Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of you frequent internet cafes in sydney for your regular dose of starcraft 2? I'm asking because I'm getting tired of playing on a crap computer at home with horrible wireless router delay, and so I'm starting to think about playing elsewhere. And it'd be cool if there were some other members to hang out with at the same time.

Yeh, I play at the COMON internet cafe in Eastwood. The one that held the tournament recently. It's rather cheap as well with $20 getting you 11 hours.

cityhunter is pretty good (been to everyone except bondi but im pretty sure its good too), went to spaceway on george street, DO NOT GO THERE, sc2 refuses to load I ask for my money back and the guy was like NAH BRO you paid $5 but been here for 2 minutes i aint giving you shit, so i flip him off

The one downstairs from V line cinema on george st is pretty good, big chairs, big screens.

Cityhunter are rather expensive, have pretty crap computers, crap keyboards/mouses and at chatswood the chairs suck and are annoying. It's not somewhere you can play long hours.

I tried googling the COMON place in eastwood, couldn't find anything. Though it's a bit out of the way for me anyway. I 'was' interested to check out cityhunter but now that you say that I'm not so sure anymore lol.

Which is the spaceway one gerlan? It's not the one below maccas is it? I was thinking of checking that one out.

I HAVE been to the one below the cinema on george st, honestly I'm not a big fan. The chairs are sooooo low and uncomfortable, don't know how anyone can play on those.

the one opposite that milk tea shop on george st and goulburn st.

And yes my mate that used to play sc1 religiously back in the day has told me nothing but awesome about that strathfield pc place, going to have to check it out one day too.

I dont play at any cafe atm but i live out in the hills and would be keen on playin at a cafe once a week or something if anyone knows or plays one out here?

Lol, used to live out there, parents still live there. All the net cafes out there closed down tho, I used to work in one of them :P

The one below EVENT cinema on GEORGE ST is called BEYOND INTERNET CAFE.

If you're looking to play good games in a good environment, I strongly suggest webstation @ strathfield.

Cheap prices if you apply for membership, lots of sc2 players (pro koreans too), airconditioned, very big, comfortable chairs, quiet, different sections for different games and lastly, good computers.
