Ok, so over the past couple of days I have had nothing but issues with SC2.


After being on hold to blizzard support for over an hour without answer, and having my ticket REMOVED without an answer kind of gets a little frustrating.



SEA:
Whenever I try to view a replay (even my own, or downloaded ones, any type and ect.) I get an error message saying "the launch of this game makes reference to mod or map dependencies which are no longer available".


NA:
Another issue is that, on the NA servers (along with the replay issue) is that I can't view any profiles (inc. my own), I can't play ranked games, view any portraits or access any UI in general.



Yeah...
Seeing as my main account for mass ladder games and practice is NA this renders the game unplayable.

I can't view replays, I cant view any UI. Profiles are blank, I cant launch ranked OR custom games and almost every feature of the game is rendered unplayable.



Surely someone else has experienced these issues (both the replay issue, and the NA issue), if anybody has ANY advice that would be appreciated.



I've already repaired, reinstalled and re-patched the whole client multiple times.


Blizzard has been "difficult" to contact, to say the least. So maybe someone else here has already solved the problem.
