Wow I think I might actually attend a LAN fort once. I'm sure my partner wont mind when I tell her about the money :P
Plus a 3 hour drive from Canberra really isnt that far.

I'm pretty sure the article is a troll... simply because I heard about this tournament a few days ago as everyone was tweeting it. Yet the OP on APC had been removed. There have been NO posts on any websites other then APC about it either...

In conclusion: this tournament is VERY badly organised, OR someone at APC is trolling??

I am excited and confused...

Edit: ok the link to NRG works now and it actually looks semi-legit. Wth is going on

This is a legit tournament according to the internet cafe. i have sent them an email and this is there reply:

Hi Dylan,

No it is "for real". I don't know why people are saying that it isn't. It is totally organised by myself and the team at Altech Computers. It will be held at the dates mentioned on the website.

We already have a huge amount of entrants!

It's on the net cafe's site too. I think it's just very poorly organised by people who have a thin grasp on English.
