Hi guys, very sorry about the lack of updates recently, I haven't actually had a stable internet connection over the past month or so, but I'm back now, and looking to shake things up a bit!

A wild Flamga appears!:
To kick things off, Winter Nights would like to formally welcome up and coming SEA caster Flamga to the clan! Flamga is going to be taking on player management duties as well as helping out with coaching our newer members. Be sure to check out his stream at http://www.twitch.tv/flamga!

Winter Nights Weekly Tournaments:
A few months ago, Petraeus came up with the idea of holding an open tournament, mainly with the intention of using it as an avenue for clan members to practice with some of our friends. I thought this sounded mighty fine, and the Winter Nights Weekly was born. Things kinda blew up, and we now see some of SEA's top members joining up each Monday night for a shot at the $20AUD prize. Players of any league are welcome to join in at 8pm AEDT each Monday!

Expanding all over the map:
As time passes, people move on. Over the past few months, Winter Nights has lost members to school work, other clans or just a plain lack of interest in playing Starcraft. We've decided that now is the time to really bolster our ranks, and recruitment is now open again!

If you're a diamond or above level player that is interested in joining a social clan and has a drive to improve, we'd love to have you on board! Members of our clan are expected to be active. We're not looking for players who jump on every now and then. We're looking for dedicated individuals who wish to be part of a communty and are willing to participate in clan activities such as custom games and clan wars.

To express your interest in joining, send a PM to myself on this site with your bnet ID, some things that you hope to achieve in our clan and anything that you think you can bring to make Winter Nights a better place. While you wait for a reply, be sure to join the channel Winter Nights on the SEA server and hang out with our members and play a few games.

Game (that isn't Starcraft) Night:
The Saturday after next, (17/3) we're looking to kick off the first of hopefully many nights where members can kick back on our Teamspeak server and get to know each other in a game outside of SC2. Right now, we're leaning towards Quake Live (it's free and boatloads of fun) but are still open to suggestions. Things will kick off at 5pm AEDT and carry on late into the night.

I'd also like to extend the opportunity to members to let me know about what else they want to see from Winter Nights. This is your clan guys, your feedback is always welcome ^^

It's basically a blend of RTS and FPS. Each team has a commander that does the RTS side (reserching, building stuff, casting buffs, guiding rest of the team, etc), rest of the team member control their own character like in FPS.

Very decent for a free game i'd say
