How did the story come about?: The story was created late one night while i was bored and i randomly created a story in the chatbox. Zeion joined in while i was talking to myself in the chat box.

What is the caster era?: The caster era is a time before the nirvAnA era when casters like Unstable/Mezza/HDPhoenixx(they are spellcasters in this story) ruled the land. However, due to the fact that there was no real back story to it, it is not properly written in the story.

Who are some of the people in the story and why have i not heard of them before?: Some of the people chosen as characters were while they were extremely active on sc2sea.com but some have since been much less active on sc2sea.com due to various reasons.

Why did you not include iaguz/PiG/other A-team aLt members in the story?: This is because zeion and i created this story in December 2010 when there was only 6 A-team members in aLt, nirvAnA/Oxygen/Guc/Aaron/YoonYJ/Sheepy.

Before reading this pls realise that the way the people are presented in the story does not relate to the actual person. E.g. nirvAnA is not an evil overlord

The nirvAnA era... A time where nirvAnA ruled with an iron fist...And everyone bows whenevr seeing him... And so an alliance is made to overthrow him...One of which if fails...nirvAnA would rule forever...

Luckily for us the alliance had some of the strongest ppl there were. Such as glade and kowi(who mysteriously came back from a distant land). The war was long and hard...

But after a very epic and hard fought battle nirvAnA was finally defeated... Nobody could believe that nirvAnA was defeated. All across the land ppl rejoiced.

There were partys which lasted weeks. Some which were held in the town's centre. While others were at mezza's bar.

All was peaceful for 10 years... Until a band of travellers by the name of aLt came and destroyed the peace... They said that nirvAnA was still alive and that they came to bring him back to his former glory and to make sure that he ruled... Forever!!!

There were 6 ppl in the group which came to this land... The other 12 of them had stayed behide to defend their other kingdom. But do not be fooled... These were aLt's best warriors. There were few who rivaled them. And even fewer who dared to challenge them.

The 6 evils had taken over the outlying towns and had set a camp where they recruited the ppl they captured into their army...

They enslaved women, treated man like dogs. But there were a few who were favoured by them... Their distorted mind got the best out of them. And these ppl came to be known as the crazys.

Being favored by the 6 the crazys started to make a name for themselves within the chaos. They killed all who opposed them and brought back those who were powerful back to aLt to be recruited.

Village after village fell into the abyss of fire and ruin. Nothing could stand in their path. But in a distant place there were 2 boys who were the sons of kowi and glade(the 2 who lead the ppl vs nirvana) and they were the only glimmer of hope the land had left.

These 2 boys though smart and powerful will stand no chance against the 1000s.. they need help.. and so they started running east. To the very place where their fathers defeated nirvana so as to maybe find veterans to aid them...

As they walked towards the very place... they saw a new village of wizards and witches.. who have their faith to The One... Mezza. These ppl were some of the last remnants from the caster's era... and although their leaders(mezza, unstable and HDphoenixx) had been defeated and forever lost(except for HD)... they continued hoping that they would return once more to bring their ppl to glory once more...

The clan leader HDPhoenix walked up to the respectable young boys.. and greeted them with a potion. He said: Boys if you drink this potion you will have incredible power and live forever... but if you do you can never leave our village... Glade's son,verdana, replied: Why would i want such power and not be able to save the world?

Verdana's reply angered HD and so he said to them: the power of god will be bestowed upon u and u rather save this corrupted and feeble world?!! The two boys replied in unison: Yes!!! For there is still good in this world and if we do not protect it who will?!?!

HD glared at the boys angrily and was about to strike them with a spell when JacZie walked up to HD with puppy eyes saying: Please dear sir.. for without this world, there won't be u nor us~ we seek not power but courage and stregth to face the darkness that had corruped our one and only world~(jackie is a lass they pick on the road)

HD looked at JacZie's eyes and with that his heart melted...
“Little girl.. this is the choices that heroes need to make.. if things comes so easy... everyone can be a hero..” replied HD before he walked back to his goat skin tent.

The village ppl parted a passage for the 3 to walk through and so their forged on to the place where nirvAnA was defeated... It's known as the infamous Nealton Valley.. Though the potion would grant them enormous power, what use was the power if they would not be able to use it to shelp save the world…

They journeyed for 2 weeks without rest until they finally arrived at Nealton Valley... It was barren... No greens in sight.. The hope of getting the veterans of the battle 10yrs ago was crushed.. The 3 poor kids were overwhelm with disappointment and disbelief…

However the 3 of them searched and found the graves of kowi and glade... They found their fathers swords on top of the graves with the message... *dark caster can be a good caster like warlocks. The key is neither power nor wealth but belief.*


The 3 read the message craved on the tombstone again and again...
suddenly witty JacZie spoke: "We have to believe that we can defeat the aLt! We have to! This is what your fathers are trying to tell you!"


Wise words from JacZie lit up the fire in the eyes of the 2 brave heroes to be... and in the distance... Some ripples caught their eyes... As they walk closer.. They felt some invisible source of power.. Swirling around them...


