I'll update every now and then the teams that are formed.

EDIT : to avoid hassle of having to reform teams if a player has been promoted, once the team is announced, it will be fixed. That is promotions within this period to diamond for example, will not require you to have to reform your teams and hunt for new teammates. More incentive to find your partners and confirm them now.
