[ToR] Some basic overlays with clan logo.

Since Parox was out looking for one this morning, I made up some quick basic overlays with a clan logo on them for any ToR guys looking for a marginally better looking stream.

There's an extra empty spot if you want to put something else there, your own image or a webcam or something...

Only done a Terran and Zerg one so far. If any protoss wants one let me know and I'll bother. It's not hard, but I just haven't bothered yet.
