Round 3 and 4 Preview

We enter the first double round this week so the preview (and review) will be slightly different! Instead of going match by match in this preview, lets instead look at each team and the two (one in some cases) games they have! So lets go through in league table order!

Tetilla Gaming
Top of the pack so far with two wins over Fusion Slugs and QED, both who had slow starts. However both of their next opponents have picked up wins, so it may be a much sterner test of their team strength, with two wins really pushing their case for league favourites. So far they have had it pretty much their own way, with a player going on a roll and finishing off a team almost all on their own. So far 4 wins have gone to TGDarthTesla and 3 to TGBoahwar.

mGG
mGG have a bye for round 3, but then have the big game against ToR. The two teams have met quite a bit recently, with two close through wins to mGG in best of 9 BSG clan wars. This and combined with mGGs start to the season means that mGG look good to make it 3 wins from 3. mGG have already had 5 players pick up wins, so its overall team strength which is helping them so far and what you need to take the title.

ToT
ToT sit in third spot, despite the loss in round one to mGG, after a strong victory over Team Night. But all kill format is really deceiving at times, whilst a 4-1 victory does look strong, they started with one of their strongest players, TopTerran, who got the all kill. In fact 5 of the 7 wins are from TopTerran and ToT will be mindful that other players need to step up, otherwise their up and down season might continue.

ETL
After having the bye in Round 1, ETL started the season very well in Round 2, taking down QED. Now that they have played a game other teams has some idea of their players and it will make it a little harder for ETL to surprise. Both of their games will be very interesting, with ToR and FS their opponents. Both sides have yet to take a win but both would expect to start winning soon and ETL may very well hit both sides when they are desperate to win. pXAlan got the 3 kill last time out and he will be looking to continue his ace form.

Team AxiS
This clan has had the ups and downs so far, with a great win in week 1 over ToR followed by a big loss vs mGG. Indeed even their lineup has been a bit up and down, losing DarkPhoenix and then their leader Ante stepping down. They will need to find some form, from their gold players, with only DuSt having wins in their current lineup. They have two tought games against Team Night and Tetilla Gaming and we will get a better idea of their season after them.

Team Night
The smallest squad on paper makes them easier to prepare for, but they showed in round 1 vs Fusion Slugs that it doesnt matter if you dont have the ace to take them down. In Round 2 they couldnt stop TopTerran and find themselves in the lower half of the table. They have a bye in Round 4, but a great opportunity to move up the table in Round 3 vs Team AxiS. The key is can TNScourge and TNrising back up their ace TNSkywolve.

Fusion Slugs
Two games, two losses is not the start they would of wanted but they knew going in that the start was going to be tough with many key members being away. Still last round hurt.A lot. Its not very often we lose to an all kill. They have two rounds now to redeem themselves and put their season back on track wth games vs QED and ETL. QED have started with a gold player, so their intent is clear. FS needs to get their ace players firing if they want any chance of doing well.

ToR
Near bottom isn't what ToR would be expecting, but on the same token they have only played one game so far. This week they have ETL and mGG, two strong opponents which ToR will need to play at their best to win. Their loss to AxiS in round 1 was mainly due to the inability to stop DarkPhoenix and maybe that shows a potential weakness vs Protoss. Either way expect ToR to not be near the bottom for long.

QED
Last place and two losses wont sit well with QED. Indeed you can see that they are keen to stop this trend, starting with a gold this week against Fusion Slugs. Their other game is against ToT and both will be tough games but are winnable. On paper their team is a strong one and they just need one player to fire on a day and they will most likely all kill any side. FS and ToT should both be very wary.

It's come to my attention that some teams may be having trouble organising players for Round 4 (default day, Monday 11th) due to Chinese New Year celebrations in some countries.

I'm extending the deadline for Round 4 until Sunday Feb 17th. It does not matter if you end up having to play your Round 5 game before your Round 4 game, as long as Round 4 is complete before the 17th (as Round 6's default day is Monday 18th).

Round 4- to be played between 7th-17th Feb
Round 5- to be played between 14th-20th Feb
Round 6- to be played between 14th-24th Feb

I understand that the double rounds make things harder, however we decided to go with this scheduling to complete the league before HoTS release.

