What is the best way or most ''effectives'' to survive longer after the 4 gates killed all units, few SCV and few depot ? Is there something to do or nothing at all ?
To be completely honest, the best thing is to spot the 4 gate and deal with it properly. Drop a couple of bunkers, get repairs going and don't lose units stupidly.
It's all about scouting and spotting the non-expo + extra gates.
Also try to snake the probe that's dropping forward pylons.

Yeah few time, I can do that, without to munch deaths.
But sometime, they wait 3-4 min before pushing. I make bunker, I switch to tank(sieged), marine, maurauder, but they still cna pushed into my base. Theres something I do wrong.
If you are 1 basing into expand then you can stay safe of the high ground with some bunkers. Tanks with siege should keep you good here.
If you are doing a 1 rax FE your going to need at least 3 bunkers to hold of a 4 gate. When they do that delayed push you mention where they have lots of units, usually with quite number of FF to stop you from repairing you might want to try and get SCVs infront and Behind the bunkers on hold position helps to stop the zealots and still able to repair.
These are just some of the ideas on how you can hold of some variations of the 4 gate.
Some of the higher ladder gods will give you a bit more information ..

It helps alot =) I'll work on FE + 3 Bunker + massive scouting. If the P doesnt expands, i'll plan my attack to at least counter his expands.
If you scout around 4:30 minutes, and only see one gas, he's most likely going for a 4gate or his just bad. Just bunker up. How I do it is with the initial scouting SCV I hide it at his natural and around 4:30 I send it in to check the gases
yeah also i think u can check his chrono boost to tell if he has 50 and he chrono on stalker and warpgate then it shouldnt be a 4 gate but if he has 75 then u gotta be careful and make a 2nd bunker just incase

4gate should be quite easy to spot. Send your barracks SCV to scout. If you see that he's saving energy on his nexus, it's likely he will 4gate. If you see him chronoboosting his cybercore, that's a dead give-away for a 4gate.
If you're doing the standard 1 Rax FE and you spot a 4gate, you should throw up 2 bunkers. If you have been continuously pumping with your 3 barracks, you should be able to hold your front until stim/medivacs arrive, at which point you will steamroll the protoss, since 4gate is an all-in timing.
4gate is one of my favorite builds to fight against, since early game protoss aggression is quite easy to deal with compared to a late game deathball.
