Great little site you guys have.
Hey names Robbie im 18 years old, played at the start of beta as zerg and got to platinum 1v1, slowly fased it out as i was going through year 12. Its over now so I started playing again and switched to protoss. Caused me to drop to gold but currently on a 13-1 streak so hopefully ill get up soon
Hello my children.
Oldschool on-and-off War3 player, started around 1.04 or 1.05 can't remember perfectly. Originally played Undead but swapped over to Orc after losing about 1,000,000 games to mass wyverns.
Attempted to get into Star1 but bad game is bad.
Here playing Star2 now because War3 pings are unplayable.
LeMoNaToR.566 @SEA
LeMoNaToR.824 @US
Hello there, I am JohnGreymore. My character code's 715 and I play Protoss
I come from Singapore and have been playing Starcraft 2 for only a few months. I am now a platinum level 1v1 player and hope to be able to join more tournaments in the near future if time allows.
This is my first RTS and I am glad to be part of such a wonderful community!
I figured id find a good SEA site to meet more SEA players. Im usually just on Teamliquid.net. And its sometimes hard to find people on there on the SEA server. I main with terran, however have been playing random more and more. feel free to add me (dream.240). I was mid diamond when the game had just come out (when diamond was introduced**). However i had a 2 month break from gaming and i came back and got rolled. im now in Gold
I use to play a bit of WC3 ladder back in the fabled days before the Wow Monster was released; i picked up the game upon release and was dropped into Diamond early on. Since then i havent been able to get over the ladder fear and have droped to gold.
Always looking for people to practise with or do team games.
I'm 18, living on the Gold Coast(QLD) and starcraft is basically my life...
When I'm not working, it's starcraft haha.
My ID is Exogenesis, Code # 109 on SEA. I'm a rank 1 Diamond Zerg Player, hoping to be promoted to masters next season. And then begin my quest to GM, lol -.-
Nice to find such an awesome community. Looking forward to what's to come.
I've been lurking for a while and have decided to make an account here at sc2sea in order to join the SEA community.
It was great meeting many of you tonight on the BSG tournament, even though I didn't do so well! I look forward to practicing with many of you :P
I also purchased 3 months of 'The Grandmaster Manual' literally a few minutes ago, I look forward to reading it tonight in bed :3
Well anyway, more about me. My name is Vincent, but I go by the handle 'Underoath.132' in SEA. I'm a protoss currently in Gold league, hoping to get to diamond or even masters one day.
G'day lads, posting a small intro here. Diamond Terran player on NA, don't go on SEA too often but am a Plat on there. Just hoping to get a few scrims in etc etc. Nice to meet you all
Hi guys,, the name's Albert and I'm currently a Gold level Terran in the SEA server... been playing SC2 for a while and striving to improve.. Glad to meet y'all
I'm a new Terran player who just started 1v1 laddering recently. I often goto Pracbud channel whenever I'm on Bnet. I also like to play team games from 2v2, 3v3 to 4v4. Hope to see you guys around in game.
Hello , i'm Skull , a mid level silver who just got promoted to gold this season (every season only play placement 1v1). Please take good care of me. I was visiting this website from time to time , but now that i need to apply for some clan , i create an account , hopefully i get accepted.
I was a player focusing on team play as terran , but now i want to expand my skill to 1v1 , and hopefully do well..
Not too much to know about me, newbie Terran, I'm better at watching SC than I am at playing it! Got into it through the usual reasons - ex-bf, Day9 :P I've mostly been following the international scene but I've started to get interested in the SEA scene :D
Highlight for me was going to Blizzcon last year, seeing the GSL finals and meeting some awesome casters and players. The vibe there was incredible and I really want to find that here at home! (It's taken me a while to get on to it though due to real life stuff though.) I'm also interested in participating in and helping the eSports community however I can! :)
Day to day, I'm a first year med student, living where winter is definitely not coming any time soon :)
I've gone on the channel sc2sea everyday but I've yet to properly introduce myself. My name is Seffy, I moved to Adelaide from Manila a long time ago and had been playing Starcraft since before Broodwar came out..... except it was with bots because I never had internet. I've put it off for a long time and started playing Starcraft II around the time it came out, and I'm mainly ranked most of the time in 1v1 (only season 3 with silver). I'm currently a university student at Flinders University.
I'm very keen to learn new things in-game; I'm mainly a player recently, I used to play until I decided to switch, but can play it now and then. I'm open to receive advice from other players, and when I would love to have practice matches against others if I am not busy (I leave Starcraft II on when doing homework or whatnot, so I just instantly pop back to it when I want to do something during a break). It would be a lovely experience to have people give me advice and also if possible, give them the knowledge that I do have about the game; it's minimal at best in my opinion, but I hope it can help. Also it'd be GREAT to have friends to play with online! It's really fun practising together!
Although my username is SecretJieun, my in-game ID is Acnologia.479. The username on sc2sea forums came around because of my favourite K-Pop female artist; which is Jieun from the group Secret. (it is my in-game name in NA though, I just forgot the character code so I'll edit when I bother getting on it).
Sorry if it's TL;DR haha, I have a bad habit of writing essays when I post.
Pleased to meet you all and may we all have a fun and awesome experience playing Starcraft II!
Edit: My character ID is now SecretJieun.614

Reason: Change of character ID.
