The Intel Extreme Masters Guangzhou event is fast approaching, and we’d like to share the details on how to qualify for the South East Asia Region.

2 Player from South East Asia is eligible to attend the IEM Guangzhou event in China. Here is how we will determine who this player will be:

- 2 Qualification slots at GO4SC2 Cup #29 - on Sunday 4th September 2011 - Finished
- 2 Qualification slots at Go4SC2 IEM GZ SC2 Qualifier #2 - on Wednesday 7th September 2011 - Finished
- 2 Qualification slots at Go4SC2 IEM GZ SC2 Qualifier #3 - on Friday 9th September 2011 - Finished
- 2 Qualification slots at Go4SC2 Cup #31 - on Sunday 11th September 2011 - Finished
2 IEM slot at SEA Final (Championship Brackets) - Wednesday the 14th September 2011
This means you have 4 chances to qualify for the championship brackets. The top 2 of each qualifier cup will qualify for the final, and then the winner and runner up of the final will go on to Guangzhou. The Faster you can qualify, the better your seed will be.

The Qualifier Finals will be on the Wednesday following the last qualifier, which is this Sunday.

So that means the final will be on Wednesday the 14th September.

Replays should be available for all the matches played in the cups Disadvantage, through the ESL site, and their respective cup pages. Replays for the cup tonight can be found here. After the cup has been, of course.
