As some of you may have heard our very own Paroxysm needs surgery on his eyes due to suffering from a disease called Keratoconus. He has been trying to raise money via his charity stream, but Frenetic Array thought we would give him a helping hand and show him how much our community wants to help!

I just want to thank everyone for the incredible amount of help and support I have received in the last few months. It's been brilliant, and has literally brought a tear to my eye on numerous occasions. I owe everyone here a huge favour. Still a few more weeks to go til the operation, but I'll let you all know how I go through it, as I have to get checkups every 6 months hereon in, and I'll need another operation on my left eye in the next year or so. I will write a blog with photos of 'Pirate Nick' after the surgery, and there is going to be a mega list of people to thank for all their support! The prizes will be drawn out when I get back from my week long holiday next Saturday!

I think this meets the goal set for the stream - to get half way to the $2k cost of the operation. ♥

Nick was saying the other morning, that he was only 50-70 dollars short of the $2000 just that the chip in didnt count all the money. But that the pay pal was saying he was bloodly close. Would like to know if his reached the goal now since that was a day or 2 ago

A few stats before and explination on how it will work - then the winners will be revealed either during the Av.ToR v TDM SEACL S Class match tonight or on a different stream (Yet to be confirmed).. Also, as its a charity - entries are going to stay open until the final prize is drawn! Feel free to donate after that also if you want to support this cause (Any funds over those required to help out Paroxysm will go towards a ParO Charity Cup tournament.

As for how the draw works, Every $5 donated gets you 1 entry, there are 365 entries in total. If someone donated $50, they get 10 entries. Each name is multiplied by the amount of entries and listed in a spread sheet - I will then go to Random.org to generate 13 numbers (1 for each prize) if Number 37 wins the first prize it will be taken off the list and if 37 spins through again it will result in a repick.
