comp roll call around 10:30am
comp start 11:00am
lunch 1pm (ish)
dinner 5:30pm - 6pm

we've allocated up till 10:00pm for the comp to finish based on 32 players - I'm hoping for an 8:00pm finish

We can run up to 4 games at once so we could get through the day really quickly or we could stretch it out a bit, it's really open so we can decide on the day.

20 players registered for the SC2 comp! Only 12 seats remaining and 1 week to go - can't wait to catch you all at GGF LAN for an awesome day of epic SC2 HotS gaming!

Remember if you're bringing your comp along you will be paying the full entry fee for GGF and the additional SC2 comp entry.

If you're only coming along for SC2 we do provide gaming rigs for the comp, there will be a spectators area and some games setup on a TV to kill some time but I would recommend bringing a laptop or gaming rig along as there will be heaps of other comps throughout the day available and heaps of gear to give away and prizes!

No preregister required for that comp, you will need to find 2 other players and battle it out. It's a pretty fun comp to do!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped me with the casting today, you guys did an awesome job, was great to see people willing to jump on in.

Also a big shout out to Mavrick for the amount of work he put in to this event. I was only involved for a short amount of time but it was clear the event took a lot of work to put together and he seemed to do most of it himself.

Was great to meet you all, and I will post some links to either VoDs of the day, or a link if the recordings from today are going to be re-streamed after I sort out with Mavrick what the plan for the recordings is.

Just got back from GGF HQ. Sorting out the fileserver atm and will be chopping the stream up into separate games for Sandman.

Thanks to everyone who came along. We didn't get the 32 we were after but I think we made a great day out of the 20 players that rocked up. Shout out to the newbies who came and played with the Grand Masters :P Really good to see the community working together and having some great games.

Hope you all enjoyed it and will be organising more in the future either at GGF or I.C.
