Here is the latest HotS patch! With some surprise changes to the stalker, addition changes to the Infestor and terran's new medivac upgrade this patch will sure make some changes to gameplay in the beta. Have fun!
Protoss Stalker
Blink
Research time increased from 140 to 170 seconds.
Terran Medivac
The Caduceus Reactor upgrade now requires a Fusion Core before research can begin.
Widow Mine
Sentinel Missiles
Primary target damage reduced from 160 to 125.
Zerg Infestor
Fungal Growth
Range increased from 8 to 10.
Missile speed increased from 10 to 15.

I think the blink change might be too long; it makes blink the second longest build time in the game behind mothership (afaik).
The Caduceus reactor change is blizzard shooting itself in the foot I think. Why would you be making medivacs with access to battlecruisers? At that point you'd have transitioned from bio.
I fear they are going to end up with fungal like EMP. Sure its a missile but you can't actually dodge it. 15 Move speed is quite fast but we'll see.
Widow Mine change does nothing to address the ridiculous balance issues with complete harass defense. It still 1 shots mutalisks and 2 shots medivacs and warp prisms.
I dont even do Blink all in's so i dont even need a quick blink. but god that seems like a really long time.
And I dont think there is much arguing that stim is ALOT better then blink so having the same build time seems : /
That being said I guess its one of those thigns that has to happen to stop that mothership 4 gate blink all in.
I don't think both of those infestor changes should be kept tbh, I think things will just return to the old ways. A range increase is something I felt should have been introduced given the spell is a projective now. Increasing the speed of it keeps zvz the same, and part of me was looking forward to try out more muta zvz....................
A lot of the changes look like they want you to try other units, not simply to nerf units that are currently too good. With the cheaper dt shrine and longer blink, they're saying try chargelot archon, with medivacs theyre saying get bcs too, and with fungal theyre still just trying shit to see how it looks and feels and will probably change it again
still ignoring hydras and drop tech. I know they said they wanted zerg to have a midgame. i distinctly remember it. And they keep focusing on fugnal. Well fungal was nigh on useless before (compared to its counters - feedback and emp). I supppose it aint no more...
I understand why they extended the blink time cos of the mana core and how good blank allins are now.
The widow mine change does not really address the fact that it is a pretty much perfect defending unit, but I guess bliz is just trying some stuff.
The infestor change however is probably pretty bad cos that range is pretty ridiculous, they will literally out range collosis. Also the projectile speed increase will make it exactly like emp = undodgeable
But I mean I am glad that bliz is making changes to try and address the current issues in hots, they just need some time to get it right i guess
