On this great weekend of SEA/ANZ Blizzard invitationnal, we had a small LAN for BSG players in Singapore.
As we had a great fun, and we finished just in time to watch France vs Canada at the bar, i decided to write a quick report of the LAN.
I love how you're taking the initiative to organise the tournament Alex!
Disagree with the sign up method tho, as another sign up method you should just allow them to register for it by posting in this thread as well. This way it gets continuously bumped and doesn't get buried in the forums so fast and its also easier for people to join. Most of the pple in SG already post here so the community is already developed, would love to see them grow here then to be split up
Thanks for the feedback!
No intend to split the community, i am just trying to find a way to develop LAN opportunities in Singapore . For the sign up method, we will discuss about it with StarcraftSG after one week, depending on how many people already registered. Maybe for this first LAN we could allow registration from sc2sea.com. I need to think about it.

Frogmite aka Alex is still on holidays, so I help him to bump this a bit.
The reg is still on, come join now! It's free, it for the community and something for everyone to enjoy a SC2 lan event with a token prizes and honour to win. Credits goes to Alex to take this initiative to bring this to the community, so let's give him your support in this event.
This event opens to all SC2 gamers as long as you meet the BSG requirement that Alex have stated in the event rules. Sorry that the reg might seems troublesome, but it helps in processes for participation verification in this lan event.
We had a few registrations already, we are far from the 32 players but it is still encouraging!
I updated the OP to clarify a bit about registration. You can also register by posting in this thread your gamer tag and your character code (ex: TCPfrogmite.365). The registration on www.dotasg.com is for helping us with administration of the event, so it's good if you also register there before the tournament!
Aww too bad man . This tourney will be the first one of a (hope) long serie, maybe you will come to the next one. We will maybe set a stream for all the BSG lovers worldwide.

Set the stream! I'm interested to co-cast with you
Hey buddy that's great thanks for help, but actually i will be trying to organize it a bit so i am affraid i won't be able to cast anything unfortunately . There are still plenty of slots free for the LAN. So if you live in Singapore, you play in bronze to gold league, then don't hesitate. Registrate on dotaSG site (link in OP) or just give me your gamertag and character and come to show your face to some crispy LAN action!
I've got fun playing in this tournament. Congrats to Spade whom won this tournament ! =)
Thanks man
I would like to thank Alex a.k.a. Frogmite for organising this event and the sponsors for making this event possible! I had a wonderful experience at the event and would like to see more LAN tournaments in Singapore!
I would also like to thank iCHORAyden for introducing me to Starcraft 2, iRLFaytz for making me interested in playing 1v1's and team impeRiaL for their help in improving my play. xD
Cheers,
Spade.313

Thanks everyone for coming to the LAN. I hope you all had great time there. Congratulations to Spade for winning the LAN, he really played well all along the LAN and almost lost to Kaustos in semi-finals. Big-up as well for WubbyBubby who was the only girl of the event and who was at one stim away from the podium.
I will send a post for the next LAN in the coming weeks.
I updated the OP for posting the results.
