right you are... when I went back to check for him (since I was pretty sure that was how you are supposed to do it) I was looking for the bit that was in the previous one (which was in the rules and regulations section):

I think that might have been a clearer of doing it.
Not trying to be an ass about it, so I hope I didn't come across as that. I'll also echo the above sentiment that, if any help is required for this to continue, I'd do what I can. It's great having something like this for us terribad BSG players to get to mess around in (and from some previous experiences, I know how frustrating it can be trying to organise groups of people over the internet)
