Well it is up to the Leaders of Fray and ROOT to agree with this.

It will be good to versus other academy and to put whatever they learned into practice (makes good practice as well, other than practicing inhouse).

Plus it's always good to have a friendly war between the 2 academy! To see which academy is better....haha
