Might want to consider editing your original post to include content from the 2nd and 3rd, and deleting those two ^_^ With regards to improving the Starcraft 2 scene in your home region, in my opinion it's a matter of getting people into the e-sports of it, and getting them excited about watching. Get them watching a GSL or some similar tournament, meet up for live showings of tournaments with a couple of beers and enjoy it yourself.