Round 3 Review

ToT v Tetilla

ToT v Tetilla is our first game, with a walkover win to Tetilla to start with and the first actual being a ZvT between ToT’s Jackybao and Tetilla’s DarthTesla. Both went for fast expands and then DarthTesla went for a 2 base ling, bane, roach attack, which caught Jackbao by surprise and killed most of the army and workers. Jackbao tried to stay in and get the win, but was so far behind and couldn’t hold off the continued attacks. XOXOToT was next in for another TvZ. XOXOToT engineering bay blocked the natural and then put bunkers down to keep him on base. DarthTesla went for a nydus play to try and catch XOXOToT by surprise, but a scan saw it coming and the terran held it off to win.

Next up for Tetilla was TGnastybutla to give us a PvT. XOXOToT went for a one base bio/banshee push against the 3 gate robo expand of TGnastybutla. The forcefields were just not good enough to stop the terran army and a quick game went to ToT. Next up was TGogswag for another TvZ. XOXOToT went for proxy 2 rax into bunker rush, which cancelled the natural of TGogswag however the zerg managed to stop the push getting into the main and broke the contain. XOXOToT went into three port banshee, but whether by luck or good game read, TGogswag got spores up in time to limit the damage. The problem was the Terran had been macroing the whole time and the small advantages gained in those two attacks, meant when the bio tank force hit, the zerg was completely outnumbered and made it 3-2 for ToT.

The ace for Tetilla was TGboahwar for a TvT on Ohana. TGboahwar went for an early expand, whilst XOXOToT went for the hellion drop which killed 15 workers. A follow up marine tank drop by XOXOToT saw more and more workers killed but was cleaned up once again. Supplies started to even out by now but XOXOToT crucially took a 3rd. This and small engagement victories in multipe bio / tank /medivac stand offs, saw XOXOToT able to break all the way to TGboahwar’s natural and give ToT the 4-2 win.

Fusion Slugs v QED

The match between two of the bottom teams was supposed to be a great fight back from two experienced clans. Unfortunately it was a one sided affair with QEDGoste managing an all kill vs the Fusion Slugs. It was a hugely disappointing performance for FS, however on the other hand QEDGoste was a strong opening player and with a lack of golds available for the Fusion Slugs it was always going to be a hard match.

FSQleXx was first up and did a 1 gate expand against a 1/1/1. QleXx decided to try and get colossi up but the attack hit before hand and pure gateway could not hold off the strong push from Goste. Next up was FSExcel, giving us a ZvT. FSExcel went for a two base baneling bust, but he didn’t push with the banelings as they morphed, which was just before siege mode was finished. The banelings were dealt with more and the cloaked banshees did heaps of damage to FSExcel.

Goste transition into pure mech and the Muta, Ling, Baneling army wasn’t the right army to take it on and so much damage was done to the zerg army and economy. The last hope was broodlords, but goste hit before they got up to take the game. Next up was FSBreaker for a TvP and did a delayed 4 gate with robo support. Gotse got the bunkers up in time and the continued attacks from FSBreaker couldn’t kill the natural and didn’t expand behind it. The counter attack was just too strong, making it 3-0 to QED.

Finally out for FS was another silver, FSDescent for another PvT. Both early expanded and a great drop from Goste managed to snipe the colossi tech to stop the colossi production of FSDescent. Another drop did the same thing and that all meant when the big terran army hit, the lack of AOE there was nothing the protoss could do despite a superior upgrade lead giving the all kill to an impressive Goste.

ETL v ToR

Our first match was an all bronze affair between Duxxie for ETL and Lardols for ToR. An SCV managed to get a 2 probe kill and escape and both players stayed on one base. Lardols held off an early gateway pressure and sent a cloaked banshee in which did a bit of damage. This made Duxxie not attack with his gateway immortal army and both expanded. Eventually both players got near max and the engagement went down. Both armies died, but the deal was much better for the cheaper Terran army with some units surviving. The counter attack gave the win to Lardols.

ETLnoTTuh was next and gave us a PvT, going for a 4 gate blink obs. Lardols went for a 3 rax pressure, but was spotted early enough by the protoss so a sentry was used to help hold it off and take out all the forces of the terran. The follow up blink into the base attack finished Lardols off. ToRgenja was next (now ToRmissAsuzy) for another PvT. Both players early expanded and got to thirds without much pressure. ToRmissAsuzy dropped the main and got the main nexus, but lost the two medivacs and all the units. That advantage though meant the follow up attack was too strong with the lack of splash and gave ToRmissAsuzy the win.

