I have something like 50% to 60% redundancy.
I find it a lot harder to play if I don't spam through my control groups and spam production keys even if I don't have enough resources.

90~100 APM and 150~200 EPM so a lot of my keystrokes don't do crap

here, My APM varies massively depending on the situation. On average its about 80 blizzard apm, 140 blizzard epm, but if i'm zerg it can get up to 200 thanks to szzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Well my apm on average is 150, eapm is 120-130 or so I don't really know where I get all that apm from since I don't really micro my army lol

Aim for 80 apm in BSG, but apm doesn't really matter. It's more about the brain than the fingers until about diamond masters. 80 is generally enough to out-multitask your opponent.

I did check my apm occasionally at sc2 gears. The latest replay states my APM is 152. However EPM is 92. So, there is about 30 - 40 % redundancy going about in my play.... >_<

My average over the game is 90-100 and I was a plat toss (now back to gold).

As per most of what people have said here... it really dont matter if your apm is 200-300 if your general mechanics / macro is bad then you will lose more often than not.

I have about 115 eapm when I'm playing P (main) when I'm offracing with T it goes down a lot because I'm still learning heheh.

When I play Z i average around 140eapm at the end of say a 20 minute game, I tend to play a bit better when I spam so sometimes it goes a bit higher