Verdana shouted: "it's a RIFT! A warp rift! My dad mention bout this while he's alive! If u see a rift.. Embrace it with your heart with a strong will of what u believe in.. And your wish will come true! it's try it out!!!"

With that the trio jumped into the rift without hesitation... the rift closing behide them... The trio fell from over 100 metres but luckily for them they landed on some trees which cushioned their fall...


As they got up from their fall(with a few scratches but otherwise unharmed) they surveyed their terrain... They were in a very dense jungle... They could hear the sounds of the animals and creatures of the forest everywhere... It was almost as if the animals were whispering to one another… There were no signs of civilization anywhere around them... And jaczie was starting to get worried that they may have made a mistake going through the rift... However kowi's son,tanahon, was taught by his father how to survive in the wild and how to navigate out of it... And so tanahon took leadership of the trio and began telling them all that he knew about surviving in the wild...

Suddenly.. The surroundings starts to rustle... the trees starts swaying.. But... there's no wind at all..

The trio went back to back.. Swords unsheathed... Ready for a strike on what may strike them...

The rustling abruptly stopped and out came a horde of mean-looking warrior armed with all sort of weapon one may imagine..

A slim yet well built female walked towards the trio..
"my name is KellyMilkies.. Leader of Alergia Clan.. And who are you?"

The boys heard of this famous name from their fathers.. She's one of the veteran who assisted in the battle.. But.. She doesn't seem to aged.. She looks like any sweet young 18 yr old girl.. But her stern look says otherwise..
The trio although taken back by Kelly quickly regained their senses and introduced themselves one by one... Verdana said: I am Verdana. Son of Glade and I am one of the only hopes that our land has before aLt.
Tanahon said: I am Tanahon. Son of Kowi and heir to his legacy. I am one of the only hopes left for only lands as well.

Kelly looked at the two of them and bowed respectfully realising that they were the sons of her leaders... But then she saw Jaczie, drew her sword and pressed its tip at her throat growling: I acknowledge the two of you. But who is SHE!?!?!

Jaczie gulped, gathered all her courage and replied in a shaky but stable voice: I am Jaczie. A companion of Verdana and Tanahon. I have traveled long and far with the two of them and they are my dearest and closing friends.
Puppy eyes of JacZie comes into play again… The 2 boys shook their head.. Wondering does JacZie know that puppy eyes doesn't work all the time...

KellyMilkies question the boys again. "What she say is true eh? Else i won't be just having her head loop off but gorge her eyes out as welll!"

JacZie eyes widen and quickly turn to the two for help..

Verdana: "Yes, Leader of the Alegia Clan. She's with us and she will do no harm to you nor your people."

With that... KellyMilkies sheath her sword and usher the trio deeper into the vast thick jungle..

KellyMilkies: "This land has been safe from all misdeed done Nirvana and his group of evils." looking at the trio again "You seem to seek something. The looks in your eyes tells me that much but i need to hear them in words to see if i can assist you kids in anyway i can."
Shaking off the feeling wondering how this lady could stay so young looking after a decade, Vederna spoked. "We are in need of capable people who will be willing to face the aLt clan. On that note, may i ask by any chance u fought by with our fathers?"

KellyMilkies looked up. Looking at the trees covering the vast sky. Only strands of light manage to seep through the vast canopy.

"I wasn't in the battle with your fathers directly for i coordinated the ambush team since i excel in the arts of stealth and assassination. So what you three are capable of?"

Jokingly Tanahon replied: "JacZie excel in her eye tricks!" JacZie snapped and glared at Tanahon. "See! i told u! Her eyes is a killer!" Tanahon laughed.

Verdana: "I am capable of weilding any arms as long as my hands are able to carry them. Tahahon is a wizard just like his father. Bender of all 7 elements. wind, earth, water, wood, lighting, metal and fire.. While JacZie, as what tanahon has mention, she does have eye ablilies which can read people thoughts and alter any memories or even kill the brain of the person she stares into."
Kelly looked at the trio before asking them: If Jaczie can alter memories how can we be sure that she is not actually from aLt and is actually altering your memories to fit her own plans?

The two boys turned to Jaczie and stared at her, could the Jaczie they have known this entire time have been nothing but a mind trick? She looked worried before saying very confidently: I did not want to tell you two this but now i must... I was the 2nd in command for your fathers’ army but i have been using a spell to prevent myself from aging so that i will be able to help you two in your quest...

The two boys were shaken at this revelation and were not sure what to say... But Kelly stepped in and questioned Jaczie: How do we know that you are not lying?
Jaczie smiled and said: Because i have a symbol on my back which only the 2nd in command of the army 10 years ago could have... It was nice to see you again after all this time Kelly(she said this smiling).

Suddenly Kelly saw the resemblance between Jaczie and her commander 10 years ago. She quickly fell to her knees and shouted: Im am so sorry for accusing you madam!!! Pls forgive me!!!!
JacZie smiled..

"Please rise Kelly.. There's no need for apologies. As a matter of fact, i am proud of you! You're now able to lead such a big army! When back then u had touble coordinating a team of four. I still do remember those days where u begged me for help in how to lead." JacZie laughed.