Abbadonz was next out for ETL keeping the PvT series going! Both players again early expanded and the early gateway pressure was held off well by ToRmissAsuzy. Abbadonz likewise held off the early bio medivac push. ToRmissAsuzy took the third but Abbadonz did not and the economic advantage paid off with the huge terran army being too strong.

The ace player for ETL was ETLWrath giving us a TvT! ETLWrath did a 3 rax pressure against the hellion drop setup by ToRmissAsuzy. The 3 rax push was just intercepted and held off and the follow up drop did a bit of damage. Both players expanded. Follow up hellion/bio drops by ToRmissAsuzy did even more damage and eventually meant ToRmissAsuzy’s army was too strong and started destroying the natural of ETLWrath. The only choice for the ETL player was a mass doom drop and base race, but the turrets were up and killed all the medivacs, meaning the cleanup was easy and gave ToR the 4-2 win.

Team Night v AxiS

The first game of TN v AxiS was a walkover to Team Night. Unfortunately the cast for the series didn’t get going until further on during the night, with Zerg TNZero able to take down Terran Hypnotoad. Buffalo was sent out next for AxiS for a PvZ and we only caught the end of the game. The 3 base gateway robo push from Buffalo was held off nicely by TNZero, as it occurred on open ground and there weren’t enough forcefields to keep the lings and roaches off the army. The follow up ling attack was too strong and gave TN a 3-0 lead.

Pinealan was the ace for Axis for another PvZ. We had an usual game as the protoss out expanded the zerg early on and got a sizeable economy and worker lead as the zerg played very passive. The gateway robo push with immortals and a colossi was way too strong for the roach/ling army and gave AxiS their first win of the series and make it 3-1. TN decided to send one of their strongest players next in TNSkywolve for a PvP.

Both players went for safe 3 gate robos. The key was the observer snipe, with TNSkywolve getting it and meaning he could see up the ramp, removing the defending advantage. He then sniped one of the immortals and gave him an advantage as Pinealan got another observer. However Pinealan manages to get TNSkywolve’s observer and hold it off but was now slightly behind. Small engagements almost evened up the game as both players took expansions. However colossi were out for TNSkywolve and not for Pinealan and that was the difference and gave Team Night the 4-1 win.

How do you feel about snapping back after your loss last round?

I didn't care about how many losses I had but my performances overall were just not very good. My teammates were very concerned about me.

Why were you performing so poorly last week?

I guess I really felt the pressure. I tried to do the same macro style again but I got lucky in the first game and after I lost the second game I just told myself to keep calm for this week. I think I'll be doing more variety from here on out so that I can be a bit more flexible with my builds.

It seems like the entire TG team had a bad day

There were some circumstances before the game that made it difficult to focus. So it's true that we tilted badly. Still, playing in the SEACL makes us feel motivated and we'll be back on top in no time.

So you've gained confidence with today's victory?

I feel like my insides have finally cleared up. I even thought to myself, "why couldn't I pull of something so simple much earlier?" In a sense, I'm embarrassed. But I don't think it's too late. I think I can make up for my lousy performances as long as I start doing well from here on out.

Today you did a roach baneling all in twice. Why were you able to successfully pull off the all in?

I dropped everything and focused on the game. I think both Dr.Whiteboy hyung and HypnoToad hyung played a little too idly. Dr.Whiteboys hyung's build order was supposed to block mine but he didn't macro behind it so I won.

Do you plan on continuously using the Roach/Bane all in?

I plan on using it often. Players going against me should watch out (laughs).

You have a lot of confidence

Even if my builds get blocked during practice, I have this confidence that I can always pull it off in tournaments.

What did the coach tell you after your loss last week?

He told us to always just focus on our play instead of worrying about what the other team is up to or if they're trying to cheat. I did that this week and it really paid off.

Anything else you would like to say?

I want to thank team Axis firstly for the games and being good mannered. The team was really down last week after our loss, so I'm glad i was able to pick things up. thanks again to our coach and my teammates for cheering me on. I'll be sure to practice as hard as I can to get into gold league and keep my record.

