lol, i didnt know master can play tier4 before, ToT lineup may be updated later,we wont pull B-team players in this league tho, just add some master players who really wanna compete and not strong enough to play B team

Divisions are made according to the team roster. Tier 4 is in majority diamonds, but you can still have masters as it doesn't make your team too strong and change tier.