Kelly slowly got back on her feet but still eyes on the ground. Feeling ashamed of not realizing her own commander earlier and even pointed a sword at her and threaten to behead her.. she's glad she still have her own head attached given the fact that she have seen the commander lopping heads of enemy with just a glare with her eyes.

Kelly turns to her pervious commander and asked curiously: "Why did u change your well-known name to JacZie?"

"I shall answer you when there's a need to. For now, address me as JacZie." with that JacZie turn to see the boys still trying to digest the fact that a friend of their fathers is right beside them all along!

Tanahon stared at JacZie. "Well it's not because i dun trust you. but i am curious bout wad the sign of 2nd in command looks like. so may i see it?" Tanahon eyes glittered with stars in hope to see the bare skin of the beautiful young JacZie.

JacZie being able to read mind, turned and send a blast through her eyes which send Tanahon flying into a nearby bush..

"Like father like son.. You're just as perverted as your father Kowi. Learn that women ain't a plaything for your pleasure. Use your eyes for better uses or i shall blind you!" JacZie sternly warned the dazzled boy.

"Let's make haste! We got to share this great news to the rest of the people in our clans!" having this said, Kelly sprinted off. Being a pro in assassination, nimblefootwork does help Kelly to navigate through the dense forest enabling her to pick a pace where there won't be any other who can match her in a jungle warfare battle.
The trio struggled to catch up to Kelly for they were not used to the change in environment. But after travelling for the whole day in the dense jungle they saw smoke in the distance. Kelly said: we will camp here for tonight and will continue in the morning.

Verdana was relieved by this for he was completely exhausted but he still asked: We are so close to the village why are we stopping now? Im sure that if we continue for maybe and hour more we can make it there.

Kelly looked at Verdana and said without emotion: We may seem very close to the village now but in fact we still have a half day travel ahead of us. Plus the predators of the forest come out at night, i can protect myself but since you 3 are not used to the jungle it would be suicide to continue.

And with that Kelly started a fire and went out to hunt for food. The trio sighed in relieve as they sat down and started to rest. Tanahon was ashamed at his attempt to see Jaczie half naked and so went to apologize to her saying: Jaczie pls forgive me for my perverted thinking just now and i hope we can still be friends.

Jaczie smiled at him and said: All is forgiven. I know that because you 2 are only 16 that your hormones are still raging.

Tanahon breathed a sigh of relief and thanked jaczie. However Verdana was curious to how Jaczie was still so young and so asked her: Jaczie you were fighting beside my father 10 years ago. So how do you look 16? And how old are you actually?

Jaczie stared at Verdana and angrily said: Dont you know to never ask a woman her age!?!?! Verdana was surprised at her reaction and quickly apologized for fear of being mind blasted. Jaczie calmed down and said: Its ok, its just that you really should not ask these things... But i guess you have the right to know. I put a spell on myself and the leaders of the different divisions of your fathers army, including Kelly, so that we would be at the peak of our fitness, for i knew that there would be an evil to defeat in the world once more and that we would be needed. And you 2 will need to lead us just as your fathers did so that we may defeat aLt once and for all.
And with this Kelly returned with food and they ate together before sleeping for the long days to come...
As dawn broke, sound of rustling filled the jungle.. The party is on the move again towards their awaiting destination, the village of Conlasis. This legendary village is rumoured to house the most powerful warriors all around the world. It's even told that warriors from other dimensions are summoned.

As the party get closer towards the village, the jungle is less dense and the sunlight shower down like rays of gold.. In less than 5 kilmil away the party is greeted with a marble stronghold.. "Holy Mezza! The village is at least 2000 heares.." mumbled Tanahon.

"Nothing like home!" JacZie said with a smile.. "Kelly u sure took great care of things after so long!"

"Aye" replied the blushing Kelly.. She hardly get compliments from the 2nd in command.

Pointing ahead Kelly signal her companion to sound a horn and with that, a drawbridge was lowered across a moat..

"Time is mana! Let's go!" shouted Kelly as she lead the trio across.

"Is there any slimy creepy creatures living in there?" asked nervous Tanahon who has been staring into the murky dark moat ever since they start crossing the bridge.
Kelly stared at Tanahon and said: A long time ago we placed 2 baby swamp dragons inside. But we have not seen them since. Its still best that you do not fall in for im sure there are other creatures lurking within its depths...

And with that the group crossed the bridge and inside was a sight of which Tanahon and Verdana had not been expecting at all...
The village was not a rural place like how they had first thought it would be, but instead they saw a magnificent and bustling city. There were ppl of all kinds everywhere they looked. There were traders, bakers, soldiers, mages, children and many more. And they all seemed to be from many different lands. Some looked to be from Tanahon and Verdana's own country while there were others of whom they did not even know about.

Kelly looked at the two's disbelief and laughed a good laugh saying: Not what you expected huh? This my friends is the great city of Metalopolis!!! This city is one of a kind and many of the lands greatest warriors gather here for training. This is also one of the last free places of our world and we intend to keep it that way. However we do not have much time for sightseeing for there is much that needs to be done. You two must first be brought before the city's rulers.

