HDPhoenix Achievements (2)	[$250] LAN shop hunt Open to Singaporeans only For those in the know, I have been looking for a LAN shop space in town. I've been looking for 3 months now. I've even negotiated a space in a Orchard Rd mall for 6 weeks before being turned down on a technicality. Frustrating. Time to up the ante $250 to anyone who suggests me a space for a LAN shop that is near an MRT line in the city area, preferably in the Bugis area. If I end up getting the place, the money is yours. Specs: 1500-3000 sq ft (2000 sq ft prefered) Preferably NOT in Katong Shopping Center or Parklane due to the associated RedLight trade F&B kitchen prefered if available Rental: $12,000 and under / mth Must have fibre-optics Those interested can email me or drop me a PM.
