The sc2sea GPD is a 8 player, double elimination tournament.

Regular participants, players who have done well consistently despite not making it to the Semi-finals etc or by other reason as determined by the admins, may be considered to be invited as wildcards.

For Variety and to add some elements of Surprise, the prize pool may vary for each GPD Cup.

1st : $20
2nd : $15
3rd : $10
Random participant from 4th - 8th picked : $5
Random participant from 1st - 8th picked : 1h coaching from x5.PiG
In addition, the winner will be awarded the

Format :
All games in the upper brackets BO3.
Lower bracket games are BO1 until semi finals for lower brackets.
Finalists have the option to play 1 set of bo3 or the complete 2 sets of bo3.
(To be agreed before start of finals)
Maps may not be repeated in the same series.

Firstly I’d like to thank the admins for the opportunity to play in the GPD cup #2.

However, it also creates an opportunity for another wildcard! This player is no stranger to the scene and he actually qualified for GPD Cup #1 but was unable to make it on the actual day.

I don't think I can forget that incredible game on King Sejong vs Ravenflames in that epic finals. A strong terran, I'm sure his many fans want to see him go far into the brackets.

After I failed to qualify for this week's GPD cup I was worried about the future of my career, however my career as a GPD pro has progressed thanks to the generosity of mGGNemesis. I have been practising very hard and I hope to play well for all my fans. @mcaspook Peace and Friendship my friends.
