You can buy from ebay but be aware that its illegal not to mention original owner of account can reclaim it anytime - unlikely though it may be it is still possible so be wary of who is selling.
If you have korean friend then best to ask them imo

Only way is to get some korean to create for u, or purchase (albeit not really legal) off ebay and it's quite expensive!

You could move to Korea and if you have enough money you can buy residency. Then adopt a korean name and use your SSN and new Korean name to register account ^^

Pretty much, you need both a Korean SSN and a phone number, go down to your local kroean grocer or resturaunt, and try that way? gl its hard

I honestly don't understand why over half of the people here are interested in playing on the KR server when they're not at the top of even SEA yet. You're just going to be vsing the same level players on KR as you were on SEA, you would just have a lower rank to show for yourself.

To anyone thinking of going the ebay route just be aware Korean version of game currently cost less than $40 Aus from blizzard store so I wouldn't be dropping $100 for an account :S

Fidez - not a hard thing to get when you live in Korea but not many willing to move here just to get a Korean account
