When I was admin here we're numerous cases of people complaining about platinum players on NA server and this is why the rules were made to specify activity on SEA server. We made it clear NA server wasn't relevant.
As long as you were active on SEA and genuinely placed in BSG, you were good to go.
As a side note, I was concerned on Saturday night after a grand final match I played and watched the replay before continuing the series with my admin crown on. Was happy to continue the series. Lay off Wardi, his profile is genuine SEA BSG. I hope to meet him in the final again next Saturday.
My two cents.

Suipr, the thing is, I think we've sort of slacked off on specifying SEA activity. Wardi had 30 matches played ALL of Season 5 and 4.. 4 months essentially. I realize he's BSG, and they have slightly lower play requirement expectations than plat/dia, but I think seven games a month still counts as a bit too few to be counted active on a server. I'll make the habit of getting there five minutes earlier and will make sure to enforce SEA activity henceforth, so a player with 20 games at the very end of a season shows up, we'll have to crack down and prevent it.
I realize this may prevent some actual players from playing, but it'll also get rid of the mentality, "Oh, I'll just go on SEA server, lose five placements, and then play a couple games and steamroll everyone in the BSG"

From your point of view... which would be a nice fresh opinion i guess from when you were admin...
How many games you would consider as being "active" on SEA...
or better yet... what would be considered "active".
Edit: P.S if i get to play next week and not have to work.. you'll have to go through me first

When I wrote the rules I left the definition unclear on purpose so I could treat everyone on a case by case basis. Usually as long as they had recent games and had valid wins and losses on their profile against BSG players, they were good to play.
Asrath and I had a few chats about whether or not to bring in a number of required games per week but I was always against this since it automatically disqualifies people who just simply don't have the time to ladder as much as they would like (like myself)
