Fresh out of the BSGCL and I went to win 3 games (2 actual games and 1 walkover) before being sliced down by some powerful play in my opinion. We loss 3-4 tonight but by some miracle or something I'm sure we can give the rest of the clans a run for their money for the playoffs.
I have no clue what league he is in cause I forgot to check and couldn't find his name on the BSGCL roster.
Second, this was a game that I felt I was in my element. I got this checked out with some friends and this build was intentionally meant for any Immortal play. Somehow, it worked fine for Zealot Archon compositions too My opponent was a player so it felt good to win.
Third, my opponent was the opposing team captain tonight and sat through all the games I was in so I didn't go my now usual v build above. I was expecting the exact same thing but it turned out to be this 3-3 Zealot Storm thing that my fellow who played him later also would be pretty much be sliced down in the same manner. The opponent is Rank 1 in his division so losing to him didn't feel as bad as it usually does.
If you could point out what could've been done in my 3rd game that might have made a difference and maybe win the game that would be great. Other than that, enjoy the two replays and hope I'm improving!
Thanks and GLHF!

Go watch the vod on snod's stream I 100% agree with him that you lost at least partly because you're economy was bad. You were way oversaturated in your main, with little at your nat. You need to transfer more workers or rally both to the natural.
I think your unit comp was possibly too marauder heavy to fight chargelots (but i wasn't watching closely).
Ill watch the replay later, but i think you were also incredibly behind on upgrades. You can't really keep up with toss any more, but if you see them go double forge and don't go double e-bay, you better have something special planned.
Also, the final engagement... you pulled all your scvs to defend, but you did it long after you had bio left to buffer for. The scvs don't really deal damage, they just buffer to let your marines deal their sick dps without being mauled. Generally a good idea to hold position in front of zealots... they have to individually target fire each one down, then.
EDIT: I watched the replay. At 15:10 you had 26 (or something) drones on the main minerals (as a general rule, you want 16). and 3 + 1 mule at your natural... Given you were also substantially behind on workers because you didn't produce scvs behind your early pressure as well as you possibly could meant that you were vastly behind on income, which reflected in the supplies.
Then you decided to go for a push when you were down 20 supply and behind 1/0 to 1/2 on upgrades, and with one group of units chilling inside the medivac. That put the toss far enough ahead that he just took the gold and was able to make a tonne of zealots and kill you. You even scanned the army before you pushed into it, but I'm pretty sure you didn't click his units to check upgrades. If you see behind on upgrades, and that many zealots means he should have charge, you should not even think about engaging there.
You did go double e-bay after that, but you were insanely far behind, and he just rolled you.

Watched Snod's stream. I agree 100% as well to what he said. Need to transfer SCVs.
I have no idea what is the proper hard counter to such a Chargelot heavy army.
And yeah, I saw they were 3/3 I was like, well, SHIT!
Everything else you said was more than spot on.
Thanks Erasmus :3
Well, the first thing is to be even on upgrades/supply with a zealot heavy army. You also need to get an engage somewhere where you can stim and kite. You need to have a higher marine : marauder ratio to actually kill them (marauders do shit against zealots). And at least get your marauders in front of your marines cause they have way more hitpoints. The zealots kill them slowly while your marines tear them up from behind.

i really need to learn how to put my marauders in the front and not a big blob...so,
equal supply,
equal ups,
ratio of rines>rauders,
kite

i'd also like to point out that having less marauders frees up a lot of gas that you can use for ghosts, medivacs, and everything else you might be struggling to get. You'll also end up having a bigger army, since marauders are pretty much 3x the cost of marines.
