The Frog Cup is an invitational-style competition for Sharn Kemp Premier League.
The top 4 teams of the league at the end of the season will be invited to the competition.
This competition could be considered as "SEACL play-offs" but it's actually not 100% true.

When we first thought about the SEACL season 2, we wanted to copy a bit the competition system of soccer. We so decided there won't be SEACL play-offs, because we started the clan league with the idea of replacing the play-offs by the SEA Clan Cup.

As we started the league this way, it won't be fair for leading teams to change the rules now.

However, there will be "un-official" play-offs for SEACL, called Frog Cup. So the top 4 teams of seacl will be invited to play for a prize pool identical to the SEACL (300$ for winner). I made the Frog Cup because i understand that players prefers play-offs and we can't copy everything from soccer system. Frog Cup will still allow the teams to aim for another prize and achievement.

So to make it clearer, winners of SEACL season 2 will be the leading team at the end of the season, and they will get the promised prize for seacl (300$). With Frog Cup, and SEACC, there are 3 trophies to share (or not) for this SEA Clan League season.




Team match

• Top 4 teams are placed into a single elimination semi-finals bracket
• Every team match will be done following the Pro-League format: 5xBo3
• The first team reaching 3 wins win the match.
• The teams will have to name their players 48h before the games.
• Loser picks the map, no repeat maps for two consecutive sets.