Verdana looked questioningly at Kelly and said: But arnt you the ruler of this city? How can there be more than 1 of you?

Kelly smiled politely and said: This city was first founded by your fathers. The division leaders of the army 10 years ago, including me, were part of a council of which helped your fathers rule this city. Since your fathers have past away a long time ago we have kept this council to rule the city together so they if 1 of us makes a mistake we can correct him or her.

Verdana and Tanahon after hearing that their fathers had founded this city finally remembered long forgotten memories... They remembered the faces of their fathers as they told them of their plans for the future.

But because of the war they had to hide their children in a small part of the countryside so that they would not be a part of the war. Glade and Kowi had told Jaczie to take care of them from a distance as they matured and to help them when they had to save the world for they knew that they would not be around when the world needed them again and that their sons had to step up to carry on their legacy.

The two great leaders had also placed a spell on their children so that they would have had all the skills of their fathers and that Verdana and Tanahon would know who their fathers were and what they would have to do when the threat of nirvAnA's returns had come, but that the two of them would only know of this city once that they had discovered it so that the two may grow in friendship and strength during their quest to save the world.

"Why aren't they back yet?! ARGH! No one can resist power!" HD paced around his goat-skin tent. "I am kind enough to offer one of the few rarest potion in the world and they refused!" Puzzled by the decision made by the trio, HD's heart can't seem to settle..

"Father! Stop walking around! You are going to break your leg one day should you carry on walking in circles!"

A beautiful young girl walked in. Wearing a silky gown, the fair skin beauty walked towards HD.

"Ah Paw (PinkandWhite), my beautiful daughter! What brings u here? Did the boys come back yet?"

"Nay, i am here to tell you i am leaving." Paw looked away from her father's eyes. Knowing that he would be greatly disappointed.

"WHY!?! You have been crowned the most beautiful and powerful socceress and you are needed here in this village!"

"But father! The boys needs our help! You have taught me to help those in need and THEY NEED US!"

"My dear girl.. The future ahead is bleak! Please think deeper on this" HD put up a strong front while saying these words but his heart sank for he remember those days where he would travel round the world with his daughter paw, saving lives, banishing evils with their unmatched socery.

"Father.. My mind is made. I am here to inform you of my departure not for your permission nor advice." with that, the socceress cast a spell and vanished into thin air.

"Tsk tsk.. Still not perfect yet eh my dear daughter.. “smirked HD. The traces of left over magic from teh teleportation spell told the elder that she's already heading towards the city Metalopolis in Stronghold Conlasis..

"Well i shall give her a head start. Apth!! Where is my lunch u lazy apprentise!?" HD smiled to himself thinking how his daughter would react to see him.

A tall robed male entered the tent. His blonde long hair flows behind him like water in a stream. His blue eyes showed signs of deep knowlege.

"Master, here's your frogco with red mushal sause. Please enjoy your meal." Apth bow repectfully as he placed the silverwares on HD's table.

"So Apth, facing any problems with the meto fire spell? I heard u burned 30 heares of land!"

"Sorry master! I will try harder!" replied Apth with his eyes looking at the floor.

"I want u to be able to burn at least 1000 heares of land within the next 3 days! for i have a quest i need you to undertake!"

HD still stuffing himself with the delicious frogco legs..

"Aye aye my master! Thank you for not losing faith in me. I shall take my leave."

Apth quickly head out to the open land once again and start training..

"alonfa rasen, reise afs teh onie sumnlom yeou! buern ine yeour mieght ine teh lighet ine ma namje APTH!" shouted the tall handsome apprentice.

Molten lava rain down before him! Red lighting filled the red sky.. Thunder roared louder then any Roasgfasou, a monster capable of leveling mountains with just it's powerful roar.

"Sigh.. Only 900 heares now.. Thank god master didn't hear bout this! i was hoping to suprise him!"

Apth quickly cast another spell which cool the land down and summon the greens. The whole plains is restored once more leaving no sign of any damage down from the previous destructive spell..

Meanwhile, in metalopolis. Verdana and Tanahon's group had just reached the palace where their fathers had ruled from. The mere sight of the place took the two boys breathe away. The palace was larger than any building in the city, it was at least 30 stories tall and looked to be made of pure marble causing it to look even more magnificent. The palace itself was also surrounded by a 10 meter tall marble wall which seemed almost impenetrable.

Kelly smiled at the boys reaction and said: Impressive isn't it? I'm sure you two did not realize that the stronghold of marble that you saw in the distance was in fact only this building.

Tanahon although amazed by the sight of the place asked: This place is magnificent. But why does it have to be so big and why does it have it's own wall?

Before Kelly could answer Jaczie quickly said: This may seem too much for a palace but this place also had a second purpose which your fathers had designed it for, and that was to be impenetrable so that if we were to be attacked that everyone in the city may be evacuated inside to be protected and it would also be able to store enough food for 10 years, the city's army is also garrisoned here as well. You two think that it is made of marble correct?

The two boys nodded.

