I am not sure, if you are greater than BSG in other server would effect you eliligbility into this tourny (assuming you have a sea licence, when you are NA plat), you have to ask Admins to make sure

Yeah, silver on SEA ha-ha. Just want to make sure it's fair for all the other competitors

- would hate to have an unfair advantage against people, especially if it's their first time in a tournament like this. Will check with admins anyway

Yeah..check with the Admins, based on the rule i previously quoted to you and there nothing else mention about ranks on other server...you should be fine entering this Tourny.

But of course...double check with the Admins.