Round 4 Review and Round 5 Preview

Round 4 Review

With two games this week this will be a slightly shorter review and preview, so forgive me for that! Lets look back on the 3 games played on Monday (ToR v mGG is happening sunday)

Fusion Slugs v ETL
Finally the Fusion Slugs got the first win of the SEACL and it was a very close affair vs ETL. Our first match was a PvP with FSQleXx vs ETLHunter. Hunter went for a defensive 4 gate and QleXx a 4 gate robo into expand. Hunter went to put pressure on but was held back. Another two follow up attack was held off and gave FSQleXx a huge lead, which he macro'd his way to the win. We had another PvP with ETLnoTTuh. QleXx went for fast blink and noTTuh for DTs Drops and with no robo, the DTs put QleXx way behind. noTTuh got the collosi up first and went for another push which put QleXx on the ropes and eventually got the win.

FSNeiloGD was next in for a PvT. ETLnoTTuh went for a quick expand into collossi, however NeiloGD 3 rax stim/concussive push hit just before the collossi was up and gave the protoss no chance. ETLWrath was next out for a TvT. Again FSNeiloGD tried some early bio pressure but the bunker and tank made him feel better of it. Wrath went heavy tank against the mostly bio army of NeiloGD and both macro'd up. It was a back and forth game with big tank lines for Wrath backed with vikings, and the marine/medivac/banshee army of NeiloGD trying to kill the tanks. Eventually it came down to a big tank/viking/BC army vs mostly bio/viking, with the superior army count and huge dps of marines winning the game for NeloGD.

pXAlan was the ace for ETL and showed why in a quick game, doing a very well executed two base baneling bust, which FSNeiloGD wasnt prepared to take the win. Next for FS was quackpork, with both players doing PvZ openings (FFE vs fast 3 base). pXAlan decided to go for a roach muta ball and use them in two pronged attacks, the roaches getting the army to try and save the third, while mutas destroyed the mineral lines. It was all to much for quackpork and made it 3-3, ace match! The ace for FS was xKwangLuu, giving us a TvZ. The first 15 minutes saw hellion harass, into many cloaked banshee attacks, into hellion drops. The outcome was a huge lead for the terran which he never let up and gave FS the first win!

ToT v QED
The start of this game wasn't in the VOD, but the end was, where XOXOToT went 2 port banshee after holding of some ling bane aggression, which must of cost the zerg QEDShockwave a lot. The marine banshee push was just held off but the marine tank banshee medi follow up was too strong. waveLength was next up for a TvT. XOXOToT went 1/1/1 with hellion drop and banshee and waveLengths fast tank marine build was caught out, with the hellions killing most marines, for the banshee to pick the worker line. To waveLenghts credit he fought back and got supplies at least close to even, but defending your base all the time eventually meant he ran out of firepower to stop XOXOToT.

The next game was short with XOXOToT doing a proxy starport and factory for a fast thor drop at the same time Hawkeye went for a marine tank bust. The thor destroyed all the workers forcing Hawkeye to tap out. This brought out QED's ace already in DGImpstar. XOXOTot tried a quick bio pressure with a bunker in the natural but was held off by a 3 gate robo. Then the protoss army backed with immortals went over and destroyed the terran natural and main to give QED their first win.

The next game was similarly fast, DGImpstar doing a 4 gate and getting in as the early bio force moved out from Blanka. Blanka tried to come back to fix the mistake, but it was too late and the DGImpstar took the game. Jackybao was next out and did a 2/1/1 in the PvT. DGImpstar who went for 4 gate robo expand, took damage from the initial medivac drop of marines and couldn’t hold off the strong marine/tank/medivac push which followed to give Jackybao and ToT the win.

AxiS v Tetilla Gaming
TGDarthTesla is quickly making a name for himself with another all kill, this time vs AxiS. His first opponent was DrWhiteboy in a ZvT. TGDarthTesla did a 2 base roach/bane attack, against the 1 base terran and did quite a lot of damage. After this point the terran traded cost effectively but could never get a 2nd base up and the ling/bane/muta was too strong. Next we have protoss AxSDuSt and a very passive game saw TGDarthTesla get a huge macro lead and his max roach/hydra army was just too much for the mostly stalker protoss army.

Next for AxiS was DarkPhoenix who tried a proxy robo 4 gate. DarthTelsa sensed something was up as there was no expo from the protoss and had lots of lings. DarkPhoenix missed the force fields and got surrounded and ended a quick game. Terran Hypnotoad was the ace for AxiS and DarthTelsa did the same as game 1, with a roach/bane all in. The terran army was standing outside the natural with no protection and it all died fast leaving nothing for Hypnotoad to do but gg.