I'm really liking the look of the site, I've been a long time follower of the SC2 scene but finally found a bit of time to get back into playing and a friend pointed me this way. Looking forward to picking up some information from this great community!
I am waveLength.6695 and i am a player from Melbourne, .
I am here because i love Starcraft 2 and this site has a great active community & vast plains of knowledge!
I am down for practice, progress, tournaments and learning in general....
Also TGM is sick!!
hi my names jordan aka ApeX
Abit about my self, im fairly new to the game but im the type that hates cheesers and enjoys long games (which takes skill ) im currently in diamond but still tryin to push my way into masters league.
Being half asian probly helps my gaming, but im dragged down by my aussie half
Hmm, few days late but I probably should have posted in this thread first.
My name is Derek, ID Dox.
Most people know me as VVoLF from SC/BW/W3. I founded the SCABC and BWABC (StarCraft/BroodWar Australian Battle.net Community) websites when I was quite young, and later founded WarCraftReplays with Nick and Remy back in 2003. I worked my ass off for several years as the site later changed hands multiple times and ended up becoming the WCReplays you know today.
Departed the site to focus on a more Australian oriented version of the site - War3Live.com, founded by myself, Frilbz and Lusted.
Spent about 5-6 years flying around the country co-ordinating and commentating various eSports events on behalf of iStarZone, WCG, Samsung, Sony, CBN Media, Pantheon, Intel, AMD, aBit and ATi.
Eventually got tired of dealing with gamers who were impossible to satisfy and gave up on the scene. Landed a job for a global engineering firm as a Geoscientific Analyst and I've been keeping to myself for the last 4 years. Decided to re-emerge during the SC2 beta by promoting, sponsoring and participating in a bunch of tournaments under a new name: Dox.
Over the last 10 years I'm able to count the number of tournaments I've won on 1 hand, always been a decent player competitively but nothing stellar. I'm often overrated due to some 1v4 replays commentated by my good friend Downwhere and a few strategy articles I wrote for WCR. I travel frequently for work, and thus am unable to remain active in SC2, so I won't ever be making waves on the competitive scene. Nonetheless, I do what I can to contribute to eSports by commentating, promoting or even sponsoring events.
Hey guys, I thought a post in this thread would be obligatory.
My names Chris, my SC2 details are kemikal.131 and I'm from Melbourne, Australia.
I got into competative SC1 just before SC2 was announced and then jumped over to SC2 as soon as it came out, I've been gaming for most of my life, and I'm hanging out for the release of Diablo 3!
I'm currently Platinum and looking to one day break my way into Diamond. If you ever want a game or to do some 2's or something, hit me up and if I'm online I'd be happy to play!
Hey guys, I'm Darkarbiter and I'm a gold level protoss, nearly at platinum (my cc is 265). Hope to play some of you guys some time, and maybe participate in the tournaments when I'm a bit better.
Hey all, my name is Sam. Currently bronze division but I've been steadily getting better since I've started watching some vids. I love StarCraft 2 and the awesome community and hope to continue to improve when I get the time to play.
Hi, I'm SorC from Melbourne. I play protoss on both SEA and NA (although is offracing as zerg on NA to begin with). I'm diamond level. I'm hoping to meet some new people to play against regularly.
Hey, the admins seem so keen on people posting not lurking that I thought id post!
Names Edward, want to get more involved in SEA matters, as GSL and international stuff is nice, but SEA is more real. Im high diamond, wouldnt mind entering some minor tourneys for funz.
I'm Jon. I have been playing for about 4 months or so now still stuck in bronze atm and only play on the SEA server. I played through the campaign of SC1 but never really got into playing games online until a couple of years ago. Hoping to improve to a decent standard and hopefully get more involved in the community in the coming months, which may be hard because I'll be living in Darwin!
I'm bronze(i can beat my plat and diamond friends)(i just lack the confindence to play on the ladder) i'm just looking to have fun and play the game so if you are ever keen hit me up (Zombie.715) yeah i'm sick of cod and i love RTS's and want to move on to a steady game thats gonna be around for ever.
Fraggle is username. I enjoy starcraft 2 and i currently live in australia so joining the sc2sea community seems the obvious choice =). I am currently in diamond league and I am more than happy to play against anyone who wants too. Dont expect much though, I am not very good haha. I am a student hoping to one day be able to make games for everyone to enjoy along with starcraft 2 of course. Feel free to add me to friends (Fraggle 547).
Hey everyone, My names Andy aka MrBrightside online.
I'm a bronze level protoss currently, but i'm going to try and change that haha
I'm always up for a chat or a game of starcraft, so feel free to add me.
Sup I'm Eryx after having watched a LOT of starcraft 2 over the past year+ I'm finally trying to buckle down and play starcraft instead of wasting my time playing league of garbage
I hope to be active within this community and hopefully excel within the same so I can be a participant in events not just as a spectator but as a player as well.
Hey there, I'm Solis (as you can see if you look above my portrait that is what it says).
Currently a Silver League player, but I'm looking to get myself into Diamond by season 3 and Masters by 2012. I'm from Brisbane, and I'm looking to become an active member of the Starcraft community. You can find my gamer id's above. I look forward to chatting wtih you guys in game.
Personal: Recent High School Graduate (Class of 2010), and I just dropped university (I didn't like my course choice).
My goal: To be the SEA version of Day9, doing my best to promote e-sports in this part of the world. As such, I'll need to get really good at the game