Jaczie continued: Well you two are wrong. Kowi had casted a spell so great so that the palace would be immune to every spell there is. Although this caused Kowi to Be unconscious for a week from the sheer power needed for it, it forever ensured that if we were attacked we would not need to worry about a spell killing us all before the fighting even started, this spell just happened to have the side effect of making the palace look like it is made from pure marble.

Tanahon looked at the palace again and could not imagine the power that his father had to cast such a powerful spell. Most mages would have died from the sheer effort of trying to cast the spell and still would not have succeeded! Tanahon realizing the power that his father had left him, clenched his fist hard promising himself that he would do his father proud in the days to come.

Kelly shouted from afar at Tanahon: Hurry up or we might just leave you behide!

Tanahon realising that everyone had already walked ahead of him, ran to catch up knowing that no more time could be lost on sightseeing.
Verdana and Tanahon's group arrived at the council's room. The room was not very large and was mostly empty, there was only a long wooden table which had 3 seats on either side of it and two at it's head. Besides the table there was only a large bookshelf which was overflowing with books and maps.

However, none of this interested Verdana and Tanahon in the slightest bit. The only thing the two boys could look at were the 4 young men, seeming to be in their early 20s, who were siting at either side of the table. There were documents scattered all across the table which they were all inspecting carefully, but when they saw Verdana and Tanahon they all lost interest in the documents and looked towards the two boys, scrutinizing the two of them, and although they all seemed to be in their early 20s their eyes showed great wisdom and strength.

Kelly sat down immediately and looked towards Jaczie, expecting her to say the first words.

"It's good to see you all again after so long. And it's seems like everything has been taken care of while I was gone." said Jaczie in an upbeat tone.

The 4 men looked confused at this young girl, she talked to them as though she was their best friend. But before any of them could say anything Kelly stood up and said: Gentlemen I have returned from our borders and i have found with these two boys our long lost 2nd in command...
The 4 men were not prepared for this news and began to whisper hurriedly to one another. But they all quickly regained their composition and one of them, who was dressed in a long flowing robe which was a tell tale sign of a magician, said: I am Benji, leader of the mage corps of this city, and i must ask as to how we know for sure that this girl is our long lost 2nd in command?

Immediately after hearing this and without hesitation, Jaczie pulled her clothes back just enough so that you could see the 2nd in command mark and said confidently: Does this answer your question Benji?

The mark on Jaczie's back was a large black tattoo which covered her upper back. It was the symbol of the city, a dragon in the middle of 2 crossed swords, with the seal of Glade and Kowi imprinted beside it.

Tanahon however, did not notice this and could only stare at Jaczie's bare skin. When he realised that he was staring, Tanahon immediately turned red with embarrassment and looked away. However, only Verdana had seen this and he thought to himself that he would ask Tanahon about his reaction later.

Upon seeing the symbol, Benji went on his knees and said: Pls forgive me Madam! I just wanted to make sure that what Kelly had said was the truth!

Jaczie pulled her clothes back into their original position, went up to Benji and said: It is alright my friend. It is always better to be safe than sorry, and from now on you will all address me as Jaczie.

Benji quickly returned to his seat as Jaczie continued: But there are more important matters than my return. These 2 boys are the sons of Glade and Kowi and they are what we need with the threat of nirvAnA's return looming upon us.
"Kelly, there is a lady who wish to meet the boys. She's in the grand Magestic hall right now. Could u lead them there while I fill our 2nd in command what she has been missing out after all these years" Benji said these with a sense of urgency but Kelly had no idea why. Either way, Kelly led the boys to the hall where they are supposed to be..

The massive marble door open by itself as Kelly approach it.. As it open, a beautiful lady in white smiled back to the trio at the door.

"Gosh! U boys are so handsome!" Paw clapped in glee..

"Oh dear! Paw.. Let's not start the ‘who is more handsome then who’ story again!" Kelly shocked her head while recalling the mindless chatter by Paw over Benji and her father's apprentice Apth..

"Nyaa!! I won't! Don't worry Kelly! By the way, I am Paw daughter of the great wizard HD which you boys met 3weeks ago!"

The boys is so puzzled by how could she travel a 3 weeks journey in a blink of an eye and how does she know that they would be in this legendary village where only the chosen ones will know bout it...
But before the two boys could ask anything, Paw said: Anyway, we should not waste anymore time. I am here because i know that you two will need help in your fight against Nirvana. And I am a very skilled caster, maybe even better than Benji(she said this proudly)

The minute that Paw had said this, the marble door which Tanahon and Verdana had entered by was blasted open, which made it almost come off its hinges, and through the smoke Benji walked to Paw and angrily said: You think that you are better than me!?! I have been the head of the magicians here for over a decade! Come let us fight on the training grounds to see who is the better magician!

Paw calmly looked at Benji and said: So you were using the heightened hearing spell and eavesdropping on us... But it makes no difference, I accept your challenge! Let us duel now.

And with that Paw and Benji walked quickly to the training grounds, not bothering about anyone else. Kelly looked at the boys and sighed saying: There goes his temper... He really should control it one day, but we should go watch their duel and make sure they dont go too far.

