I got 20-25ms to SEA, 40-60 to Korea and 280+++ to US and 300+ to Europe. So I guess Korea is playable?

should be ok, you may notice a very slight delay but it should be playable (my ping is about 250-280 to NA and i still manage to stutter step marines when I need to, for reference

im pretty sure the ip address for kr server is kr.logon.battle.net no kr.battle.net and also for the US it is us.logon.battle.net

I had a prac game while capped (64k) today on KR from Sydney and it was no less playable than SEA or NA. Slightly worse but still certainly playable.
