If theres any major problems with how he handles any situations, I'd gladly take over. Until something like that happens, investing as much time into playing instead of managing is a priority of mine.

We'll be doing the best of our efforts to plan something of the sort, it depends who is available/able to and what kind of support we can get to help pay for the travel costs etc.
