I think the idea about the maps is; Use the MLG versions if they are available, otherwise ladder - however, if there is a ESL, IEM or WCG or whatever version of the map and both players are comfortable using that particular map version. It doesn't matter.

Hey guys! First lot of games went pretty well last night, was happy to see some crazy BSG games. Had to cast the first hour or so of ToR v QED myself which was good fun but looked like it might have been a bit laggy and I think my mic was peaking out a bit. Oh wells! Installed Xsplit and started streaming for the first time all within 20 minutes with no prior knowledge so it was always gonna be terrible haha.

I will be updating the OP with the results etc, and also just to clarify againt the current map rule is basically what ChadMann said in the post above. MLG versions where applicable, if there is no MLG version of that map use ladder version. But if you prefer IPL / ESL version then go for it I don't care

Your streaming was some of the better i've ever heard, you and frogmite go together well, you should attempt to become a partnership man. seriously.

YAY The Clanless are holding their own against KA.

We're still going to win though. But i'll give a nice 2nd to the Clanless :P

@scobedog : In the future maybe diamond or Master can , but for GM , need for time and active , while BSG players tend to play casually.

Hello all you beautiful BSGers!

Week 1 is complete and it went off without a hitch! I was really happy with how smoothly everything ran and I'd like to thank the admins and team managers for a job well done. Loving the new format, saw a player from every league during week 1 matches and not a single walk over. This is what I wanted

Just letting you all know that the Results and Standings have been updated in the OP as well as the challonge bracket which you should ALL be checking right now to organize this weeks matches (if Thursday night isn't good for you).

Won't be on tonight, sudden 'commitments' popped up sigh.
TAMahonanida will be replacing me for captaincy tonight as hes the only one ive been able to contact on short notice.

Im unsure if TA will have a full lineup tonight and as such we may need to reschedule our game.

With me out, TAEaeron out due to becoming a daddy on Monday (congrats to him) and I believe TABag swamped with work bleeding into home life we might not make the cut.

Hello beautiful BSG-ers! Just an update for you all:

First of all, the TCP and The Clanless match up is going to be restarted from the game EvilSWAT got eliminated in due to what discovered to be smurfing. It was decided by the leaders of TCP and The Clanless to do this instead of taking straight wins due to the spirit of competition and I salute them both for reorganizing the games.

Another reasonably important update; I'm gonna be in America for about 3 weeks! This basically means I won't be AS active on SC2sea as I usually am, but I will be taking my laptop to the States so I am going to continue administrating this thread and updating games whilst overseas. I trust the admin team to do a good job while I'm away and organize matches with the clan leaders, so please hit up ToRSynizta, TCPfrogmite or TAEdarus for your BSGCL queries as I most likely won't be active enough to give an immediate response.

I also ask admins and players alike to leave PMs in my SC2sea inbox with game results! I need to not only know final score but who beat who! Check Synizta's post above this one to see the format I like

Cheers for your understanding, sorry Frog for leaving you to cast alone for a few weeks
