1. Website now works on tablets! Thanks to paperclip the black box of doom that appeared in the background for lower resolution monitors and tablet PC's has now vanished.

The News Team: Now lead by TheGentleman with quality posts from breadfan, Loach, Rogue, MezjE and Mox keeping you up to date with the latest happenings in world news, SEA news, tournament coverage, recaps, interviews and scene news. Please welcome this league of extraordinary gentlemen!

The Writing Team: Lemminks, Cute, TAhackdZ, Tek Kez and SC2Glow with the newer members now lead by the brave TheCSerps form the well known writing team here at SC2SEA. What news, reviews, recaps, interviews and stories will bring us time will only tell but we look forward to reading what they manage to put to "paper". Please welcome the new writing team!

Community Builder!



Congratulations to Asrathiel and AsylumofSouls who will receive the community builder achievement for their continuous and active role in helping grow the StarCraft II scene in SEA through the weekly BSG Open competitions! The Community Builder achievement is perhaps one of the most prestigious rewards one can obtain on SC2SEA as players with this achievement will be quickly recognised (even by new members to SC2SEA) as a valuable member partly responsible for helping grow the StarCraft II scene in SEA.



Congratulations to Spartaz who wins the award for his community work and development of Clan ToR. Time of Rising leader Spartaz has come a long way from his first appearance on his site, where he used to spam 2 sentences OPs and even got infracted for them!! He and the clan he created ToR has grown a ton since then and ToR have even introduced a very strong pro team recently, made up of all home grown ToR stars. The growth of ToR under Spartaz's leadership is truly remarkable and he also helps out occasionally with tournament organising on the site with the NZ Cups and GPDs making him well worthy of the community builder achievement.

New Member of the Month!

Congratulations to Zypher who will be awarded this issues "New Member of the Month!" achievement. Posting approximately once per day since he joined on the 1st of this month, all threads started by Zypher have stimulated informative conversation and his presence has been noted quickly in the SC2SEA community.

Quality Member of the Month!

I am not going to exclude anyone from receiving this achievement. It is to my understanding that this achievement exists to encourage people to be active members of our community regardless of whether they are new to it or nearly part of the furniture. This months "Member of the Month!" recipient will be one who consistently brings out new and entertaining content by casting many tournaments here at SC2SEA. This person will be none other than ToRBaldie. Your efforts have been noted and we thank you for your quality contributions, congratulations.

Winner: [WCS] Tasteless, Artosis, HD, PainUser to cast WCS Oceania

There is no competition for this months winner, with more than 300 posts in the thread announcing that Tastosis, HD and PainUser are to cast the World Championship Series in Australia on the 10th of August thanks to Blizzard ANZ and ACL Pro. They say a picture's worth a thousand words so here's a video if you aren't excited enough already!