Round 5 Preview
So lets really quickly see the games we have tonight!

ETL v mGG
Duxxie v mGGPow is the opener, with mGG having a BYE and delayed game we don’t have much more info on them. By friday next week, mGG would of played four more games, so this is a huge week for them to cement their title hopes. ETL got a major loss and minor loss last week and know that there is a huge pack of teams right behind them and they need to turn it around. pXAlan is their key and someone has to back him up.

Fusion Slugs v ToT
ToT didn’t submit a starter, giving FS a 1 game head start. Whilst FS finally got a win, it was a very close affair. They will be looking to build on their start, but ToT is a very strong team and frankly favourites to take this out. Their terrans of TopTerranToT, XOXOToT and JackbaoToT have been their stars to date.

ToR v Team Night
ToR broke their duck last week also but have their catchup game with mGG sunday so we also haven't seen too much of them. They do start 1-0 up though vs Team Night who have had a pretty good run so far. This should be a great game!

QED v AxiS
Fantasy v DuSt is our opening match and this should be another close one. AxiS need darkphoenix to hit form again, while QED will be hoping Gotse can play and get another few kills on his belt. There is so much to play for with both teams on 1-3 records!

Round 6 and 7 Review

Round 6 Review

Round 6 featured two walkovers with ToT and TN not showing up and no request/communication from either team to admins or their opponents. Thus mGG and ETL got the free win. Lets review the two games which did take place.

Fusion Slugs v AxiS

After the FS Starter was a no show, our first match was DuSt and xKwanGLuU, a TvT. It was a very fast game, with the proxy 2 rax marauder scouted too late by LuU who was teching up in a 1/1/1 and cutting marines. Too many. DuSt quickly broke the wall and won. Next up for FS was QleXx for a PvT. There was another 2 rax proxy from DuSt. QleXx wasn’t playing as greedy and just held it off despite losing the sentry, as DuSt brought all his SCVS for the all in. That made it 2-1.

Next for AxiS was Hypnotoad for another PvT. Both players early expanded. QleXx went for a third, but Hypnotoad decided to attack instead and expand behind. The attack killed the third and after getting his third up went for the kill. Qlexx though held it off with his gateway/robo mix and went for a counter and got the third, but lost his army. Both player rebuild thirds and the key moment happened as they hit 200 again, where hypnotoad’s army was slightly split, and the protoss army killed 1/3 of it for free, then pushed against the main force which was quickly overcome to make it 2-2.

BigWill was next out for AxiS and it was another short game with the 2 rax push taking QleXx by surprise who had tried to expand and he didn’t have enough gateways and sentries to hold it off. The ace for FS was NeiloGD for a TvT. This game was full of back and forth action, with early banshees by NeiloGD countered by drops from BigWill. Both players continued to harass and have small engagements as the balance of power swung back and forth. The key drop from BigWill killed a lot of the fourth, ran into the main and kill the engineering bay before 3/3 finished and with the army distracted, moved his main army in and won the game.

Tetilla v ToR

First match was SheTouchedMe v ToRmissAsuzy for a PvT. missAsuzy early expanded while SheTouchedMe played very passively. This gave a huge econ and thus army lead to the terran, who used it to build a big force and crush the protoss. TGnastybutla was next up, who did a proxy robo gateway all in. Whilst scouting it, missAsuzy didn’t have enough defence and a quick game two went to Tetilla.

ToRDekid was next up for ToR for a PvZ. A gateway expand from the protoss was met with a quick 3 bases from zerg. It was a mostly passive game, with one ling run by from Zerg not able to stop the protoss getting to max army. Dekid though got to broodlords, but nastybutla had gone colossi backed up with mostly stalker, which was able to take the battles and the win. ToRArnor was next and nastybutla went for a 4 gate. Whilst Arnor had gone 3 rax, there was no bunker and the protoss force was able to break the supply depots and win a quick game.