Kelly then turned around to the 3 other men who were in the room with Jaczie and asked: Are you guys coming or what?

The 3 men only shook their heads slightly and went back to briefing Jaczie. Kelly then turned to the boys and signaled that they should follow her as they made their way to Paw and Benji's duel.
As the boys and Kelly reached the training grounds they saw Benji and Paw standing 10 meters away from each other. There were about 100 ppl, who seemed to have been training until Benji and Paw arrived, watching the 2 magicians. Paw and Benji stared at each other, waiting for one another to show weakness before they attacked... But after 10 minutes of nothing Benji threw his hand at Paw and sent a plasma bolt at her!

Paw quickly dodged the bolt and said mockingly: Is that all the great magician, Benji, has? If so i will win with ease.

This infuriated Benji as he began chanting in a long forgotten language. Paw did not know what Benji was doing but thought that he was vulnerable and shot a lightning bolt at him. Benji payed no attention to Paw's attack as he merely threw a barrier around him.

The lightning bolt ricocheted off the barrier and flew right back at Paw. Paw, caught off guard by this had not time to dodge and took the full blast directly. The lightning bolt exploded when it contacted Paw and she was sent flying backwards into a wall.

Paw however, merely got up and walked back to her original position. Verdana, not knowing anything about magic, asked Tanahon: What just happened?!? Shouldnt she be down?

Tanahon, without taking his eyes off the duel replied: Although she did not have time to dodge she managed to throw up a barrier just in time before the lightning hit her.

Suddenly Benji stopped chanting smiled smugly and said: The preparations have been completed, now is my turn to attack.

HD opens a cupboard filled with various colored potion.

“Hmmm, what should I bring with me this time round? Mana potions looks good and so does the regeneration potion. Ooo the invisible potion will do me well too” mumbled the old elder while fumbling.

“Apth!! Have you seen my bloodlust potion? I am thinking of bringing that along!” Bellowed HD who is starting to be impatient.

“Master.. it’s right… beside..*pant* your left *pant* hand..” Apth ran into the tent in fear of scolded by his master.

“Right? Left? Are you making a fool of me Apth?!” HD eyed the panting apprentice.

Apth quickly ran towards the cupboard and pick the deep red potion and placed it in his master’s hands.

“Here it.. *pant* is master…” Apth dip his head down still trying to catch his breath from the run to the tent.

“You may leave now… and dun forget to practice that spell I told you! We will leave tomorrow! I believe Paw has reach her destination.. we should make haste and so do you with that spell!”

“Aye my dear master!” with that Apth exit the tent leaving HD staring at the bloodlust potion.

“Bloodlust.. Hoo hooo… How long has it been when I last use this..” HD smiled while recalling the number of people who died under his hands while being in the influence of that potion.
Benji pointed a finger at Paw and mysteriously Paw started to float.. The barrier spell began to fade.. Paw panicked.. She had no idea what spell did Benji cast..

Paw quickly tries to summon a spell but nothing seems to work..

"Haha.. Where is your big words now bout defeating me? I am Benji the wizard from Alranra as u know but you have no idea wad's my nickname.. " smirked Benji while his cloak flares towards the sky even though there's no wind.

"Well since you're going to die to this spell, i will let you know.. They use to call me Point Kill.. Which i guess you should know why.."

"HAHAHA! This spell you cast is called "Siphon".. Draining the life force of your opponent and mana if a mage.. That's why i can't cast any spell"

Paw stared Benji.. Her blue iris fades to white.. Her hair raises like fire.. And she start to chant..

"Beliaever ofe Thodra caells toe ydou! Gvive lifee toe thse needfed asnd regplenish whaet hfe lackk! Dsispel whaet isf casst asnd retgurn itf backk!!

A huge invisible force slammed Benji throw him towards a nearby wall breaking it down as if it was made of sand..

Benji wasn't able to throw up a barrier in time and took the spell head on.. Suddenly Benji is being lifted in the air like Paw was before..

"How does it feel to have a taste of your own medicine?" Paw is back on her feet and had a finger pointed at Benji..

"Well.. Let me tell you something... it's seems to me that you know me as Paw, daughter of the great wizard HD.. But... What about my nickname?" Paw smiled evilly at Benji who is struggling just to keep alive..

"I am also known as Mirror Paw... "
Benji feels his life force draining.. Though he know the counter-spell for his against his own spell, he did not wish to use it in fear of people knowing and in future, this Siphon spell would be rendered useless.. But his life is at stake! Benji is caught in between..

Paw still grinning away.. Watching Benji slowly turning pale.. She's waiting for Benji to give up giving her the win and of cos.. Acknowledge her being a better mage den he is..

"DESPFELL!"

Benji was break free from the effect of his own spell while Paw looking for the culprit who interfered.

"That's enough! The world is at stake here and you two trying to kill each other?!" Jaczie shouted..

"And Paw.. Don’t bother being a mirror against me.. All my skills is mind manipulation.. Nothing in regards to spell no mana.. Your personal best skill is being an anti mage and nothing more.. a full fledge warrior with a sword in hand would beat you fair and square.. know your place!"

