Hi guys, long time lurker, first stand alone post

I've been having some problems with internet browsers lately (all 3 of them)

First i will start by outlining my computer, i have a 9950be quad, a 4850x2 2bg model, asus something motherboard and raid 0+1 over 2 500gb hdd's, 2 screens (dont know fi that will help)

Whenever i open up a browser, be it chrome, firefox or IE (yes i tried IE), the screen automatically starts switching between fullscreen mode and normal mode within the browser itself, i tried everything. Virus scans, malware, adware, spyware, rootkits, you name it, all scans come out clean. I havent installed anything new or visited any silly websites and i just cant seem to figure out the problem.
