I was into bodybuild before and the diet that we had to take was pretty boring which made it very hard to stay on.
Pretty much for a healthy diet you need:
1. Minimum 8 cups of water a day. Minimum 4L if your are working out
2. Drink a cup of green tea a day. (The best thing you could inject into your body)
3. eat more often but smaller meals so 6-8 times a day
4. Eating good fat is pretty import like omega3 so eat tuna!
