It will be $550 per night for a total of $1650 which will give us a total of 24 beds across 3 rooms on the same floor.

We will have to organise how we are splitting the cost and also how to make payment. They are happy for people to pay as they come in as long as they get the $550 per night.

If we are going to split the cost so that each person pays for the nights they stay then I think that the easiest way is for people to pay their total amount as they come in that way we don't have to worry about transferring money between us through paypal or what ever.

What happens if they end up short? Who has to pay the difference? It's easy to get messed up if one person were to bail, or someone made a mistake in calculating their share. Potentially we could give reception a list and ask them to sign peoples' names off as they pay? The last thing I want to see is you getting grief from the place/being out of pocket after going through all the work to organise this for everyone. Also, the less effort expended in chasing people up, the better. That's why I think a list and check off is a good solution.

Sweet, so 2 people staying Saturday and Sunday would be $49.1x2 = $98.20? Or 68.75x2 = $137.50? And do we have to bring in cash?

Yeah I'm happy to walk in on Friday and pay my share of 550 for each day.

So currently the 550 for friday is split 15 times. So 36.6r or $37
Saturday 550 split 24 times is 22.91, or $23.
And Sunday is 550 Split 21 times which is 26.19, or $27.

All 3 days: 87pp
Sat sun: $50.

My maths correct?

Just round that shit up and let intoccabile keep the change for his efforts

Edit: might also be worthwhile on Friday organizing a list there of our forum names with confirmed payments to makes things more smooth for intoccabile and the staff

Its just Ive spent all this money on flights and cant find anything online about ticket sales.