"Aye madam.." Paw does know her place but she doesn't liked to be looked down at all..

Both the boys kept silent.. The battle was beyond their comprehension and for sure.. They have much to learn..

"Now since this is settled, let's go back to the meeting room! i have some schedule to discuss with you people.. Kelly! Clean this mess up!" Jaczie stomped off.. Obviously furious by the action of the young ones but in her heart, she knows it might be a good training for all who was involved..

Kelly was pretty annoyed when Jaczie made her clean the mess..

"argh.. those who cause the damage should do the clean up! fine.. next time I shall clean this mess up and kill everyone... muhahah.." Kelly mumbled sarcastically..

Back in the meeting room, Benji is being attended by a few clerics.. Though being in such bad shape, Jaczie won't excuse him from the meeting meant great importance in the discussion coming up..

"First things first.. I am going to schedule a training program for all of you.. Pair you up against your weakness.. An example would be Paw and Verdana.. Being an anti mage, a swordsman would be a good match up for you.. " Jaczie's voice were crystal clear even though she said these without even facing the people in the room.

"All training will be held in the Time Flow Chamber. For those who never heard of it, it's a chamber that slows time. An hour in the chamber equates to a min outside of it... and that should give u ample time to polish up your skills and weakness before the big battle begins!"

Everyone nodded. Deep in their hearts they know that training gonna be tough but it's much better then going in to the battle unprepared.

"Alright with that, everyone head to the board right in front and see who you're paired up with and training will start immediately.. And yes.. NO REST for you Paw.." Jaczie sensed a vibe from Paw's mental conscience knowing she's not very happy bout not getting a break..

"Guards! go check on Kelly and make sure she's ready to supervise these people!" with that, Jaczie left the room leaving the people rushing to the front trying to see who were they paired up against..

"Man i wish i can be with Paw!" grumbled Tanahon..

"Better luck next time bro! I am paired up with her this time.. Maybe i can start dating her before you know it!" Verdana teases Tanahon knowingly that he is dead envy of the match up Verdana got..

"Hey Verdana! Don't go easy on me just because i didn't get a break! I will burn you so bad if you let your guard down.. haha.. i might even burn you before u start yelling fire!" Paw left Verdana puzzled at her words and skipped towards the designated training room..

"HAHA! You are gonna get your ass kick this time bro! Glad that she's not my match up!" Tanahon slapped Verdana at the back.. "Good luck have fun! HAHAHA" Tanahon quickly exited the room with a well build male welding a pole..

"Woe is me....." sighed Verdana who is slowly walking behind his pal...
As Verdana approach the Time Flow Chamber, he is trying to plan various strategies against his opponent Paw..

"Maybe she might be out of mana right now... i better do a speed attack with 2 daggers.. or should i go sword and anti spell sheild? but wad if she use siphon on me? or she might go easy on me? nah i shouldn't count on considering she really wanna bring the hurt on to Benji.. sigh..." Verdana couldn't come up with the perfect plan..

"Dun worry Verdana! Haha.. Your thoughts is so loud i can hear it corridors away!" Jaczie suddenly appeared right beside Verdana.. may be he was concentrating so much that he didn't realize Jaczie walked up to him...

"But i dunno what can i do against Paw!" whined Verdana.

"The more you should go head on and learn! Find her weakness! Vatch her mistakes! Find a good opening! (ahem.. timing push people! stim pack for the FTW)" adviced Jaczie.

"Oke Jac.. I ma try my best.. Should i die..."

*slap*

"IF YOU DIE NOW HOW CAN YOU BE PREPARED AT ALL FOR THE BATTLE! where is your courage your confidence?!" Jaczie shouted at Verdana who has a palm over his red cheek..

"i am sorry Jac.. i think i lost myself when i was watching the battle between Benji and Paw.. it tells me i am still a novice.. i am...."

"the son of Glade, one the most powerful leader i know!" interrupted Jaczie " and remember that well! dun tarnish the name your father build and go get some training!"

Upon hearing his father's name and the thought of the glory his father had left, Verdana regained the confidence once again..

"RIGHT! If my father can do it so can i! Time to kick Paw's ass!" Verdana walked into the chamber..

"Man.. That took him quite a while.. Haha.. " Jaczie follows him behind...

While our heros have begun their training, in a faraway land the 6 evils of aLt had gathered together for an urgent meeting... They were all wearing a cloak which made them all seem indistinguishable from one another to an ordinary bystander, however the 6 of them knew who was who as they had familiarized themselves with the subtle differences which distinguished each other

There was silence for a while, as each of their attendants left the 6 to their business. Immediately after the last attendant has left one of the evils spoke up: Well gentlemen... I, Oxygen, have called this urgent meeting because our spys have found the sons of Glade and Kowi, Verdana and Tanahon.

There was a great uproar at this news as an evil asked hurriedly: Are you sure about this Oxy?

" I am certain Sheepy... This information was brought to me by our best spy. And so i have called you all here to ask you all... What will we do now that our arch-enemies sons have been discovered?"

