I just try and prepare notes and do practice questions in the days leading up to the exam. On the actual exam day, I just try to chill and relax, not focusing too much on cramming. Mainly just read over the stuff I've already done.

I just ate jellybabies. After being on a strict diet I caved and ate sugar and god it was good.

Any physical exertion is great for your mental well-being, so you can run or mobilise your legs in a different fashion, whichever proves to be to your liking!
Same way I deal with sc2 tournies, just focus on what you know and being confident in what you know by the appropriate practice in repetition of formula or whatever methods of studying your course uses. That being said, going to the gym for me de-stresses me but everyone is different.
Seriously though, I think eras pretty much hit it on the nail. If you study well and can do the required questions in your textbook then you're most likely going to be just fine .
