I know a great method t fix your sleeping pattern.
First, you'll have to free up a couple of days, for example, a weekend.
Friday night, do not sleep at all. Do an all nighter, and stay awake during the next day as well.
Now, that alone won't fix it. What you also have to do is a little trick. Starting the next day (saturday if you're doing it over the weekend), do not eat anything.
Now, on Saturday night, go to bed at the time you wish to start sleeping. You still shouldn't have eaten anything since Friday night. Also set an alarm for the time you want to wake up.
When you wake up, have the biggest breakfast you have ever had. 6 sausages, 8 eggs and a whole pig if you have. Just eat till you can't eat any more, then eat a bit more. Then when you go to bed Sunday night, you should fall asleep fairly soon.
It has varying results, but I'd say on the whole, it works fairly well. It's worth a shot, and if it doesn't work, all you've missed out on a couple of meals and some sleep.
