I was just wondering which is the best Streaming software for your Desktop.

Because I record videos from time to time on some very occasional streaming on UStream (I just finished streaming a Game Of DOTA but the FPS isn't too well), I was just wondering which is the best but still maintains a cheap or free budget? I am using ManyCam btw, that's the only one that's working for me so far.

Any Recommendations? Well I'm all ears because I do occasionally stream and cast games. If it's recording, Fraps and HyperCam2 are my essential ones, possibly the cheapest and best for that purpose I know. But streaming???
