I got to 3:05 (and 3:15) and noticed something else suspicious. He has auto-build for probes. Doesn't even select the Nexus and all of a sudden there is a probe added to queue. Not sure if it is related to the "Screen locking" associated with map-hacking but it is just more proof that he is flat out hacking.

Confirmed (watching rest of replay atm, up to 10 probes auto built, will provide time stamps shortly. Definitely not related to screen-locking)

Not to beat a dead horse but i also played against this guy.
I 6 pooled at which point he was going to FFE, but looked at the fog of war without scouting to where my base was, noticed that i was 6 pooling with his hacks and canceled the pylon.
Then he walled off at the top of his ramp without any premonition of a rush from me.
In the game he claimed that he saw the drone and whence forth knew that i was rushing.
Later he DT rushed off of one base and put himself into an position in which one is unable to lose. However because he is bad still managed too.

Once again i don't mean to beat a dead horse but only provide more evidence against him. Happy hunting!

10:57 and 11:42 I'd agree are a bit suspicious. 13:29 isn't too bad; he's just getting ready for drops, he could just have gotten lucky there. There's a point around 19 minutes where you send out a drop and he immediately starts cannons and moves some units back which is suspicious. Also, he made no observers the entire game, never held either watch tower. However, he did lose his stalker at the start to marines at the top of the ramp.

Overall I'd say it's suspicious, but cannot confirm as a hacker.

Hi, here's my replay against onsDotaKing, and yea I think he maphacks.

Condemned Ridge:
7:49 - he did not even scout where my base is and yet he just send his warp prism towards my base. He also warp in zealots outside my base, before flying in.
11:49 - he look at my base without vision, as if he's waiting for a right time to bring back in the zealots.

Daybreak Le:
7:21 - He spotted my nydus before it pops up.
8:10 - I was going to move my overseer, when he absolutely had no vision of it, but yet, he clicked right next to my overseer as if he knew my overseer is gonna to move out of the "cliff".

The condemned ridge game shows the hacking more evidently.

I'm just going out on a limb here, but I do not think their the same person. Relic explicity dt rushes and 4gates, I've never seen him proxy 2gate, which seems to have been whiteluxurys MO.

I've also spoken to ReliC in-game and he's kind of playful, didn't strike me as an idiot like whiteluxury.
Just my 2 cents on that, but I seriously don't think their the same person.
