There are several broken accounts listed at the moment. Some of which are due to them using a profile picture that the Blizzard web site doesn't understand. You see it when you click on the link and see that the profile frame has no image in it. Hopefully Blizzard will fix it soon but until then the affected accounts will have to change the profile picture or have no data read until fixed.
