In my honest opinion an exclusive ToR D3 guild is in no-ones best interest. SC2SEA already has a guild which is very much established and will be a hub for most of the community.

In saying that I believe it is perfectly fine and valid to have a "sub clan" or to represent ToR in D3 in one means or another. I just dislike the concept of being exclusive outside of a wider community which supports you.
