I got 20-25ms to SEA, 40-60 to Korea and 280+++ to US and 300+ to Europe. So I guess Korea is playable?

should be ok, you may notice a very slight delay but it should be playable (my ping is about 250-280 to NA and i still manage to stutter step marines when I need to, for reference )

I had a prac game while capped (64k) today on KR from Sydney and it was no less playable than SEA or NA. Slightly worse but still certainly playable.

im pretty sure the ip address for kr server is kr.logon.battle.net no kr.battle.net and also for the US it is us.logon.battle.net