ToRDizz was the ace for ToR and saw a PvP. It was another fast game, with Dizz going 4 gate vs Blink. Dizz got a probe in and got pylons in the base and made it a very one sided ending. TGDarthTesla was next for a PvZ. Dizz went for an immortal sentry attack, which killed the third, but DarthTesla had enough hydras and spines to save the rest of his base. We then saw muta/hydra from DarthTesla in an attempt to stop the 3 base protoss. But as he attacked, DTs were warped into his main destroying his econ and tech. The follow up push was too strong forcing us into an ace match. The ace for AxiS was TGboahwar for a TvP. Both players early expanded but a strong bio push just before colossi came out, killed the natural of Dizz. Instead of expanding again, boahwar went for the kill and had just too much for Dizz, to take the game and the series for TG.

Round 7 Review

Again we had a walkover with ToT not showing up again… Giving AxiS the win. I also know Team Night got an all kill, 4-0 result over ETL, with TNZero taking it all out. There was no stream so I don’t know what went down, but some great play from the TN zerg. The other two games featured all kills as well, so lets look at them.

mGG v Tetilla

The Tetilla starter didn’t show up so we started 1-0 to mGG. The first game was Philosopher v TGboahwar (PvT) which was played before the stream and saw boahwar take it out. The first streamed game was boahwar v Nihc for mGG. Early banshees from Nihc put him ahead, but both players macro’d and got to max armies. There was a huge standoff just outside boahwars banks, with bio/tank/medivac/viking. However Nihc slowly lost ground as boahwar started doing small drops in his base and broke the contain to get a lead. Nihc went into Battlecruisers but in the end the problem was econ, and boahwar took a massive game.

mGGAbyssal was next for mGG with both players fast expanding. mGGAbyssal went for a third, but boahwar was going for a 2 base timing and the bio medi force was just too much for the protoss. This sent out the ace for mGG mGGsneak. Boahwar gasless expanded while sneak did 3 gate robo expand. This gave a big advantage to the terran and like earlier, he pushed on two bases and the protoss didn’t have enough, giving boahwar the all kill and 4-1 win to Tetilla.

ToR v QED

Again the first game was off stream, so all I know is that Kdogs was able to take down Dekid in a ZvZ. ToR sent out ToRmissAsuzy out next. The TvZ started with a ling/baneling push which was just held off. The terran went to 3 base but mutas forced the 3rd away. missAsuzy was going mech though and the thors soon came out to get the 3 base economy going again. The zerg got back to 3 bases but ling/bling/muta wasn’t the right mix vs the mech based army and missAsuzy took the win.

CivFan was next for QED. A fast expand from terran was countered by a 4 gate attack from CivFan. missAsuzy expected early pressure and got the bunkers up in time. CivFan tried to get back into it with an expand, but did a drop and push at the same time and destroyed the main nexus and lots of tech. Eventually missAsuzy pushed again to win the game. QEDDeNile was next up for a PvT. Both players went for aggressive expands, a 1/1/1 for terran vs gateway robo. As the protoss went in to kil, the banshees went in and did massive damage. The bio/tank attack at missAsuzy base was held off well and the follow up attack hit just before colossi and gave missAsuzy the win.

The ace for QED was Wavelength for a TvT. Both players went 1/1/1, with Marine/Tank/Banshee for missAsuzy and Marine/Tank/Mediva for Wavelength. Both players realised there were in a stalemate and both expanded. Wavelength tried to counter but good tank positioning held it off well and gave an army lead. missAsuzy contained Wavelength after this and got a third down. Both players had great drop defence and couldn’t do any damage. But Wavelength had to get the third down, and had to come down the ramp to try and take it, but the viking lead was to missAsuzy, giving the tanks better vision and won the game with an all kill for ToR.

Why no table?
This will come with the preview on Thursday!

I am adding a new rule for clarification purposes, due to an incident where a player disconnected between games, and did not feel the managers waited long enough to allow him to reconnect.

Quote:
If a player disconnects, either during a game or between games, the managers must wait a minimum of 10 minutes for the player to reconnect. If the player's manager cannot contact them by another means, the game will then be forfeited, and the match will proceed as if the disconnected player had lost the previous game.

Previous game?.. as in the game they just won - then while waiting inbetween DC'd?.. thats a bit extreme. Just continue on as if a loss - I think thats what you mean.. but the wording could be confusing :S

Yup, dc'ing team forfeits the game that would have been played if the player had not dc'd. Non-dc'ing team gets a win. Dc'ing team picks new player and new map. Clear as mud?
