we have to wait until theres at least 18.

NWGL one per night? Really won't make a difference. can open the option up to the NWGL. but the game does not look like it will start. even if we get 18, people who have signed up earlier would've forgotten they signed up and be MIA anyway

You could always send out a mass PM just to remind them. Half the people on the list are active on the site daily, see them on chatbox, etc
