RULES AND REGULATIONS:
General:

1. The latest official Patch version will be used throughout the Event.
2. Default speed will be ‘Faster’
3. Tournament will be held on the Battle.net SEA Server
4. One account can only be used by one player
5. Every player must set themselves as busy.
6. Players may not use 3rd party Add-ons.
7. Players are not allowed to use bugs or commit any misconduct.
8. It is the player's responsibility to check the map pool.
9. If a player protests an incorrect map after playing a game on it, the game will not be replayed.
10. Delaying of games are not allowed. Play according to schedule.

PSTL Specific:

1. Managers are allowed to change their roster ONCE for the entire league.
2. Line-ups must be submitted to me (Zendex) on or before Wednesday 11:59PM GMT+8/SG Time
3. Agreed play time must be submitted to me on or before Wednesday 11:59PM GMT+8/SG Time
4. Players will be revealed on Thursday.
5. Failure to submit the information above results in round disqualification
6. Submitted information are final and unchangeable beyond Wednesday 11:59PM GMT+8/SG Time
7. Player substitutions are allowed as long as opposing team agrees
8. Decisions of referees are final.
9. For disputes/complaints/concerns, email me at zendex(at)mineski(dot)net

Disconnects:

1. If a disconnect happens in the first five minutes and there has been no player-opponent contact, game will be replayed.
2. If a disconnect happens after player-contact, organizer will decide on how to continue after reviewing the replay.
