Here are all of my accounts, some have been re-named and I'm adding 1 or 2 I think.
Just might be easier for you to see all the links here rather than scattered about.
Hi everyone, sorry I haven't updated this in a while I have been v. busy.
There needs to be some changes on the program due to blizzard changing the API. Due to this and as I am not really playing starcraft at the moment I think that I will have to stop doing this thread.
Sorry about that. I hope you all enjoyed it while it was running.
@Abstract: In my opinion having many profiles on the one person causes a lot of redundant data (also double-counting affects the accuracy of the stats/data). It also will affect the rankings almost your tables/data. It also causes mass spam of data of profiles/account (more than half the time, we not even sure if the account listed are from the same person (accuracy? confidence in the data?).
It is just best to accept only one per person (so they have to nominate their account to be used).
Also showing Different Data on one person can be confusing. There is no point in showing Data/Stats from different Account/s of the same one person.
Nearly everyone has more than one account added. Many people ladder on multiple servers so I think it is totally justified that they should be able to add them. I have accounted for it all through the program so it doesn't affect the accuracy etc. There is no double counting.
The only possible problem would be with people adding accounts that are not theirs or that other people are playing on. I think that would be unlikely though.
EDIT: The cyclone / liquid instance was just my error though and doesn't really apply to the others.
Oh I see...but maybe you can add a link to accounts to the one person and display it and/or you can display the region the account is on (more stats, like on average how many account people have? what win rates they have more or less in a certain region? Might tell you which regions is harder or easy for the person).
Was referring to the win rates for each region etc. The combined win rate count I thought was interesting. But having specific win rates published for each and every region is probs unnecessary. So abstract doesn't have to crack his head to think how to make that a reality
Even then abstract has already made it an option for players to choose to make that stats public or not. So it's already pretty good.

Which comes down to linking accounts that are under the same person. People will just think it is another person stats, when it actually the same person. It is like false advertising of dedication, "wow there so many players listed, I should play more to catch up or beat them". When it is really just a few people, because of their other accounts they own.
ah ok I think you are maybe misunderstood something and that is the source of all this.
A real person has only one spot in the table, regardless of the number of accounts. I aggregate all of the data for each of there accounts under one name. So every player listed is a person to beat.