One of the evils stood up and said firmly: We should strike them now while they are weak!

Oxygen calmly replied: Guc... While i would want nothing more than to kill these boys now we cannot...

Another evil stood up and said questioningly: Why not Oxy? Have you become a coward?

"I am not a coward aaron! We cannot attack for these boys have found their way to metalopolis and even if we launch a full scale attack we will not win for our forces are weakened from the continued fighting." replied Oxygen

" Well then let us get an assassin to kill the boys!" said one of the figures

"An excellent idea Jimdiddy! I second that idea. How about the rest of you?" replied Oxy

There was complete agreement as everyone who had already spoken grunted their agreement while the last of them, AKA YoonYJ, simply nodded his head. Oxygen smiled underneath his cloak as his said: Well then. I will send our best assassin from the 'crazys'.

Oxygen then called out in behind himself: Have you heard everything?

From the shadows a well build and tall male, dressed in light leather armor, appeared and said: Yes master, I know what needs to be done.

And with that Oxygen nodded his satisfaction as the 6 evils left to attend to other matters. Once the evils had left the assassin smiled to himself and said to no one in particular: Well well well... You better watch yourselves, Verdana and Tanahon. For Tourniquet is coming for you...

Back at Metalopolis, Tanahon and Verdana sat at the canteen wolfing down a well deserved meal after training for 3 hours.

Tanahon with a full mouth said hurriedly: Zo Vernana. Hoz wes traning wit Paw?

Verdana raised his hand to block his face from all the food that Tanahon was spitting at him and said: Tanahon! Pls swallow your food first! I cant understand what you said at all and your spitting food at me!

Tanahon mumbled an apology and replied: Sry bro. Anyway as i was saying, how was training with Paw?

Verdana said: Not bad. We both got a couple of shots at each other. Although her fireball spell nearly burned my hair off! How was your training anyway?

Tanahon laughed then sighed saying: Terrible... The guy im paired up with is one of the best pole wielders around. And he has trained with most of the spell casters here before and so he knows what are signs of me casting a spell, what spell it is and how to counter it!

Verdana laughed heartily at his brother's situation while Tanahon continued: Its not funny... Ive been hit so many times i think that in a couple of hours im gonna be completely blue-blacked!

Verdana laughed till he starting tearing before finally saying: Sry bro. Im just glad that I did not get that guy. Who is he anyway?

Tanahon although raging at Verdana on the inside replied calmly: I dont know. He would not talk to me. He just attacked whenever he wanted to and i had to defend.

Verdana was about to probe Tanahon for more questions about the man wielding the pole when Jaczie came to their table, smiled and said: From the blue-blacks appearing on Tanahon and Verdana's singed hair it appears that the two of you have trained hard.

Verdana and Tanahon stared at Jaczie for for their horrible practice partners. Jaczie saw the looks on their faces and quickly said: Dont look at me like that. You know that these ppl are the best training partners for you guys right now.

Jaczie turned to Tanahon and continued: Afterall the pole will give your enemy a long range and will hinder your spells and this will teach you how to deal with a pole wielder

She then turned to Verdana and said: While you have not had any REAL fight with a spell caster and this will teach you how to counter one.

Verdana and Tanahon fell silent at Jaczie's words and realised that this is what they NEEDED to do in order to survive the fight against aLt. Jaczie, happy that she had settled Verdana and Tanahon's irritation towards her then said: Anyway you guys wont be going against them again for a while. You will soon be given your own teachers to coach you both in your melee combat, for Verdana, and your magic, for Tanahon.

The two boys immediately lit up while Jaczie continued: But after your training you both should get some rest. But first i think its time for you two to formally be introduced to the other 'rulers' of Metalopolis besides Kelly and I.

After a short walk, the trio walked into a grand hall with elaborate decorations and paintings. Tanahon and Verdana marveled at the sight and froze where they stood in sheer awe of the hall. Jaczie saw the two boys faces and laughed heartily.

"Not like the small room you last saw the 'rulers' in huh? The council decided to formally meet you boys in a better environment" said Jaczie smiling.

"Its amazing... But why is it that we met the council it was in the other room?" replied Verdana.

"Well... This grand hall is mostly only used for formalities and celebration. While the other room is where all the real major decisions are made, such as those about the upcoming war... Now let us continue, best not to keep the council waiting"

"But shouldn't Paw be here too?" asked Tanahon

"Well... The truth is after the match between Benji and her i thought it best that she rested... Afterall, she already as met the council." replied Jaczie, not taking her eyes off the path in front of her.

As the boys looked away from Jaczie, and looked forward they realised that amongst all the breath-taking decorations they had missed out what stood before them. About 20 steps into the hall began two long rows of knights, fully armored and armed with a spear and shield in each hand, they stood on either side of a long red carpet that led to six small thrones with two large and grand thrones which were raised above the six.

Soon the sight-seeing came to an end as the trio reached the end of the carpet and on the five of the small thrones sat the council(not including Jaczie). While the two boys stopped at the end of the carpet, Jaczie continued on and sat on the final throne, in the middle of the council.
