My name is Brad, I am 17 years old and currently completing my final year of school and from western sydney! I was previosuly apart of VB but due to sporting comitments I had to depart. But with that finished/sorted, I now have a heap of spare time to get back into starcraft! I completed my placement matches knowing I didn't play to the best of my ability and still managed to get gold which I'm fairly happy with! Playtime: I probably play for about three or four hours on an ordinary day.... and extraordinary days scare me, in hindsight. I work Monday, Tuesday and Friday nights.

About: SC2 was the first RTS that I picked up and actually played. Sure, I've played games like Age of Empires, WarCraft and Total Annihilation, but only for the campaigns (TA: Kingdoms was a let-down) and FFAs with friends for shits and giggles.

Needless to say, I started off in Bronze on the SEA server. Learning a completely new genre was an utterly daunting experience and while I took many extended breaks over a couple of years, I eventually made it into Master on the NA server (and I still feel like an unco noob).

Prior to SC2, I had played Counter-Strike competitively for around seven years. Despite playing for so long and sharing countless experiences with a good number of team mates (from all-nighter LANs to 24-hour road trips), I never actually achieved anything noteworthy. Perhaps I was too young, but I'm 23 now and I'm well past hungry for some results.

This whole time, I've been nothing but a ladder fiend on NA. Now, I'm seeking to involve myself in the SEA/Australian scene. I've been to one LAN event in Adelaide already, which brought about a sense of familiarity and some good memories to boot. I'm keen for more of that, whether online or offline!

I should probably mention that I have a little bit of experience with clan wars, as I was a member of an American clan for a time. However, things have kind of fallen apart recently and it was just a tad difficult to sync myself with their timezone, which is why I'm looking for something closer to home.

Also, I can be rather verbose. You have no idea how hard it was to keep the above to a reasonable length.

TL;DR: Ladder junkie wants a team. Competitive gaming background. Keen as.
