The first hellion comes out at around 6 minutes. Ling/bling all-ins can occur less than a minute later. If they have roaches it comes a bit later but that relies on you first scouting roaches. I suppose if you're lucky and they do a late all-in you could get siege, but there are all-ins specifically designed to hit before siege mode, like ViBe's 8:20 all-in.

Yeah I've been thinking of just starting with a 2rax and then transitioning into hellion/banshee. With a 2rax + engi-bay wall you're pretty safe. However this does delay your tech quite a bit.
