Phoenix eSports BiWeekly Update #2

Welcome all to the second installment of the best thing you will ever read! This is the second update for the ongoings of Phoenix eSports, the overview of its purpose and what this is can be reviewed in the first update here. But for the lazy-man this is essentially just a way for me to promote Phoenix eSports whilst giving the community an update on our players and our organisation

Roster Changes

A few changes in the roster have occured, Matthew (Insano) gets a mention here because I forgot him in the last update (sorry) and Rel, a new terran joins us on a probational basis. He is currently busy with study but hopefully will make a splash into the competitive scene when all is done. Also Insano is the newest member to be joining the managing crew of pX, thanks for all your efforts towards the organisation buddy

Recent Participation and Results

Clanwars

No clanwars have been played in the last two weeks due to issues of scheduling, I believe there will be a clanwar with Team RV in the near future so keep an eye out for that!

Weeklies + Other Tournaments

When we look out pX's participation in tournaments these past two weeks in terms of quantity, the final 2 weeks of April proved much more successful due to a lack of offline tournaments this month. But, when we look at it through quality, we find that success is abundant in the form of Super Wally, pX's self-proclaimed ace .

wT Weekly #53
Wally loses to DanO 2-0 in the semis, taking 3rd/4th

pX Weekly #13
Wally takes first place, beating DanO 2-0
Also coolbeans made another appearance in the top 8 of a tournament, 3 from 3 I believe :P

wT Major #4
In this event we had Coolbeans , tayHWAITING and Wally make it to the RO32. Whilst this in itself may not seem overly impressive, keep in mind wT Majors are always uber stacked :P
